Excellent quality, timing and price. Sometimes you wonder what you may get with a company that sources its product from China. But from the online order, tracking and delivery, to the product which was perfect, great print quality, I couldn't be happier.

Where do I start???
I ordered a backdrop with backdrop source on 30th October 2017 for my 30th Birthday that was on 25th November.
I received my order a little under 2 weeks prior to my party and upon checking on the backdrop I noticed there was a print issue.
I immediately started panicking as I knew I only had under 2 weeks to get it rectified.
I took photos of the mistake and emailed it to their customer service representative Ryan.
Ryan was quick to say just wipe it with a cloth I had to re-iterate it was a print issue and they must of rolled it up before it was dried properly.
Ryan they advised they will get another one out ASAP and insured me it will arrive by November 25th.
He then advised he will send me tracking details
Ryan advised it had been posted with hunter express and delivery would be 3-5 business days on Saturday 18th November - no tracking details were still given.
On Thursday 23rd November, I email Ryan to advise nothing was yet received and my party was that Saturday.
Ryan said to chase up hunter express and on Friday provided me with the tracking details I waited on hold with hunter for 25 minutes to be told they dont have tracking numbers with numbers that long and there were no deliveries under my name.
Ryan did not answer his phone calls and we tried from numerous numbers to call as by this point it was after lunch Friday 24th November.
After an email to Ryan saying I was getting very frustrated he proceeded to tell me it was with Toll IPEC and this was around 4pm.
I tracked the package and it was at the TOLL DEPO in Melbourne so I asked Ryan to chase up the delivery to which he responded numerous times with the back and forth emails that if I want it I can arrange to go pick it up.
Was he for real? They stuffed up my product they shipped it too late he gave me wrong details and at 430pm on Friday afternoon he tells me to go pick it up!!!
Thats great TOLL shuts at 5pm and is closed Saturdays this was advised to Ryan and he never replied.
Saturday came and went and I didnt have a backdrop for my party and that was the main centerpiece so I hadnt bought many other decorations. Backdrop source had ruined by 30th birthday not so much due to NO backdrop but due to the customer service and mis leading and not correct information and the fact I was told to pick up my backdrop was appaling.
Monday the new backdrop was delivered and I had been trying to email Ryan with no response so I called form my work number and he answered I was very firm in what I said to Ryan and he stated he would refund me and organized for the back drops to be picked up.
I get an email saying the refund was processed on 28th November and should be in my account with 48 hours 3 days forward no refund and no details as to when TOLL was coming to pick up backdrops.
Emails back and forth Ryan finally advised I could throw backdrops out as they had no use for them and that my refund should be in with 5 business days.
On Monday 4th Dec and I emailed again to advise still no refund and if it was not received I will be calling consumer affairs and leaving reviews to which I get an instant email back with a paypal refund invoice ahhhh so it was initiated the week before like advised it was done on that spot once I threatened other avenues.
NO APOLOGY was ever made by Ryan NOT ONCE nor was there an apology after I told him via email after I got notification of refund that I was appalled by the customer service and no apology was given.
This whole review is really the short version of the events that took place and I would highly recommend YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
PS backdrop source if you want your company to succeed fire RYAN immediately.
My 30th was RUINED!

I ordered 2 Backdrops from this company. When the package arrived it only had one it. So I contacted them. At first they just told me to recheck the package. So I did and no the second backdrop had not miraculously appeared. They told via email that the second backdrop would be sent out ASAP as their warehouse had made a mistake and only shipped one instead of 2 as per my order. They were going to send me a tracking number...I never got one from them...nor do I have the missing product. They do not respond to emails....their phones ring out and the live support on the website pops up but no one communicates. This would be the worst customer service and seems very dodgy...BUYERS BEWARE !!!

I ordered a green screen backdrop with Backdrop Source. It arrived with 3 large tears around the edge. When I contacted the company and ask they send a new and undamaged unit, their response was to put gaffer tape on it, which I could order on their website (?!?).
After my disbelief with their response made way for outrage, I emailed again. This time they said I could send it back after which they would send another unit.
When I didn't get any response after having sent back the damaged unit and checked where its was, it turned out to be in a local Auspost depot 2km from BackdropSource's location. Apparently, no-one was around when they came by to deliver it. But BackdropSource didn't want to pick it up at the depot and told me to contact Auspost and have them deliver it to them.
Again, in total disbelief I emailed again and asked for them to pick it up 2km away and send me the new unit. After that I finally received a new undamaged green screen. The whole process has taken more than 6 weeks. Very poor service and return policy. Don't order from BackdropSource!!!
All I can say is these sorts of companies will be out of business very soon once Amazon lands in Australia.

The fashion muslin backdrops are extremely impressive with pure cotton cloth and contrasting colors. My many shoots have been made excellent with them. I recommend it to anyone wanting a long lasting easy to use muslin.

Was not told at time of order that one part of my order wasn't in stock. Was told about a fortnight later that it had been shipped, but it hadn't. Had to follow up again about it and was told it would be shipped in the next couple of days. When I enquired as to why I had been told 2 weeks prior that it had shipped I got no response.
No issue with the products but your service sucks.

I ordered my backdrop and received it not long after. I have used it already and my shots have come out so vibrant. The service and quality I have received is outstanding. I highly recommend buying backdrops from this company as I will be ordering more.

Terrible service. Did not supply design or product that I had purchased! Never received my backdrop. Company IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY! Very deceitful! Do not use their services!

If I have one thing to say it's that the things I buy from BSA are a bit cheaply made. Made in China, and it has cost me a bit of time during the past year to make a couple of my purchases work correctly.
However The range is great, the service is great, support is good. No complaints other than my previous comment.

Delivery is super fast. Super efficient over the phone and always courteous. If you have to order any backdrops or studio related this is the place!!

Backdrop arrived quickly but was not dark grey as described. It was actually a very light shade of grey!
Both image shown on website and description were misleading.
It was mottled though, as ordered, and fabric was ok.

when I placed my first order and made payment through paypal, the payment transaction was completed and I received the confirmation mail but still they dint ship my products. If asked, they say " pls verify your address and send a mail to us from regestered paypal email Id". This was really annoying me... But later on for the past 5 months I v placed many orders from them... This time there were no questions asked.. Shipment was on time, product quality was good.. Cool offers :):):) I think their management would hav changed lol :):):)
