I ordered on November 10th. The money was taken out of my account. My order still says processing and no response from emails either!!!!!

The best site ever. Once it happened that the order was damaged in transport and they sent me a new package (it was a very expensive toy). They asked me to donate the damaged toy to charity.

Babyshop shipped me the completely wrong item. I ordered a pregnancy pillow and I was shipped a toy stroller for a doll! After multiple emails I have not received any acknowledgment or any response. This was supposed to be a gift for a friend for her shower this weekend and now I have no gift and on top of it all I have been scammed out $117. Since no one has responded to my emails, maybe someone will respond to this review and we can get this issue resolved. I just want the item I ordered and paid for!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I made a mistake and ordered a frame on their website it says 30X40 so I assumed that it's in inches. After placing my order I noticed that they have a unusual phone number so I emailed them to find out if they are located in the US and to see if it's 30X40 inches. They got back to me and informed me that they are located in Sweden and the frame is in centimeters not inches. They should of made that clear on their site if they are doing business with US customers. So I asked them to cancel my order immediately they claimed that it was too late it's already been shipped out. Which it didn't make any sense because it was only five minutes after I placed my order. The next day they emailed me back by saying that it has not been shipped out and as soon is they get it back from UPS I will get my refund. A week later they emailed me back saying that it's not shipped out. Till this day I haven't got the item or my refund. It's very clear that this company is a Frude and they scam Americans. I will definitely take legal action against them. This reply from them is bs because the Description on the item doesn’t say centimeters. They are full of it and as I said five minutes after I placed the order I asked them to cancel it so I know nothing gets shipped that fast and based on their other reviews it’s very clear that this company scams Americans.
