this company has not respect for customers, i call many times to cancel order before they shipped but they refuse, saying that once i receive it i could return it, but now i have to pay to ship it back.

I thought I purchased an item through Walmart but it turned out to be from Babyhaven via the Walmart website. The product wasn't what I thought it was and the vendor won't return it without my paying freight and them charging a restocking fee. It's a $10 item and not worth the $10 let alone paying all those fee's to return. Don't buy from them! They are terrible to work with.

The product on Walmart.ca said Melissa & Doug wooden alphabets with magnet in a handy wooden case. What I received was cheap plastic letters in cellophane bag in a cardboard box with some letters missing. Maybe Melissa & Doug should take an interest to find out what Babyhaven is doing using their name.

I bought a baby gate plus an extension for about $75 from Amazon.com and two metal slats broke off rendering the gate useless. Just because we've had it for more than the 90 day return policy, BabyHaven's customer service refuses service. I won't buy BabyHaven's products ever again, and I recommend that everyone else stay away.

I ordered from them and I live in Israel. For 5 days my order was on processing status and didn't get shipped. I tried contacting them 3 times asking how long will it take for them to ship my order and got ignored. I tried later on contacting them through Facebook and asked to cancel the order, the person who spoke to me on Facebook chat told me they don't work for the department that is cancelling orders but they will email them. No one contacted me, no one cancelled my order and no one refunded me, they did however take 170 dollars from my PayPal. I tried contacting them again on Facebook demanding answers but got ignored again. On the same date I ordered from Babyhaven I also ordered from Asos and Next and my orders already arrived to Israel but babyhaven are still "processing" this is so annoying and looks like fraud to me. Stay away from this company!

I ordered an item from Wal-Mart babyganics shampoo... It came to me with the lid taped with packaging taped as if it has been used. Why would Wal-Mart offer a company that would sell used bath items?!

I ordered from this company through walmart.com. The item was a babyganics foam hand sanitizer. Well, i realized within seconds I had paid 5 dollars more than product sells for. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was denied online..i tried to contact company, never picked up phone. I tried to email them through their 24 hour service and said they werent accepting emails at this time. It said 24 hour email! This company is impossible to get hold off, overprices, and impossible to return items which take weeks to arrive!

I placed and order for babyganics soaps via Walmart. I didn't receive the order and I contacted them through Walmart, 2 weeks after order placed, to inform them that the order was not delivered. I got an automatic reply that the claim has been received. They never responded. And now when I tell them to refund me or send me the items, they state it is over there 30 day return policy. I caution anyone ordering from Walmart you will not get your items, and you will meet very unhelpful customer service. I'm never ordering anything from them, I will just stick to the Honest company for my baby products!

I placed an order through Wal-Mart for a baby item. I actually paid a little more for it than what I could buy in the store because I wanted the older version that was no longer available in the store. I did noT think to look up reviews for baby Haven because I was ordering through Walmart and considered it a trustworthy site. I did receive a similar baby item however it was not what I ordered. The frustrating thing is Not only did they send me the wrong item but they wanted me to pay shipping to send it back. At that point, I decided to look up reviews for baby Haven and realized how poor they were rated. Luckily, I did get an item unlike many others however it was not what I ordered. Buyer beware, do not waste your money!!!! I gave them a two because I actually did receive an item unlike many others.

Wouldn't use them again. I ordered an item that costs 6.99 and charged my credit card an additional 30 dollars to ship even though it said free shipping, Seems a bit scammy and don't recommend.

Ordered a two pack of Comotomo bottles. Only received one from seller. In this case BabyHaven.com... When contacted about it they told me they were currently out of stock and would be able to refund me. I later received an e-mail for BabyHaven.com stating that once they receive the one bottle back they will credit me my refund... um no. For one I've used the bottle. Returning it is unsanitary and I'm sure this company would turn around and then sell it to one of you. Two, I purchased a two pack because I needed a two pack. I later called back to find a solution other then returning and was told that there was an error on the Groupon. I'm sorry someone didn't check before the offer went live but I was under the assumption I was purchasing a 2count. The only way to get my money back is to return my used product because the error was on them. Extremely poor Customer Service BabyHaven.com!

I ordered a baby gate from them, then realized it wasn't going to work for us so we sent it back. It took forever for them to contact me and when they did they said they were only refunding me $34 when I paid $116 for the gate! On their Amazon site it says, "Good condition: Full amount minus shipping to you". I highly doubt that shipping was $82! I have emailed them and they just pass to buck and say it's policy. Never again will I order something from them.

Still have not received the correct product 36 days later. They sent the wrong item. I returned it. They had a "mixup" and forgot to send my product. I asked them to overnight my item. They refused. It's not "protocol" if i didn't pay for it! Mary Mariano, customer service manager who answers to no one, sincerely apologizes but they cannot expedite shipping even though they sent the wrong product THEN had a mixup in sending me the $264 monitors!

Ordered an item 26 days ago and they provided false shipping and tracking information to me. They never shipped it and never contacted me. Finally after 3 phone calls and 24 minutes on hold, I get someone and they tell me that it was delayed without providing a reason. Terrible customer service and I will never order from them again.

I purchased three expensive bottles of liquid vitamin. They were shipped to me NOT individually wrapped in paper or bubble wrap -- just three large glass bottles in one of this thin Manila envelopes with one thin layer of bubble wrap attached to the inside of the envelope. The bottles arrived in a gooey smelly mess of an envelope. The caps were all loose, vitamin was everywhere, safety seals just popped off with the lightest touch. Gross. An absolute mess that parents do not have time for. Extremely disappointing.

I placed an order on Walmart.com / market place. The order was to be filled by Baby haven. I ordered a (Graco SnugRide Classic Connect 30 Infant Car Seat with Car Seat Cover, Metropolis)
What was actually delivered was a baby bath towel ! Are you fn kidding me right now? Baby Haven states that it was a computer problem on there behalf and there is nothing they can do! So I'm stuck with a $29 bath towel and a toy rack but NO CAR SEAT!

I too placed my order thru Walmart.Com. I have exchanged 5 or 6 emails with these people about my order not arriving. They just keep saying for me to contact the post office. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. My feeling is Walmart should remove them from their site.

I am a regular on Amazon, never had a problem with any order or return (when needed). I purchased 2 Gerber Stainless steel utensil sets from BabyHaven as an Amazon seller. The day it arrived I contacted the seller explaining that the items sent were not complete. The package was not tampered with but some utensils were missing. They basically have disappeared from Amazon and no longer deal with them. Amazon read the numerous emails i sent BabyHaven and gave me a refund, but BabyHaven still has not responded.

I purchased an item through Walmart.com, baby haven was a marketplace retailer with them. My order was placed March 4th and never received my item. They never even shipped it. They lied to me, I talked to several Walmart customer service reps and told them the dhl tracking was unfound which meant they never shipped. After multiple communications with baby haven, today when I requested my money back... Their website, phones and email were undelivered or disconnected. I keep getting the same
Customer service rep too from previous corresponding messages. Finally after reaching them (March 21st), they were super short and fast and said they refunded me. However I used a gift card worth $50 on Walmart and used $8 extra on my debit. They ended up refunding me $15.92 through a split transaction vs just refunding a gift card in that amount. I told the rep how disappointed I was and that they shouldn't be in business, she laughed at me and I ended up hanging up on her. Now I'm taking this to corporate of Walmart so they discontinue services with them.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect Decor bags (3 of them) for the diaper disposal system and so tried to return them 2 days after the 30 day period was up and they refused to take the unopened items in return for the correct ones. Some will say it's my own fault and that they have to stick to their rules but if this was a regular bricks and mortar shop they would have let me exchange them for the correct ones without question on day 32 after the purchase.
