I got an email from Baby Walz telling me the exact date and time of my delivery which was on a Saturday. Of course I was confused when it didn't arrive, even on the next day. It came 5 days later that the email I initally recieved in the middle of a work day with letting me know. I think if you are going to take the time to notify customers about logistics then make it at least partly accurate. Big waste of my time and your time. Me being sure to be at home when I didn't need to. Your waste of time with technology and mailing systems which do not work. 5 days!

I have ordered several items of babyclothing and instead of a 2 pack of baby pyjamas you sent me a device for a vaccuum cleaner. This is the strangest internet shopping experience I have ever had. Very disappointed.

I have ordered a Cybex mios color pack in black and I have received a box that was open! And inside was a smelly used canopy with many white dirt spots on the fabric and a smelly dirty used head cushion!
I am not going to pay for a used product when I ordered a new product. You should have write it down that you are going to send a smelly used article.
I took pictures of what I have received and sent it to you, waiting for your reply.

So after the whole bassinet shenanigan, we finally receive the bassinet in not the best condition but I was over it. However, they do not inform us that they have refunded the bassinet and that we should pay for it again UNTIL they send a notice that we were late with the payment and had to pay an extra couple of euros. It is not about the amount it is about the non-existent values this company holds. I do not know what kind of people you employ for your customer service, but can for sure tell you it is chasing customers away. So then when we contacted customer service. The wonderful rude woman on the line proceeded to ask us if we know how the credit card system works. I should have asked her if she knows how customer service works. I have never in my entire life encountered a more rude and unprofessional customer service. I proceeded to contact them and they replied with an automated apology reply.
You are unprofessional, you are thieves and I will never purchase anything ever again from you or even encourage the expat mommies to purchase anything from such a horrendous store.

I feel thoroughly disappointed with my recent baby-walz.de experience. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I have found their thoughtless approach really quite stressful - not ideal when heavily pregnant. It's such a shame as their collection is great, but if you have a query, expect unresponsive service and reminder fees whilst you wait for a reply.

I've bought a Stroller Joie - Litetrax 4 Air chromium in March 01,2018 at Baby Walz in Bad waldsee.
They gave me a DISPLAY Stroller. You guys are not supposed to give a DISPLAY product to a costumer. you should give a new one which is still in the box.
When I'm ready to pay, I asked them if I can use a VAT FORM/Blue Tax. They said NO ( but how come my friend can use a VAT FORM to buy a stroller in another Baby walz store).
In the 2nd weeks, I'm realized there was something missing on that stroller ( SOFT GRIP HANDLE).
And I asked my parents to help me ask for that thing since they live in Bad waldsee n I live in Stuttgart.
In the 3rd weeks both wheels are broken. And I went to Babywalz in Stuttgart was 29 april 2018. I told them what happened about that stroller, and they said I should bring an original receipt and the stroller. And I asked them how many guarantee for this stroller.
They said the guarantee for that stroller is 2 years.
And in April 3rd 2018, I came again bring the stroller n Original Receipt.
And they told me THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE WHEELS.
I was really upset, how can I spend for more $200 stroller but what I got is bad service and rude.
I honestly since I bought that stroller, I used that stroller only 2 weeks but now wheels are broken. I tried many time to complained about it but again, they service was bad n rude..
I'm really upset n not satisfied when They said those not cover by guarantee.
So tell me WHAT COVERS in its GUARANTEE for that stroller.

Choose Baby-Walz and the company has the best service in Germany.
I bought a GB stroller before 2 weeks ago but it was not suitable for the city, where we live. There was factory defect with the frame.
After some procedures, they change the stroller entirely. We choose a new one and price difference became a voucher.
I had been very worried about this and they gave me the full service.
I am very happy with Dresden Baby Walz. Ladies, who work there very polite and generous. They understood young family problems.
I wish all the best for them. I even cannot find nice words to support them. Good luck Baby Walz and keep going this nice work.

Terrible service. My order is weeks late and nobody at customer services is willing to help. There is clearly a problem but there is nothing to indicate delivery issues on their website nor have they emailed. I get the same answer every time I speak to them. One to two weeks delivery. They have been saying this for weeks. It is completely unacceptable and a terrible way to run a business.

I bought a kids car seat at babywalz and received a wood chair. After 3 calls, I sent the wood chair back and they promised to send the right product within 2 weeks!. 2 months have passed, I haven't received neither the car seat nor my money back. They insist that I haven't sent the wood chair back, even after sending 4 times the copy of the Post receipt and confirmation from Post that they have received it and signed. I also had to pay for the sending back the wrong product and didn't get reimbursed.
I call more than 10 times and the call center always hangs up on my face. They keep saying they can't help and I'm not allowed to talk to any manager. NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN! it has been a nightmare.

Just came back from holiday in Spain and stopped in Bremen to buy the Bugaboo Cameleon for the favourable price of 799 Euro. It is our second Bugaboo since we had the Frog for our first boy. Unfortunately the first one was stolen. When checking out we were surprised to find that the price was 909 Euro since the FOLDING TOP was not included in the box!! I have yet never seen a Bugaboo of any sort without the folding top so I was a bit annoyed! It has later come to my attention that this unbelievably weird marketing phenomenon is stated on the website IF you scroll down the page a bit! All picture show the cameleon with the folding top and the "in the box" section of the product catalogue also includes the folding top (tailored fabric set). The cashier however informed me that this was ALWAYS the case. I have since checked in a store in Danmark where i found that the price was including everything that a bugaboo owner needs in order to take a stroll with his or her newborn baby. I could imagine that this is the case due to Danish marketing regulations being strict with this kind of deceptive behaviour. End of the story - We did buy the stroller - with some savings compared to the Danish retail price - however it was not worth the detour that we had to take in order to shop for it..
