I'll keep it short. Stay away from this company completely, especially if timing and quality are of value to you. AA is a really poor version of Amazon (a wannabe) minus the customer service, response time, product quality, ease of purchase. They don't have auto parts on hand.

I tried to save a few bucks and order from autoanything, but it was an awful experience. The wrong part was sent to me, and when I attempted to return it online, it said there was a $15 return label fee and a $10 restocking fee, and this is a $30 part. After literally an hour on hold, then several attempts at customer service chat, and several emails, I finally accepted the loss and bought the correct part on Amazon.

Their Customer Service SUCKS.. I called 3 times(a total of 4 hours waiting to answer.. never did) to resolve a wrong product they sent me. This is unacceptable, Still have not gotten resolved. I will never order anything from them again

Pro: I gave a star only because they had the best price I found.
- Customer is charged when order is placed instead of when shipped.
- Original shipping date estimate is immediately followed by emails announcing series of shipping delays.
- Customer Service is non-existance. Hours waiting for rep on phone and chat. Chat and email replies ignore costomer information and request. Replies totally unrelated to customer's query.
- Had to report problem to PalPay to get AutoAnything's attention and satisfactory resolution.
Save your time and trouble; pay a little more to a reliable company.

She truly cares about her job and the customers.

After paying and expecting my running boards for my pickup truck to arrive, I was shocked to find out that there are no brackets and nuts included, all effort to get them as so far failed, I will call and once I tell them what the problem is I will be placed on hold indefinitely, this has happened a couple of times today, but when I call to place an order it's fast and smooth. This is evil and irresponsible, I would strongly advice anyone looking to order from them to think it through

Don't even waste your time. I ordered a fab four roof rack eight lights. Roof rack was fine but the lights were so cheap and faulty I am still after weeks and months of waiting finally they gave me the return label I sent back the lights and I still can't even get a hold of anybody to give me my money back . I have probably been on hold for an average of 10 hours just with this company and I still can't even get this lady Stacey to email me back about my money that they owe me .

Bought a trailer hitch, shipping was delayed twice. When arrived I chose to return it. The customer service was terrible. You get what you pay for, don't buy stuff here.

Ordered parts online and received something completely different from my original order. Completing my return was worse than pulling teeth. I sent multiple emails (which were ignored), sat in a live chat queue for over an hour before getting disconnected, and finally waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak to a live customer service operator. The site claims that you can start a return from your online account but ultimately just links you to their customer service phone number (which at one point had a 2 1/2 hour wait time). Will not be buying parts from autoanything again.

I ordered rwo Great day centerlok overhead gun racks for hunting from autoanything. The item quality and fit was not great at all. I returned the items one opened and properly re-packed and the other unopened to find out that they wanted to charge me 15% cost on each for restocking plus $15 per shipping label. I decided to avoid the fees by doing an exchange for some Air Lift air bags and they shipped me a used item. Everything in this kit was theown in the box, nuts an bolts everywhere, scratched up brackets, and missing hardware. When I called them, they blamed it on the manufacturer. I called Airlift and they said they do not ship used Items that have been returned without refurbishing the kit. Again I contacted Auto Anything and am awaiting a call from the manager that has yet to happen for two days now. This company is trash, do not waste your time. Use Real Truck, I have had no issues.

Good morning, it is very likely that this email will not matter to you or pay much attention to you because I am a simple client, simply a small client that may not mean anything to you, but it seems to me very bad company policy sell under deception, what do you do, they sold me a part for a truck which I ordered and paid an additional $ 50, for Express shipping that I should receive in 2 days. Then you informed me that this was 2 days after the order was in the United States, ok, it has been more than a week since it arrived in the United States and I still have not received the order from Fedex. Today call FedEx and they will They informed that this comes by normal shipping that you never paid additional for that order to be FedEx Express or anything like that, so I repeat, it is a deceit policy with which you sell and it seems to me that at least I must make the claim, Although I am sure that you will not pay attention. Ordered over a month ago for 2 tires. No email updates. Chat refuses to provide any information or help. Calling the customer service is a joke. Called several days waiting on hold up to 2 hours at a time with no answer and was evening hung up on once before I could even talk. No tires and no refund yet.

So, I have ordered a few times from AutoAnything. It's been a hassle every time! I have managed to get decent deals but only after spending nearly an hour on the chat and on the phone. Their checkout is always glitchy, trying to require you to choose a shipping option on each item when it should be free shipping. Their BIG SALE promo codes have never applied to any item I've wanted to purchase and when they do give you discounts, it doesn't seem to make sense and doesn't match the total in checkout? But if you want to spend time on a chat or on the phone they can manually enter an order...but It's just a cluster. Ain't got time for that! LOL
First time I bought from them was about 10 years ago and once recently with many attempts in between and one attempt today that I abandoned after getting the run around. I'm not sure how they stay in business?

Item ordered didn't show up, no update on delivery status ever available, not able to reach customer service (waited 1.5 hours on hold w/o response), after cancelling the order I had to wait for response from vendor and two weeks for my refund. WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.

Stay Away!!!!!!!! First of all they pulled the funds from my account immediately, then let me know that the order would be delayed and gave me the option to cancel it and get a refund. I did so, and 6 weeks later they have yet to refund my money. Appears to be a pattern of behavior based on the some of the other reviews here.

I bought a bug deflector from autoanything and had it within 3 or 4 days where as I would of had to wait 2 weeks if I ordered the same product from amazon, even with my prime account. The price is near identical so it was a win win.

I ordered seat covers over a month ago. They sent me one email in that time to tell me that my order had been delayed which I though no big deal with the corona virus slowing everything down. I decided to reach out to customer service who then told me that my order was delayed again... About an hour later I got an email from them saying the manufacturer had discontinued the item I ordered. The email also said they would hold my money for another 24 hours as a store credit then refund it. I would not recommend using this website.

I have used this site two other times and was happy with my purchase but....the last time I purchased the part, a hood protector, that they said would fit my truck. It didn't come close. Then the nightmare started. After over 7 hours on hold ( devided between 9 calls) for customer service. I gave up calling, tried email, all I got was a form reply that said call customer service..... I finally fumbled my way through a return on website. Which they never told me was an option. Then after printing a return label I find out they are keeping $53. 75 of the $133.99 purchase price for " restocking fees and shipping" This for a mistake that they made on their website to begin with. A costly lesson learned.

Received a set of APS running boards for my Titan XD and the parts package and instructions did not match my truck. Contacted AutoAnything and was told I would have to purchase the additional hardware even though the description clearly stated custom fit and all hardware included. Their CS was absolutely no help, so I purchased the needed hardware elsewhere.

I ordered a sun shade for my car using their specifications....it was too big. Tried calling company and after being on hold for 1 hour 20 minute I gave up. I tied online chat...number 42 in line. I just wanted the right item but If I put in for a refund I will only get 19.00 for the 43.00 that I paid.....stay away from this company as you can not get a real person to help with a real problem.

I have gotten nothing but run around and avoidance from AA on placing a warranty claim in which the manufacturer directed me go back to AutoAnything bc I purchased there. On-line chat cannot do warranty, Website form closed the case bc I had to call. Wait times have been 1.5 hours and no customer service will answer. Hours of my time have been wasted for no resolve. Seems they do not really have a claims department.
Trying CoverCraft again since it is their product.

Ordered a Tonneau cover. Sent the wrong part. Tried to call for a refund and no one answers the phone.
They put you on hold and tell you the wait time will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. (they say that amount of time every time you call) After you hold for a hour or so the call just terminates.
If you try to use the online return they charge you return shipping and a restocking fee even though they sent you the wrong part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a set of floor liners about a month ago, the estimated shipping time was roughly 3 days. After the 3 days the item had stills not shown as shipped, but I decided to wait until Monday to see if they would, but they had yet to ship. I contacted the customer support to ask them when it would ship, and that's when they told me about the delay and it should ship the next day. Well Tuesday came, and still no indication that it had been shipped, I once again contacted them to see when it would be shipped, and I got the same response. I decided to look elsewhere for the item since I needed them by that week. After I found some for a better price, I cancelled my order. The next day I get a notification that they have been shipped. Of course by then it's too late and I no longer want them. I get in contact with customer support to let them know this issue, and ask if they could send me a return label so I could ship back the item when it arrives and get a refund. I was told they were unable to do that, and i would have to wait until I got the item to request it. So I waited until Saturday, which was the estimated time that the item was to arrive. This entire time I keep trying to track the item but all it says is that the label was created. Needless to say I never received the item, and I'm still waiting on a refund. I already contacted customer support, which I should mention I'm only able to do so through live chat because their phone line keeps saying they're closed. Customer support says that the refund has been "processed" and it's going to take 5 business days to show on my paypal. It's past the 5 days and still nothing, luckily I already made a claim through Paypal to get my money back. Never will I shop at this website again, worst business I've ever dealt with. Please save your money and shop anywhere else but here!!!
