I went to a freebies link and found Auravie skincare where I only had to pay the $4.95 shipping. On the ordering page there was no mention of a need to contact them within 10 days to cancel. I just happened upon the $97.88 charge to my credit card today.
When I contacted them this is when the person I spoke with told me of their website which stated the conditions. I am positive the site that I signed up for the freebie did not say I had to cancel within 10 days.

Free Sample bait and switch
On-line free sample with fine print that tells you that you must cancel within 10 days to stop the $100 product shipment that is really worth about $5.00. Must be a by-product of the current administrations Affordable Health Care Act. Called but refund was refused on the grounds that fine print is a binding contract..
