I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price.
Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.

OK so let me preface this review first by explaining I was looking for a TV that was discontinued (An LG OLED 2016 model) because for 2017 models they stopped including the 3-D feature.
I originally saw on the website that they had an E series 65" LG TV and ordered it online after I was unable to find a New TV in the similar series for an affordable price. After I ordered, I received a call within 24-48 hours that said they no longer had that model but instead had a NEW "Open Box" of the G series (signature series) that they could sell to me beating the lowest price I could find online. I believed this because I checked a dozen places looking for the same TV...
It was slightly more than the E series TV I originally wanted to purchase, but the price was fair and it was a better TV (better sound bar and better remote as well as esthetically better too). We agreed on a price and I was told the TV would have a little use as they needed to run diagnostics on it after it was returned due to a customer cancellation. I was okay with this as well as long as what was sent to me appeared to be of new quality with less than 50 hours of use.
I received a tracking number and was excited when I saw a driver was sent to pick up the TV. A driver was sent three times before the TV was ultimately cancelled by the shipping company. This is when I started to call to see what was up. I spoke to William who was incredibly friendly, he explained that the TV was in the distribution center in NJ and that the customer service office was in Hollywood, FL and that we would speak to them to have the TV sent to me ASAP. A few days went by without change and called again, spoke to William who said that the TV was missing the 3-D glasses and manual, and because of this he'd throw in a wall mount and HDMI cable. I was irritated but appreciated the honesty and after a few more days of calling and him also contacting me, he explained that the distribution center normally does not send out open box units, so he was having the TV sent to Hollywood, FL to him personally and he would then send it out to me. Again, he was very honest and apologized for the delay and sounded frustrated by the experience as well. I gave it a few more days as I know freight shipping can be slow. When I called again (just under three weeks) he said he did receive the TV and he had bad and good news, the bad news was the open box item had damage along the frame of the TV, the good news was that he'd send a NEW (not open box) unit to me for the same price. I was skeptical but saw after a day that the tracking had no longer been cancelled and a day after that the TV was picked up for delivery.
After being picked up it took only a couple days to reach Wisconsin where I promptly made a delivery appointment for the next that was available.
The TV was delivered on the day and within the time frame I requested. The delivery people were professional and the TV that I received was the model agreed upon and was brand new including all accessories and indicated "0" for the number of hours of run time.
William's honesty and communication made the extended wait (a month between when I ordered and when it was delivered) bearable. I got the hard to find TV that I wanted for a price that was better than any comparable TV I could find. I would definitely do business with this company again as no one tried to upsell white glove delivery or told me I needed to pay extra for any accessories or other things. They were honest, apologetic, and friendly and ultimately delivered what was promised (and then some). The delay was the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars.

After a long wait and much aggravation with a different company, I finally cancelled my old order and decided to purchase my television wish AudioVideoNation.com. I have been shopping around for an LG OLED65E7P for quite a while now and honestly found this tv cheaper elsewhere but sometimes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. AudioVideoNation.com are the least expensive legitimate and honest seller out there. They don’t try Not 1 trick or scheme like most of those other sellers out there. WHAT YOU SEE LISTED IS WHAT YOU GET. We had a great first time shopping experience and will be sure to shop here again.

I called AudioVideoNation and spoke with someone about the product I wanted and the help was fantastic. Placing my order was simple and the price was great. They even called me personally to let me know there was a strange issue with my card. I called the bank immediately and got it fixed. Product shipped and arrived without any issue.

Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

I tried to buy a TV from them and it has been two months withou any news about theTV or about anything. They don't call me back or answer my e-mails. I am trying to cancel the order and get my money back but seems impossible to get any answer from them.

I bought a Yamaha receiver from then then found out I didn't need it. I called and asked how to return it and followed their mailing instructuctions. (USPS insured). USPS receipt shows it delivered to their address but they claim they never received it. I waited 2 billing cycles to show on my card and by then it was too late to file a claim with USPS. I followed their directions and and now out $458.00. The owners would not budge and give any credit.

The Yamaha receiver I ordered was shown in stock and was to arrive in 5 days but after 8 days and no communication I tried to call customer service. They are hard to get a hold of and slow to respond. They finally explained that the wholesaler didn't actually have the item and it was never sent. (Why they didn't let me know this is disappointing). They then called back and said they found a different supplier that had the item and the would offer priority shipping so I would have in a couple days. They sent me a UPS tracking number that a label had been created (but never shipped)...but after 5 more days it never shipped and they never called or responded to my emails. They offered to reship the item a third time but I opted for a refund. They did (hopefully) refund my money and say they were sorry. I ordered from a trusted Amazon shipper and the item shipped same day. I will not order from them again.

I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale.
When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy.

I purchased a Samsung 75" TV and paid $175 to upgrade the shipping. The order was placed on Aug 24, 2016. Audio Video notified the shipper (Pilot) of the pickup on Sept 6th 7days after paying for the TV. The TV did not get delivered until Sept 16th over 3 weeks later. I paid for a 2 man in house delivery and to allow for unpacking and plugging in the TV. This did not happen. There was 1 guys who was in a big hurry and threatened to take the TV when we said we were not signing for it until we inspected it. I have requested a refund on the upgraded shipping but am being ignored by Audio Video Nation. I would not recommend this company.

I don't recommend this shop basically. But the price in this shop may be much lower than other shops frequently, and if you want to try this shop, you should call before placing an order to ask about the stock and the included items.
My experience was the following. I ordered an DSLR camera. The order process in the web was not too bad, but I felt some strangeness because of a little late response. After that, the order was neglected (not shipped) for more than 10 days with no information at all. Finally, I made a call and I found they didn't have any stock, so I canceled the order.
At first, I thought I would give 1 star to this shop. But the guy who was in the call was polite enough. So I gave the rating as 2 star.
