Avoid them please, they cancel all the collections well before they are completed so that you never have the chance to get the entire sets, first the Jaguar collection and now the Dinky set, so please, save your money and go to a more reputable seller of models, as these people really do not care about the customer.
They keep contacting to me ask how they can help, as per the responses below, yet when i do reply, or give details here, or elsewhere, they can not be bothered to review those comments, and come up with an answer, so really why bother having a customer services dept is they never check up on the issues from a lot of collectors, and deal with them.

I have lost count of the number of times I have contacted customer services for this company, each time I have spoken to a different person each of which give me a different answer. Two of my collections are half completed and I want to complete them have done everything I was asked but still no action has happened. I am getting so frustrated by this and want a resolution as I find this situation totally unacceptable.

Yet again I am being hounded from this despicable company. Today I have received another demand for money I do not owe. I have sent copies of bank statements showing all the payments made. I have tried to explain on the phone only for some stupid woman to keep asking me if I want to pay now over the phone. The best of it is I do not even know what this bill is for. Even the person on the phone could not tell me what it was for Dinky Toys is not enough. Get real and try to act like a reputable company get someone who answers the phone with a bit of knowledge about the statement I am talking about and perhaps we will get somewhere. I have tried to match up to all the statements I have received but it does not match. I did make a suggestion that that the name of the item should be added to the statements but obviously that fell on deaf ears. I am also now being charged for late payments. Well sorry to say but I DO NOT OWE ATLAS ONE PENNY. Send the debt collectors but they will also get short shrift from me.

Following my Trust Pilot reviews I have received a refund for my replacement DAF vehicle. So the account is now clear. No word on my broadband issues but my payments are still accepted.

I have bought two complete collections from Atlas Editions and having read some of the negative comments posted on this site, I thought I should share my experiences with this company.
Being very interested in ships, I purchased first their Warships collection, followed by their Legendary Liners Series. The warships collection came in boxes made from cardboard with no clear plastic to see the ship inside. Many times I would eagerly receive the familiar package in the post, only to have my hopes dashed as I heard something rattling about inside! When I would open it up, all too often there would be broken masts, bent propeller shafts and smudges of glue splattered all over the model, their quality control definitely left a lot to be desired.
However if they could have improved on quality control, the same most certainly can NOT be said for their customer care! I usually phoned the company - I did email them a couple of times with the same response - and was always greeted politely and efficiently with the person on the other end of the line, who without any quibbles immediately assured me I would be sent a replacement although it might take three weeks for this to happen. What's more, they never once questioned my honesty, not even asking for the original model to be returned, but instead being told to give it to charity, keep it, or whatever.
And no more than three weeks later the replacement would arrive, and if it was faulty then again I would be told to keep it and yet another replacement dispatched.
The liners came in boxes which did have clear plastic in one side, allowing the contents to be scrutinised without having to open it. This made a huge difference to the quality of the model inside. Out of sixteen, I think only two had faults, and to be honest, if I wasn't so picky I could have lived with them. Nevertheless. and again without exception, when I did report an issue, I was treated with courtesy and respect, a replacement model was dispatched, and again they didn't ask for the original damaged model to be returned.
So in conclusion, I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Atlas Editions to anyone. Their quality control wasn't great with the warships series, but improved enormously with their liners. Their customer care was faultless, indeed they could teach a few companies I could mention how to deal with complaints, and I have no hesitation in giving them a full five stars! :O)
EDIT: Aww... just read AE will no longer be selling by mail order in the UK. I'm really sorry to learn this, a real shame... :(

If I could rate it less I would. ltAlhough I have sent copies of bank statements and paid by cheque for the last Dinky car received, an opel, AND even though the account was showing clear after I had contacted them, I have received another demand letter for over £18. When will these people get it through their thick heads I do not owe them a penny.
The invoice quoted does not tally with any invoice numbers I have neither does it state what it is for. I will have no alternative but to go to the small claims court and sue them for distress, stress and damages

Keep getting reminders when invoices were sent but no money ever taken, now two random payments have been taken, have not been able to get hold of anyone to find out what I owe, I will not pay the extra charges as I did send each invoice back on time, my customer no is 31974279

Totally useless company,
They have issues following simple instructions for payment.
The telephone staff need training on how to speak to people politely.
Worst of all they have stopped sending me models because apparently I have finished the collection, I'm not even halfway through.
The truth of it is they're in liquidation but will not tell customers the truth. No wonder the business has failed.
Very poor company who should be avoided at all costs.

All went fine from first activating my collection however I am very soon due to move away to University and thus had to cancel my collections due to financial reasons meaning I could not afford to keep the collection active. I had initially paused the collection since there was absolutely no option for me to cancel the collection and I had paid any invoices left. Thinking it was done and dusted, I had a very angry family member confronting me about this order a few months later (due to me going to university it didn't look good having models arrive) - I logged back into the website thinking my account had been cancelled since I had specifically emailed months in advance of these parcels being sent to cancel and had absolutely no response what so ever, and discovered the collection was active and I have 2 invoices to pay! After reading many reviews on this website it all makes perfect sense and I will NOT be inconvenienced anymore by running around for someone elses mistake. I gave plenty of warning and I've already had a lot of hassle for these packages. Not happy what so ever! - That being said, they cannot be bothered to respond to my email but can quite easily demand funds from you ? Appalling. Absolutely nowhere to tell me as well where and how I am supposed to return these items.

I have forgot my online password so sent my email address so I could reset and pay. I have now sent it 10 times over 2 weeks and have had no response! I have tried to ring to find out what is going on but after an American lady with a recorded message to tell me I will be 1min and 34 secs till I am dealt with, I get cut off after 3 minutes! Totally frustrated with it all and not happy at all as I collect 3 different models but would cancel,if I can tell someone!

Earlier in the year I ordered a die cast car for my grandson. The cost was £1.99. The car eventually arrived and I forgot about it. I was certain that I had paid for this item. I never received an invoice for this item. A few weeks ago I received a letter from the debt collection agency, ccscollect, demanding £19.99 and stating that I had ignored three previous letters from them. I have NEVER received a letter from them, let alone three. I contacted CSS who informed me that there was nothing they could do. They also said that I hadn't paid for other items that I had ordered. I never received any further items because I did not order any!
After a lot of waiting on the telephone, and a lot of calls, I finally got through to someone at Atlas. I explained the situation to them, including the three letters I never received, and the so-called order I never made.
The person I spoke to eventually said that I need only pay the original cost of the car, i.e. £1.99, as I told her I was prepared to go to court rather than pay the amount allegedly owed. This was a matter of principle.
Because I wanted the whole business over and done with I sent Atlas a cheque for £1.99, as agreed. This was sent by post on the 31 May.
Today I have received another letter from CCSCOLLECT, demanding payment again, despite being told by the Atlas staff that they would inform CCSCOLLECT, and ensure that my name was removed from their 'blacklist'. This obviously has not been done. When I spoke to the two staff members at Atlas they were unable to transfer my call from one telephone to another, even though it was the same number and in the same office! Words fail me.
I have been trying to ring both CCSCOLLECT and Atlas again this morning, but was just kept hanging on the line for ages. I eventually hung up.
I understand that Atlas are not taking any further orders. My recommendation to any prospective purchaser is to go elsewhere. Atlas are a disgrace and have no idea what 'public relations' mean.
My worry is that my name will be blacklisted and any future credit I may seek e.g. for a car perhaps, will be refused for the sake of £1.99.
How much has my 'case' cost Atlas for the alleged non-payment of £1.99.
I am now considering asking for financial reimbursement of telephone calls, time, and stress. What are my chances of receiving anything from this despicable company?

Worst company I have ever come across kept putting me on hold then when I rang up they told me I owed money for a doll I never received and when I told them this they said I had been blacklisted and needed to talk to css for £26 something then once that was paid they would not give me my account back and I would have o restart my entire account and collection even though I had put my collections on hold with them as I was made homeless and so was waiting to get money coming back in before I could pay once I had paid which shows on their system they still accuse me of having a product I never recieved and changed the amount from £26 to £19.99 this is rediculous and just makes it clear as other reviewers have stated this is one of the worst companies to have customer service ever.

Like so many folk on this review site, I bought their introductory offer - from the Heritage Teddies collection in this instance, and when I paid the bill I cancelled my subscription, but since then two more bears have arrived with a bill for £35.00 approx. These items I don't want, I have sent several Emails via their website which have all gone unanswered, I've sent several messages via FaceBook but the answers don't reflect the questions asked. I've tried phoning them, but the operative is too quiet to hear (I am a little deaf, but don't usually struggle on the phone),when ask her to speak up; all I get is 'customer number please'.
Yes, I can send them back, but where to, and why should I pay postage when I didn't ask for them in the first place!!
These guys are a total disgrace, I've used them previously and was very satisfied, what's happened??
This is my final attempt to sort things amicably, if this fails I am going to contact trading standards!!
Update - 'reviewer contacted ' -
I had reply suggesting I phone them again, no answer to any of the other questions!! Very unhelpful!! Getting very hacked off
Update 2 - Tried to phone, but apart from the recorded introductory speel, unable to connect to speak to anyone! Visited Citizens Advice website and got an 'unsolicited goods' letter as a template, added a few lines and then sent it registered post! Watch this space!!??

"WOW" that was a bolt out the blue that Atlas Editions were going to have a big shuffle with they parent company and have stopped taking orders.............well Atlas editions I'm going to help you out,!!!!!!! before you re-shuffle to much contact a Mr. Spencer Cooke whom I would class as one of the most knowledgeable persons that knows about die cast. I would think spenny would jump at chance of putting "positive" input on die cast items.Any info you require just ask..........a very saddened collector
