Got Atlantic Airways flight ticket by travel agent.
During pandemic in July it wasn't possible to use it, because borders was closed. But flight between Iceland and Faroe Islands wasn't cancelled.

Atlantic Airways offered voucher or change the date on the site, but it's useless if you booked flight via agent. So I just wasted money and nobody returned nothing:
Atlantic Airways sent me to agent, agent sent me to Atlantic Airways.

They're nice to talk to, but awful at their job...
So, I asked for a voucher due to the canceled flights and nothing happened for weeks. Then I called them and finally received a voucher. Waited 45 min. before reaching them.
The voucher didn't work... So I had to call them again. Waited 40 min. before reaching them. Girl in the phone said, oh, that's because the vouchers don't work on our website... Then I ordered my ticked from her. She then gave me the price, deducted the voucher and then billed me.... The full amount...
Now I've been waiting in line for 1h and 10min. as number 1 in queue with no one picking up... and they're still open for another hour

I was treated very well by the customer service department in spite of the corona virus outbreak. Everything was done by mail and in a timely fashion; no long phone queues etc.

Traveled with Atlantic at least 30 times, and it's a good experience everytime. Always feel good and safe traveling with this company.

Live in Denmark. Booked a ticket from Faroe islands by mistake. Called to change it, administration fee of 1400,- Dkk, there wasn't much understanding.
Ill choose SAS for my next flight.

We were delayed five hours returning to Edinburgh. These things happen and it’s not always the airlines fault. They done the best they could under the circumstances. The plane is fine, clean and soft drinks and coffee is free. Found staff efficient which is really all I’m looking for. I’m not looking to build a friendship so as long as they are not rude I don’t mind, and they weren’t.

The reason I have only gave it a three stars is simply on pricing. The flights are ridiculously pricey for a short fight. £330.00 from Edinburgh to Faroes, a 1hr 25minute flight is to expensive.

You can get a flight to New York for less. I know taxes are different and vat is higher., but to a traveler that irrelevant; They only see £330 which is over priced for the length of flight.

As a faroese I find that your hostesses now s days are VERY rude. You can clearly see that they use more time on their make-up than their actuall job. Have had many many disturbing experiences with your services, but the last one was enough. Yesterday I was flying home to the faroes and I had forgotten to place my handbag properly under the seat. I fell asleep, the next thing I knew was that I felt some one PUNCHING my thigh, btw. I do not like stranger touching my thighs, she then scolded me about the bag, and ran away(could see she had lipstick in her hands, so she was on her way to paint her face more). She could have gently given me a nudge, and given me time to explain that I had just forgot about the bag.

I have loved every experience travelling to and from the Faroe Islands with this company! They have gone above and beyond to deal with all my questions, queries and problems. So kind. Done countless nice things. Found my makeup bag, let me on late, brought my lost suitcase to my house! And is a really good experience on board. Thank you!!!
