They declaired bancruptcy, but now the shop works again, with the same logo, looking for another naive customers. The name of the new shop is JUSTATHLETE. Stay away!

Avoid!!! I placed an order months ago, which never arrived. Each time I phoned or emailed, I was lied to. Never received product, explanation or refund. AVOID at all costs.

Their bankruptcy explains everything, so just shortly - as others, I never received goods nor refund.
In the end I was able to get money back thru CHARGEBACK procedure with my bank, even though it took me 4 months.

Ordered an item on 16/05 for delivery 18/05. They changed the delivery to 24/05. On the 26/05 I queried why I had not received my item, no reply. I contacted them again on 04/06 and they stated they no longer sold the item so I elected for a refund which I was told would take 7-10 working days. Its now in the hands of my card issuer.

The company "offers" great prices. After ordering and paying, I received an email saying the product was out-of-stock and there would be a delay. I waited three weeks, but the item was never dispatched. After a month, I canceled my order.
Customer service is very responsive. However, two months later, the finance department has still not refunded me.
I will not be ordering again.
***Unreal - just went on their website to try again and the site has been taken down. - Fraudulent site.

I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. They sent an email stating delivery within a week. It didn't turn up. Everytime you try and call it takes at least 20 minutes. They said the order was in the system and after the 3rd deadline had passed i had to call them (another 20mins on hold) and they told me that they couldn't get hold of the bike. They are clearly not a bonefide supplier and it seems that they take the orders and money only to try and then source the goods. I'm not confident that they will return my money but fingers crossed.

DREADFUL, STAY AWAY!!
Last year i found this shop very good. But its definately gone down hill drastically.
I ordered a pool house in early April, with a delivery date for two days later.
After delay after delay, and no delivery. i finally cancelled my order (£150), on 5 May.
Yet still not had my money refunded.!! DISGRACEFUL!!!
contacting them is also difficult. i was on hold on the phone for over half an hour on Monday. then told it would definitely be in my bank today---------BUT IT ISN'T! I WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN

Ordered 2 inflatable SUPs for a holiday in June at the start of May after being guaranteed by the customer service agent that I would get them within 7 days. 3 delay emails later and 2 further phone calls to customer service I was then told that I wouldn't get these until the 4th July (luckily I called up as they hadn't emailed me to say it was delayed further!).. The customer service agent was super unhelpful and rude and said he can cancel the order or I 'just have to wait', he wouldn't let me speak and when I asked him to wait 2 minutes to see if I should cancel became highly impatient (even though I had to wait 15 mins to speak to him in the first place and he put me on hold for another 5), I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he wasn't allowed to transfer me over and that he couldn't help me anymore and hung up!... I was so frustrated and decided to cancel the order (especially after reading what others had gone through with this company), I had to get my boyfriend to call them as I was worried what I would say, luckily he did as the customer service agent he spoke to said the SUPs had been discontinued (20 mins after I was told they would be delivered on 4th July). The refund apparently takes 10 working days but the customer service agents are unable to say why it takes so long, they do not offer any sort of compensation even though it means I will not have the SUPs for my holiday or the money to buy from another company.
The fact they are 'not allowed' to transfer you to a manager or offer you any help or compensation is ridiculous! The staff need better training!
The whole thing is a scam and i'm gutted I've wasted so much time with them.

I will never buy anything from here.
They had the best cost (130EUR) bike helmet online BUT when I ordered and paid it I always got a new e-mail each week with extended shipping deadline information.
I waited 1,5 months (instead of 2 weeks) for my bike helmet, but I never got it. When they wrote to me again, that they said they can ship it just two weeks later. I canceled my order. They promised the refund time will be 5-7 working days. After 9 working days I wrote an e-mail again... At least I got my money back, but they just wasted my time. The cheapest became more expensive than the normal price. If I had bought it from the original place where I buy always, I would had a helmet two months ago.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I placed an order middle of may and was emailed within a few hours to say there is a delay on the slide I ordered so I asked to cancel the order as it was for my sons birthday the following week, was advised refund would be processed and received within 10 days, over 4 weeks later, a million emails sent, lots of phone calls to them it has still NOT been refunded, every time I call they make endless promises that it will be done urgently and in my account within a day but still no money in my bank, no managers to speak to and now ignoring my emails! Stay away from this company they are a scam who take your money!!!!

Una vez realizado y pagado el pedido, con plazo de entrega de una semana. Pasada la semana me informan que necesitan otra semana por falta de stock, una vez pasado ese tiempo, me informan que no van a tener stock y que me devolverán el dinero. Llevo casi un mes, varios emails y llamadas de teléfono intentando que me devuelvan el dinero por un servicio nunca prestado.
A día de hoy no me han devuelto mi dinero y he comenzado acciones legales con mi banco, para la reclamación y denuncia.
Mi recomendación es nunca comprar en esta tienda.
Once the order has been made and paid, with a delivery time of one week. After the week they inform me that they need another week for lack of stock, once that time has passed, they inform me that they will not have stock and that they will return the money. I've had almost a month, several emails and phone calls trying to get my money back for a service never provided.
As of today they have not returned my money and I have started legal actions with my bank, for the claim and complaint.
My recommendation is never to buy in this store.

I purchased a leisure pool from this shop 7 wks ago and still have not received it i have had 3 issue dates but still nothing i am emailing now and no one has got back to me if i do not receive this item soon or a refund i am going to trading standards this is shocking service!!!

The store has good prices for products but by the time all the delivery and VAT prices are added it is double the price or the same price as everywhere else. Very high delivery rates.

I bought an inflatable mattress from their website on the 25th of April. I was then advised of a delay of 2 weeks. The new delay date came and went so I contacted them for a refund. In fairness, the person who contacted me back was very friendly and helpful but the refund I requested never materialised. 10 business days later I contacted them again, again requesting a refund and glory be after 7 whole weeks I got my money back.
Never again. I'm now using the TrustPilot browser plugin to avoid similar issues in the future.

The worst service I’ve received from a large retailer in several years. They delayed my order FOUR SEPARATE TIMES with various stock related excuses over three weeks. They even had the cheek to suggest I substitute a similar item that was ‘in stock’ which a week later turned out not to be in stock. Lying time wasters that are best avoided.
I’m supposedly being issued a refund in a week’s time, but not holding my breath seeing as literally everything else their customer service has told me was wrong.
