It was quick and easy to file a claim and the phone came the next day. I gave 4 stars because I feel like I got a refurbished phone that is going to have some issues with the charge port. But the service was great.

Good return arrangement, however I did not feel comfortable sending the damaged phone back with personal information on it. The damaged to the phone made it impossible to clear the data.

the website was not working for me so I had to call and talk to a representative. That process was not great and ended with me having to get T-Mobile involved to get someone on the phone from Assurant. However, once I was able to speak with someone it was smooth sailing from there. The claims process was quick, the shipping of my new phone was so fast even with the current delay in shipping. Overall, I was pleased.

The service was excellent, one day late but still I was happy with it the phone came I sent my damaged phone off they credited my account and life is good !
I appreciate the help Assurant, you guys are great!
PS. I was sent an email saying that it was my second time and that I am reaching my limit I guess you will be stopping taking my payments per month

This was a fairly easy process despite having to submit the same info via email twice over - one can’t be too critical when seeking assistance during this pandemic. Overall, everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful and managed to get my issue resolved.
