We received the anniversary box with our picture on the back as a wedding gift, and we were so pleased. It was such a thoughtful gift and meant so much to us. In fact, we were so pleased with our gift that we have gifted a box to 2 other couples since then. Customer service is wonderful, you are actually communicating with real people as opposed to a automated emails. Love this product!!!

Loved how the finished product came out. Ordered this to use as a guestbook for my wedding. Was concerned about the picture I was using but the Customer Service team was EXTREMELY helpful and willing to answer all my questions. They even sent me a courtesy picture of the finished product to get my approval before they shipped it and gave recommendations as to the best writing instruments to supply for the guestbook. THANK YOU for helping to create a unique and cherished keepsake from my wedding.

I am very pleased with the wine box. It is very well made, excellent engraving (no chips or errant marks of any kind), and the finishing is perfect and smooth. It will make a very nice gift. I bought as a wedding gift (actually I bought 3 of them for wedding gifts) and I’m very pleased! I got three different designs and all of them are so pretty and unique. The customer service team actually wrote me because on 2 of them I included a message on the inside lid, but in one I did not. They wanted to make sure I didn’t overlook that in case I forgot. I was so impressed! It’s a great gift, just pop a bottle of wine or champagne in it and it’s so personal and cute! Will definitely order again :)
