I believe that the money I foolishly invested with AmicusInvest has been stolen. I invested my £50,000 savings in a 2-year bond in May 2017 after as much research as I could do (Internet searches, phone calls, etc). This matured in May of this year. Since then I have been trying to have my money returned. Communication with the company has been near impossible, the 'Helpline' (when I finally got through) was a WaffleLine which did not help me, and it was only with help from my IFA - who has worked above and beyond the call of duty in helping me get my money back - that I started getting some correspondence from 'Back Office' (in charge of re-payments, I gather). I was finally 'guaranteed' a return of the money plus interest to date 'by the end of September'. Today - 1st October - I am told that I will have to wait till 31st October for another 'guaranteed' return. I find it impossible to believe that my savings will ever be returned to me. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS LOT!

I opened an account with Amicus invest for a single investment period of 12 months believing 12 months meant 12 months. Amicus does not work like that and reinvested my money without a word to me.
Do not expect an email near the end of your investment period advising you your options. Do not expect an email from Amicus Invest advising you they have reinvested your money. In both cases you won’t hear a whisper from them!
Amicus invest advised me my account matured on the 10th August, my paperwork from them stated the 13th August. Be very careful with this one if they are demanding a month’s written notice that you want your money!
Finally, do not expect the courtesy of a response if you send them an email asking them to ensure they do not reinvest your money again next year.
I strongly urge anyone considering investing with Amicus Invest to be very careful. You will find other options out there!!

I recommend Amicus, specially on a two-year 'savings bond'.
All conditions have been respected exactly by the contract.
Customer service really professional.
Profits received on time.
I give 4.5...
Did not give 5 out of 5 just cause my fault I am a really demanding and perfectionist guy

Sofar I'm having a good experience with Amicus, very trustable. In my opinion it is also very important that they have a support in Italy in case any problem arises, you can talk to them in your language. I hope to make additional investments with them. I faced fiscal misinterpretation of how to declare the sums and had to spend some money with a fiscal expert. I would suggest Amicus to help in this matter, it would be furtherly appreciated!

they pay me 8% for 36 months deposit, just a couple of days to have my money back in Spain.
Good Investment indeed!

I invested with Amicus in a two-year 'savings bond' that matured last January 2018. Although I eventually received the amount due, it took weeks of constant emailing and phone calls before I finally received the matured funds. Customers services simply said they were unaware of why there was a delay and there was nothing they could do. Each day, for weeks, I was told I would get the money by the following day. It never arrived. I would call, I would write again and get the same promise. But never an explanation as to why the funds were not being released. I only received the money once I wrote a review on here. It is a shame because the return they offer is unbeatable and I would love to re-invest. I am happy to ammend this review as the funds were received. However I feel I would need much reassuring before considering doing that again.

I decided to invest with Amicus Invest 3 years ago. With Amicus Bonus Cash Account you haven't fixed term, free withdrawals. Very important No fees guaranteed and Fixed Return. A good experience for me!Therefore I signed the periodic savings plan because it gave the opportuinity to invest a sum of my choice every month for the duration of the plan chosen, in my case three years.
On expiry of the period chosen, the return was guaranteed with no surprises, and no expense. Excellent transparency and customer service. I advise!
Portal access 24 hours a day and 7 days a week 7, clarity in the content, accuracy and good service to customer service really make this service very friendly.
I explain my personal experience with Amicu Invest and thank you at all rewiews which I've read.
It's fast and simple join in Amicus!

Hello, I want to tell you about my experience with Amicus Invest, hoping that it will be useful to others.
I opened a 36 months regular savings plan with them, that recently matured. The plan was to use the accrued interest on house renovation.
I had to issues to report, and their customer service has always been very helpful and provided all the documentation when requested. Repayments were on time. Definitely recommended.
