They sent me mortar bags with holes in it. When I called to get a replacement they told me to email their supervisor. I emailed twice and not once have heard back from them. Horrible company. I don't see how they are still in business.

I purchased tiles from American Fast Floors in May. I was told they would ship in two weeks. After calling, they said it would be delayed until July. I canceled my order on June 26th and waiting 15 business days for my refund. Nothing. I called over and over again to ask about the refund and got nothing. They even disconnected the phone line... Had to go through my CC to get my money back. Do not use.

This place is horrible it took me over 1 month to get all of my order. Customer service never would return my calls. Would not recommend anyone buying anything from here.

Needed a bag of grout to complete a Contractor job. As our local home improvement store no longer carried the product, we ordered from American Fast Floors because their internet ad stated"free shipping."
After three days I called to inquire why there had been no order confirmation. Was informed this should have processed "last week and we'll get this right out." Next day was emailed our shipping invoice ($12 shipping to get an $18 bag of grout). ?!! Whatever. Shipping invoice stated the wrong address even though original order invoice had the correct address. Sent an email to customer service to alert them that the shipping invoice contained a billing address even though the correct address was on the original order invoice. Received confirmation that (you are correct) item would be sent to the correct address. After 10 more days I send another email asking about my delivery. I get a call from a customer service agent stating the product had been shipped to our billing address by mistake. Really??? Wanted me to have someone go there and reject the order so it could be sent back. Not possible. Finally got them to resend the product to the correct address. Fifteen days, five emails and three phone calls to get one lousy bag of grout. When I asked how this can happen, their rep stated "I've seen stranger things happen". Would never order again from such an unreliable company.

If you are reading this prior to making a "purchase" at American Fast Floors, stop now, run and never look back! I have been in the industry since 1994 and including the days of phone ordering supplies prior to internet sales, I have never seen worse service or had a more frustrating experience with any store in my life.
I ordered 49 cove base tiles to start a bathroom tiling project on the 19th of January. After waiting 3 weeks for the tiles I contacted Jessie Poole who informed me that I should have received a follow up email from someone at their company with a shipping invoice. Aside from the fact that no such email was received... who doesn't calculate shipping with the order and instead expects you to look for a random name in your email so you can execute a second payment to have the items you ordered shipped?!?! Despite the annoyance I needed the tile and had him send an invoice so I could pay shipping and keep this job moving as I was already almost to the point of tiling. I received an invoice for over $55 to ship 49 tiles! These are not large or heavy tiles, all are 4x6 ceramic. Despite the astronomical cost to ship these tiles I paid to get the order moving so as to not waste more time or have to deal with starting from scratch somewhere else. For the ensuing 3 weeks I periodically contacted Mr Poole and received a series of lame excuses but the product was never shipped. At this point (March 7th) I completely gave up on the Poole flake and contacted the only other name I could find associated with the company: Ronald Schnell. Mr Schnell never did manage to get my tile moving, but he at least was attentive and apologetic, and I kept up email correspondence until today, March 24th at which point my project has literally been on hold for 2 weeks waiting on the tiles (which are needed to provide the base for a full wall tiling). I finally cancelled the order and re-ordered my tiles from another vendor.
I found my tiles cheaper and at about 1/2 of the shipping cost and am now kicking myself for not having done this 6 weeks ago. I write this in the hopes that it can help prevent some other unsuspecting potential customer from kicking themselves a couple months from the time of their order. Please learn from my mistake.

Sham of a company. They take your money and do not communicate with you after order is placed. Especially after 3 weeks still have not received the product and no one from customer service will track the shipment. I Which by the way we had to pay extra for after the initial payment. Getting the run around from them. Very shady business dealings. Have to cancel the order and buy elsewhere.

The "description" on website on the square footage amount was incorrect, so we made a phone call to verify we where ordering the correct amount. It was confirmed by a "manager" on what to order. The order was incorrect and now they are not wanting to make it right. We are a very large remodeling and restoration company in Indiana and will never use this company again for any client.

Communication was the worst! I bought this and waited over two weeks with nothing but the initial email that stated I should receive it in 5 business days or less, but the tracking info was coming. I then called and was told I had to pay more (they hadn't added shipping) but that once that was taken care of, it was in stock in another warehouse and was being prepared to ship and I'd probably have it in 3 days, but that I'd get tracking info. Over a week later with nothing - no product, no tracking info and I called again and was told it might not be in stock. I relayed that I'd like to know for sure, so to call or email me back immediately (I was assured they had my contact info), and I'd probably cancel and buy it elsewhere if the wait was too long. Never heard a peep, so I called back another 2 days later and they said my order had been cancelled? Really, without telling me? So I asked to make sure I'd be credited what I'd paid via Paypal and was told sure, but it might not show up for up to 30 days. That's not how Paypal works - it's an immediate transfer of funds. Two more days and no sign of any attempt from AmericanFastFloors to credit me back, so I filed a complaint with Paypal that finally got results. Based on every aspect I experienced, I would not trust this company. Customer service - especially communication - is the worst I've ever experienced; being a contractor, I deal with a lot of companies like this one. What a monumental waste of time and it put me behind on this job.

I went on line looking for 6 X 8 white tile. I found it at American Fast Floors. I received the tile in two weeks. The only issue was that the shipment was delayed because the website did not provide a selection for shipping. They sent me an email a few days later to get payment for shipping.

Took two weeks to get the shipment after payment. Contacted customer service after a week about shipping but never received a response from them. Their website said free shipping then I had to pay a extra $20 for shipping

We got a shipment of floor tile, and it came in with a lot of broken pieces, I took pictures and sent them in and within 24 hours I was contacted back saying they were getting another shipment ready to send, in less than a week from our first shipment we had the replacement tile at our house and ready to install...no hassles, prompt customer service!

Cheap price which was good. The website leads you to believe that you are buying wood planks by the number of pieces instead of the square foot like they claim. The communication between employees and between employee to customer needs to improve greatly. I order flooring in mid January and today end of February finally received my full order.

One month after placing my order, I received notice that I needed to pay for shipping (50% of the original order amount) before my items were sent. This was not made clear when I initially placed my order, so I instructed AFF to cancel it. It then took approx 3 weeks to get my money back. I personally will not be using AFF in the future

Product was correct, but had numerous issues getting all of the shipment to me. A UPS label would be created but the product wouldn't ship. I had to follow up with American Fast Floors numerous times. They were cordial and accommodating.

Price and quality was very good. Shipping for this small order was a bit pricey but since it was shipped FedEx the cost was in line. Expected parcel post which would have cost a little less. On balance the final cost for this trim was better than most other sources.

Ordered flooring 12-24-16 and received it finally on 1-13-17. It should have taken less than 10 days, even with the holidays. It took 20 days to get my flooring. I will never buy another Alloc product because of the hassle it was to get more flooring at a later date. Jessica in customer service needs to find her a job that does not involve customer service, she is not good at returning phone calls or e mail. Bryan in shipping never returned my e mail either, until he wanted me to fill out a survey, so here you go Bryan, here is my response.

My issue was they sent me an email to confirm my order and if I had any changes to reply back . I replied back with changes and they never emailed me or called me back to confirm changes they just shipped it.
I called them to correct the issue they said they will call me back and they never did .
Other than that I cannot complain about the material or the shipping process.
