- Instructions never followed. There have been three incidents where I had to send the doc back pointing out errors. PMs try to push back on linguistic errors although they have no knowledge of the target language.
Quotes are never accurate. There have been two incidents where I was asked for almost 60% more money than the original quote. one of the original quotes was for $69. They requested an additional $207!! This is a day after I have already placed my order and got charged for it.
Finally decided to switch providers as these incidents have been causing delays in getting my job done.

Alliance Business Solutions was able to get us the interpreter we needed for our meeting very quickly. The interpreter read documents ahead of time and familiarized himself with them and was able to easily speak with the parent and help her to understand the conversation in a way that was easy for everyone. I would highly recommend them again.
