This was an excellent transaction both by the staff in the store and also the guys that fitted the carpet. I would highly recommend dealing with Alfreds Carpet One to anyone needing any type of flooring.

Not pushy, helpful and considerate. Even though it took longer to install they made sure they returned the next day and finished the job to my satisfaction even though I am sure it caused problems for them.

I am so pleased with Alfred s Carpet One. Al helped me with my choice of tile for my small front hall. .it looks like ceramic and has a grout in between tiles that makes it look authentic ...He brought samples into my home and assisted with how to complete some floor transition pieces that had been left undone by a previous handyman....Jorge was excellent and professional with his floor installation. ..plus he went over and above with detail on floor transition on bathroom and kitchen and put in a new air duct grill on wall that a handyman had messed up.....such attention to detail and great price. ..I knocked off about 8 to do things on my list. ..thanks again guys!

I had great advice from the in-store staff who helped me quickly find what I needed based on my criteria, and gave me a good price and quick delivery. I appreciated their follow up and follow through, as well as the efficiency of the whole process from inquiry to order to pick up. I would absolutely use them again.
