I guess it was my fault, but I'm going to blame their poor website design. I thought I was ordering a 20x20x1 pad filter frame. I thought that is what fit in a 20x20x1 filter opening for a furnace filter. For some reason they are not 20x20x1, but 19.5x19.5x0.75. Anyway, they said I ordered a custom size and it couldn't be returned. For some weird reason they were willing to send me another one, but only at the custom size I ordered originally. If they had just been able to change it to the size I needed they would get 5 stars. I will never order from these guys again. Everyone check out DiscountFilters.com before you order from AFD.

The filters won’t seat properly into the threads of my Culligan faucet filter. Cross-threading is not occurring. The first one had a small leak. My plumber agreed that it was not user error, we had inserted it correctly, but it leaked from the threading area, nonetheless. The leak was minor, so I used it anyway.
The second one, when fully inserted, sprays from the threads so powerfully that it reaches the next room (incidentally, damaging books and art in its path).
I bought a pack of 8. 6 are still in their original packaging. They would not accept a return of any of them. I wasted more than $70 on a faulty product.

Two weeks ago I ordered a standard size filter, just got a notice it was shipping. Use thier tracking tool, comes back with error and says my order isnt valid.

They advertise 3 days delivery at the most. It took nearly a month to get my filters. I received no email from them about the delivery nor did they answer my emails as to the delay. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I purchased 6 air filters and when I removed the first one from the blower unit, I noticed that the pleats had separated from the frame allowing air past the filter. I noticed one other filter (not used) where the pleats had also separated. I contacted air filters delivered and they said there was nothing they could do about the problem since the order was 2 months old and would not replace the filters.

Havent even recieved my filters yet. Ordered 15 days ago and not even shipped. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When I reached out asking about where my filters are I got a generic email stating they would be shipped in another 5 days. Terrible customer support considering didn't even get an explanation or apology. Spend your money else where. For the time taken I assume they probably have these made in China and shipped over here. Just to clarify I order almost. $90 worth of goods and transaction had processed through my back next day. Very very disappointed.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 07/17/2018 and on 08/13/2018 THEY STILL HAVE NOT FULFILLED ORDER. THEY STATED THEY NEED MORE RAW MATERIAL TO MAKE FILTERS. I ORDERED IT ON ANOTHER SITE AND IT WAS 25.00 CHEAPER AND THEY SENT OUT SAME DAY. AND HAS A 10% DISCOUNT TICKET FOR FIRST ORDER, THIS COMPANY SUCKS.

Ordered new furnace filters from Air Filters Delivered on the 6th of Nov. I received an email on the 20th that they shipped. When I inquired why the 2 week delay in fulfilling my order, I got a curt "we had a material shortage". Shipped by the slowest method and now won't receive until Dec 3rd. Abysmal customer service!!

Sorry service they couldn't even contact their customers to tell the they were on back order. You have to call and wait and wait. Then you will get hung up on if you ask to talk to someone else. I placed an order on the 10th of July and waited six days and called to check on the order. They told me they were out and on back order. I asked why they didn't contact their customers to let them know and got no answer except they were on back order.

I question the MERV ratings on this site. No where on the filter does it state in printed format, what the rating is, yet smacked on the side of the filter is a stamp that says MERV "XX". I don't know enough about filters to know if this is the correct filter but something is certainly fishy with these filters. The filter is constructed poorly with pleats pushed together and I don't see the quality I've seen from other well known brands such as 3M etc. I'm ordering some other lesser MERV filters to compare and will report back.

I placed an order on 10/3/17 and it is now 10/31/17 and I have yet to receive our order. I contacted customer service on 10/12/17 inquiring on the status of our order only to be told it would be shipping “one day within the next week and we would receive a tracking email.” I contacted them again on 10/25/17 as our order still was still not received nor did we receive a tracking email. They then advised of technical difficulties in their SC warehouse, but our order would be shipping the following day from their FL warehouse. As of today, still no air filters and still no tracking email. This is very frustrating as we’ve been waiting nearly 1 month for our order to even ship! We’ve used Air Filters Delivered 2 times previously, but will be looking for another company to order from in the future.

Their delivery sucks and their website is a flat-out lie of how long it will take to get your order.
I ordered my filters on January 2nd and I still have not received the delivery as of today, the 20th. I contacted customer support numerous times and was told that they were low on stock due to the holidays. Note, I had to reach out to them. There was no warning on their website or any other indication that their normal shipping speed would be delayed.
Reading other recent reviews from back before the holidays in September and October from "Amy Thompson" and "rshook" which describe the same experience leads me to believe that the excuse I was given is an outright lie.
A better company would, after false advertising their delivery times and speeds on their website, offer some sort of price reduction or other "make good". This company has not.
I will not be ordering from this trashy vendor in the future.

They don't want my business. I tried repeatedly to create an account but they require entering a Captcha, which doesn't work. I even tried with different browsers and different computers! They have no customer service phone number, and are accessible only via chat. Their chat rep had no answers and was entirely non responsive. I encourage readers to stay away from this customer "no-service"

User friendly website and quick response time on chat.
2 weeks and no update on shipping so I chatted with them online and they said "they'll be shipped this week" then I got an email later that day with a tracking number. I wonder how long they would have waited if I didn't contact them.
Then my debit card got compromised and this was the only website I ever used it on.
Still haven't got them yet but tracking says they should arrive tomorrow ...

I placed an order today at 1:45 pm and got an error message. They would not provide a phone number so I did the typed chat with customer service.
The told me to hang on momentarily and this went on for 25min then they told me to call customer service. She sent me the number and in less that a second it was gone and a survey showed up. I called customer service after chatting again and demanding a phone number. The rep that picked up my call was typing the entire time I was telling her what was happening when I tried to order. Once finished she asked me to repeat the entire thing again. I asked if she would stop typing and listen for a moment. She replied that she was very busy and would continue typing. It was not 3pm and I was done with this circus. I was never able to place my $291 order because they are so poorly run. Don't waste your valuable time like i did. Mike Moran

Placed an order a few weeks ago. I received the shipping information and about a week later got the package. I have been trying for 10 days to exchange the filters (unused, untouched) but there is no reply at AIR Filters Delivered, I have emailed several times, called many times and left messages on a horrible voice mail system that no one replies to. It is impossible to speak to a human much less get any customer service. I will have to keep the filters but do not recommend doing business with this company.

I looked at HVAC filters online, because the company that does my HVAC maintenance wanted $20 each for MERV 8 filters. Then I asked what is their cost for MERV 13 filters, but they advised that the HVAC was made for MERV 8. Do not go higher.
The Air Filters Delivered site looked rather like the Factory Direct Filters site and had similar pricing, but was a Google Trusted Store, so I went with it. I got a 15% Memorial day discount for a box of six 20 x 25 x 1 with total cost of $29.32, which is about 4.89 each. I ordered them on May 24, 2016 around 10 PM EDT.
They arrived in the middle of the afternoon on May 26. The box had not been properly taped: The tape started out sticking to both sides of the flaps and ended on just one of them. A corner of that end was slightly damaged and so was a corner of the filter under there.
The filters were not marked as to MERV number, but did have the brand of filter, the manufacturer and patent numbers: Aerostar NOVApleat Air Filter, Filtration Group, patents #7,156,891 & D544,949. Their site at hvac.filtrationgroup.com /product/novapleat-air-filter/ claims the filters achieve MERV 8. Subsequently I found a Home Depot that had 20 x 25 x 1 MERV 8 True Blue brand filters for $4 each before tax.
I am giving Air Filters Delivered +1 for ease of ordering, +1 for shipping at no additional charge, +1 for speed of shipping, +1 for extra information on the site about filters, +1 for sending what appears to be a good filter based on the Filtration Group site, and -1 for shoddy sealing of the package and not marking the MERV on the filters to compensate for the manufacturer not marking the MERV.

I am very disappointed for two reasons. First, it took 16 days to get our filters. We were told the long lead time was because our 20"X32"X1" filters had to be custom made. When they arrived today, we found out that our custom made filters were just two 16"x20"x1" filters taped end to end. This leaves a large section in the middle of the filter that restricts air flow. I certainly could have gone to Home Depot and bought filters if I just wanted to tape two together. Second, when we pulled a filter out of the box we immediately noticed that we can see right through them. If the filter is so porous that I can clearly see through it, it can't possibly trap the dust before it accumulates on our A/C coils. I will not use the filters because they are not going to filter dust.
When we raised these concerns to the company, we got no response at all.

This site has the best prices I have seen anywhere for washable furnace filters! My filter was good quality. I am very happy with it. The only thing is the filter has a very tight fit in the return vent. They have detailed directions on how to measure and I followed these to the best of my ability but it still required some pounding to fit into the return. Perhaps it is my fault for not measuring correctly. But they may not have measured my custom dimensions very precisely either. It could be a case of you get what you pay for. Other than that I am happy with the product. Saves a lot of money over time!!
