Aeropostle has great prices and adorable clothes, I love there style and they always have everything I need. There is great service and it’s my favorite store!

If you use PayPal for an online purchase and try to return your items for credit, forget it! Aero only gives you a gift card and will not credit you money back. So if you are going to order online buyer beware. It apparently is written in small print and not in plain sight. What kind of store operates like this now a days? Get with the times!

The absolute worst company ive every ordered from. Sent first order to wrong address, reordered still, items didn't fit, returned its now been 2 weeks of back and forth for me top call ups and they say the package is lost. Ive reported to BBB.

I was school shopping for my daughter.I went to Rue 21 first extremly bad experience customer service. I went to aeropostale 2 doors down in Walnut Square Mall in Dalton ga. The lady come up to me and gave me a 20% discount and was so nice. She showed me the sales racks where they had great deals going on. The lady was from Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga so friendly. I shop here every year for my daughter because the pants are amazing. I would just like to thank her for the great experiance. Keep up the great work. Life time customer.

I paid 13 dollars for 2day shipping on the 6th before 1pm.. Today is Friday the 9th and still havent gotten the items.. Contacted customer service and they said it takes 1-2days to process n the 2day shipping.. Thats not y i paid for 2day shipping.. If u buy from them dont pay extra for shipping bcus they dnt care it will take reg 3-7days

The worst customer service. I ordered an item by mistake so i called within 5 minutes to cancel but the representative told me it’s too late to cancel. I was like i just ordered 5 minutes ago what do u mean i can not cancel. They still never cancel my order so i will dispute the charge and never ever order from this cheap store.

They gave me what appeared to be a coupon for $5 off any purchase. When I paid, they surreptitiously added $5 to my subtotal before taking $5 off, so that I ended up paying the same amount that I would have without the coupon. If I hadn’t gone back and added the prices together like someone with trust issues, I wouldn’t have noticed—the receipt said $5 were taken off. Don’t let them dupe you.

I usually shop at the one in New Jersey cherry hill mall, the girls that work there always look mad and in a bad mood, they never smile or talk to customers. I feel so bad about that because I like areropostal cloths but their attitude discourage me to go shop there.

All the links in the email were errors. I couldn’t track my items for about a week. I was supposed to receive 2 shirts days ago and I didn’t receive it the day I was suppose to. They dropped it off at my post office and the tracker now says “in transit by post off”. I still haven’t receive it. I’m about to show up at my post office and ask for my package!

I hate them i bought stuff from the store in the mall for my daughter lost the receipt but they were never wore and had all the tags and everything went with her back so she could trade them in for stuff she wanted and they wont let u no return without receipt no exchange y dose it matter if she dont want them and she wants sweatpants instead such a rip off now im stuck with 2 pairs of jeans no one can wear

In the wake of Hurricane Michael my town was heavily damaged and was inaccessible for a week. All mail was being returned to sender. I was unaware if my package from AERO had been returned as I hadn't received any communication from them. I reached out to their customer service and the agent informed me they had received the package back and were going to refund. I asked if it could just be resent due to the circumstances and at first the agent advised no. After asking again she spoke with her supervisor and they agreed to resend the package. The package was sent back out and I received it very fast. I have always enjoyed AERO products and will continue to use them.

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and asked the items to be gifts and even wrote a gift message... The gift request was lost by the online system and I did not receive the gift receipt (which I would like to provide to my giftee in case any of the items don't work out but without the pricing info). I contacted the Aeropostale Customer Service via online chat available on their website. I explained the situation and the representative told me that the gift receipt would not be a problem. A few minutes later I receive an email declining to provide the gift receipt because I had no requested the items as gifts at the time of ordering. I explained again that I had requested them as gifts, but there was likely an issue on their ordering system and this request was not processed. Again, I received a message declining my request. I requested a rationale for the decline and the customer representative replied to me that they had already provided the gift receipt to me with my order (which is not true) and a replacement would not be issued. Very patiently, I explained one more time the situation and received again a decline. I have contacted this company about 6 times now and it is apparent that the customer service representatives do not look at your case at all and the goal is to dismiss the customer without resolving any issue. It is very apparent that the company is only interested in selling products, but provides no customer support. I am used to companies that actually value each customer and try to address the customer requests. Overall, Aeropostale has a very poor customer service and it seems to be a total waste of time to contact them for any reason.

I have ordered from Aeropostale before and the items have shipped to the UK as expected. However, recently, 3 weeks ago, I placed an order for a number of items as Christmas presents. They have stil not arrived and numerous emails later, Aeropostale still have no idea where my package is and have not provided a solution . I was happy to pay the shipping cost to the UK which is obviously high. However, I am now very disappointed with their care and customer service and their lack of resolution. I have asked for the items to be re sent but I am still waiting for a response. I do not expect to have to pay the shipping cost and only hope the order arrives in time for Christmas now.
I will think twice about ordering in the future now.

I honestly enjoy online shopping at Aeropostale. I find that the items "mix and match" with other brands in my wardrobe. They have great coordinated looks as well. Color-wise and style-wise I find awesome choices of items.

My order is currently lost in transit. On ups website it says it was delivered to USPS for delivery, But USPS said they never received it. Every time I call Aeropostale I get a rude representative!! Heck I should be the one mad. And since I opted for the free delivery they make it seem like it’s my fault, And the last rep at Aeropostale I spoke to can also see on ups and Usps website that it’s lost in transit “It was supposed to be delivered on the October/1/2018” today is the 5TH the tracking info still says “Waiting on package from ups”. But Aeropostale is making me wait a additional 15 days!! Just to process a refund like wth, This was my first and last time ordering from this website or brand period!. I hope they go bankrupt and go out of business this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in life, I’ll just file a dispute with my bank!!.

Very slow shipping. They post great online sales, but if you decide to order online make sure you have enough time. I placed an order in the US on 7/31 and today 8/10 it has not arrived. Orders placed with their main competitors arrive within the week. If you are in a hurry order somewhere else.

I never thought customer service could be so poor. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering, and purchased clothing needed for my daughter. But after ten days the package is supposedly on its way, the two original delivery dates have since been changed, and now the anticipated delivery date is a week from now, more than two weeks after the purchase. What everyone says about customer service is correct. They are useless and except for one agent, rude and unhelpful. I will try and find out where the closest BBB is to them and file a complaint.

It has almost been a week and a half since I ordered my stuff online. I can be impatient sometimes but this is out of hand. I had something coming up that I wanted to wear the stuff I bought but that’s past and I’m mad. I get the fact that it takes 3-10 business days but that’s ridiculous because I’ve had other companies ship the package straight to my door or in my mailbox within 2 days!

I went in store and purchased some boxer briefs because they were buy 1, get 2 free. I come home, wear them around, and next thing I know the stitching is unraveling. I knew it was too good to be true. I got what I paid for and unfortunately it came at a cost. The boxer briefs were really cute, but this is unacceptable. I'll give my money to American Eagle instead which is much better.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! This garbage company charged my debit card twice for the same purchase and then had the nerve to change the taxes for the purchase. They're customer service is absolute bulls***! They are rude and unreasonable! How do you tell a customer that your having problems with your online tax calculator and it's giving incorrect totals and yet demad that the customer pay the corrected total that they take off your card anyway. Never will I shop with this company again and I hope every store they have goes out of business!!!

Terrible customer service. I have never had so many problems ordering online. The sales they claim to have suddenly disappears when you go to checkout. They charge your card multiple times and I too had to call my bank. Sat on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to an actual person and they still didn't cancel my order when asked. I will never use this company again. No wonder stores are closing.
