Absolutely amazed by this brand. Not only is the staff as nice as they can get, helpful and super fast - the products have an incredible quality, I looooove my glasses and was so happy about the 1hr service! The eye test was also super professional and quick :-)

Amazing experience in-store, everything was Covid safe, staff were really patient and helpful. Got my glasses within 15 minutes, was amazed by how quick this was! Will definitely be returning to the Manchester store for my second pair. Glasses look ace too.

Fab, friendly staff at the Manchester store. I ordered a pair of varifocals, had to return them as they just didn’t feel right. Max at the Manchester store arranged a replacement pair that had to be tweaked slightly. Replacements arrived quickly and are now perfect. Great choice of frames to choose from. The staff make it a lovely shopping experience

High-quality products, great customer service, and a socially responsible company! I got glasses over a year ago at a big eyewear chain and had an awful experience (an inaccurate eye test with too strong a prescription that was giving me headaches, a frame that was expensive but broke quickly). It's been so refreshing to have an entirely different experience with Ace & Tate. I have a high prescription but for the first time ever, I was able to get metal-frame glasses because their new extra-thin-lens option fits in even skinny metal frames. Now I wear my glasses because I want to, not just when my eyes are tired of my contacts :)

Costumer service is lovely, as a costumer I feel like every service is designed so good so we can have a nice experience and become loyal clients. I love the website, try-home service, return policy; everything I’ve tried myself and they’ve been so patient with my difficulties making up my mind. The frames are so beautiful that is hard to chose one.

I first heard about Ace&Tate from a colleague. She had a collection of really stylish glasses incl. sunglasses. I always wondered how she could afford a full selection. She told me to go and see Ace&Tate. Thankfully we now have a store in Zurich. I have a dioptres of -6.5 on both eyes. The "cheepest" glasses including frame I have had so far came at a price of 1200 EUR. I even had to go to Germany to get glasses as prices are even higher here in Switzerland. For my new glasses I paid altogether 170 CHF.
The staff at the store was kind, supportive and even helped me taking pictures of myself trying on different frames.
Further, I didn`t get any annoying phone calls or paper receipts. Everything is handled via email (happy trees). My glasses were ready within 1.5 weeks. I put them on and done. No fitting, no adjusting, no waiting. Done in 2 seconds.
I can`t wait to buy another pair of glasses. Eye surgery? Absolutely not! I love wearing glasses, again.

I was so pleased with the price and fit of my first pair of Ace and Tate glasses and I was not disappointed with my third! The service at both Munich locations is fantastic - staff speak German and English and are happy to help in either language. COVID-19 measures were in place, but staff were extra careful without compromising personality and helpfulness.

I very rarely leave reviews but felt inclined to do so with Ace & Tate as I absolutely love them. Great service, prompt responses, deal with any issues quickly and effectively, lovely staff and amazing, modern range, not to mention affordable.
Honestly, I would never buy glasses anywhere else. Thank you for being so brilliant ❤️

I Love my shop in nuremberg. If you need help, also as an older lady like me ,they are always there for me, listen carefully and find a smart way to solve an issue. I'm overall happy with my glasses and the service. Also they seem to have the best corona hygienic concept, its nearly the only store right now where i feel really safe. Thank you!

I initially was only interested in the at-home try-on box, as even though I thought the prices for a pair of glasses was decent, I wasn't prepared to buy any yet. After trying them on, I found a pair that I loved and a few weeks later decided to buy them with my prescription. I was swayed by the 30-day money back return policy, and figured that if I still thought the price was a littel high I could just return them. This didn't happen as I love them so much. I was also very impressed with the sustainability of the products, and the little cleaning kit you can buy (which is refillable in their stores). I didn't pay extra for blue light filters, but may do in my next pair (anti-glare and anti-scratch comes as standard.)

I visited the Liverpool store on 31/08/20 to have an eye test and purchase new glasses. Staff are super nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. I wish I knew the name of the man that helped me with choosing some frames because I can’t sing his praises loudly enough! Range of frame style is excellent and the quality is excellent too. Prices are the best I’ve seen- I’ve paid three times as much for similar frames and lenses at other high st opticians and not had anywhere near the level of customer care as I did at Ace & Tate. I will be making all future purchases at this store because the staff are absolutely great!
