Becuase I did not find the case of respond, I have to tell you that I have to cancel my stay in Paris from the 8.11.2019 till 11.11.2019, three rooms. One of our collques suffers under very bad healthy conditions that we decided not to do this trip. Thanks for your understanding. Please confirm my cancellation;

Being from California, sometimes booking activities, hotels, & trips to a foreign land (Australia) can be a little difficult. It’s can be hard to contact groups via phone, the website layouts differ very much so from the U.S formats, or even simply because of my lack of experience with the city of Sydney. Your operators were very prompt, informative, and lovely to work with. I’m in shock of how well they treated me over the phone & how thorough the my were through the process. Quality and care were the main attributes I must commend to the staff. Thank you again and I cannot wait to share and celebrate my girlfriends birthday at that location.

I am rating the assistance I got from the call centre with a review of excellence. The operator concerned was extremely helpful. I found it very taxing trying to book on line. My attempts to submit a password were frustrating hence I had to ring for help. In that respect I rate my experience 2 on line. A comment from you would be appreciated.

Just stayed the night at Ibis Budget in Chateaudun and would have to say it’s the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. Booked online and found out what a mistake that was the moment we stepped in the door. Bath towels the size of a hand towel, flat lumpy pillow, no central light (only one bedside light), no lift (we were on the third floor). The shower rose is unadjustable and so high, it’s impossible to shower so you have to hold the shower in your hand. Also, don’t turn the shower on before getting in because it sprays straight out.
We have stayed in a few Ibis Budget establishments with no problem (you get what you pay for) but this one really ripped us off. From now on, I will not prebook online but check it out first in person.

We have stayed at the ibis styles Heathrow many times before, but with my on line booking experience we get asked for any preferences l always ask for top floor with runway view, but never seem to have my request fulfilled why ask if it's never possible?

Rooms dirty had to be moved to another rm
Not enough towels for 2 people towels very hard
Only 1 bar of soap no shampoo etc
Staff not friendly didn't show to rms
Walked to 1st rm breakfast stuff outside rms at 330pm from the am!!!!
Very very basic rms breakfast charging £15/pp!!!!!out of this range
Food expensive didn't eat
Not a good hotel poss call it a bedsit!!!!!!!!

After over 20 years of using the Hilton group all over the world, and holding full Diamond status with Hilton hotels, fir a number of years, the decision to switch to the Accor group was not easy.
However, it turned out to be THE BEST MOVE I could of made!!
The AccorHotels Group have a hotel for every budget, and excel in customer service.
From trainee reception staff up to hotel general managers, they all make you feel wanted.
I thoroughly enjoy trying out different Accor group hotels , as I have done today.
Again, I received a warm welcome, a professional approach and a smooth check-in procedure.
Thank you LETCHWORTH HALL HOTEL, for allowing me to continue to enjoy another Accor Hotel.

That hotel is the most disappointed hotel I ever book , 1) no invoice 2) the cashier trying to cheat 300 yuan for ungraded the room without customer agree 3)bad service!

Easy to use, clear instructions. Ppop-up notification with information about the Call Center if you need help was usefull when the website blocked (at my end) and not knowing if the reservation was completed or not.

rooms are full of mosquitoes & when inform to hotel staff , they say they cannot see it & if u make them see 1 or 2 .... they say ONLY 1 OR 2 . AMAZING HOSPITALITY...

I HAVE BEEN STAYING WITH ACCOR HOTELS FOR MANY YEARS.
THIS YEAR I TOOK A ACCOR PLUS MEMBERSHIP WHICH I HAVE USED ALOT. NICE TO OCCASSIONALLY GET LATE CHECKOUT THO GETTING TO ROOM EARLIER WOULD BE A BONUS. I DO LIKE THE DISCOUNT I GET WHEN DINING IN SOME RESTAURANTS.
WILL PROBABLY EXTEND MY MEMBERSHIP FOR ANOTHER YEAR

We chose this hotel having stayed here some years ago. We arrived after a long drive, reception and our greeting was pleasant but the rooms were disappointing, we had 2 small rooms at the end of a tired and shabby corridor. The gap from the end of the bed to the wall was around 300mm, the bath was the smallest we had ever seen, if the bathroom itself was 6ft x 2ft this is generous. The shower screen was so tight it was nearly impossible to get into / out of the shower. We overlooked a flat room.
The breakfast room is 'tired' and the staff were struggling (at 0900) to keep up and as such a lot of tables were still dirty.
There was also some form of staff/union protest outside the hotel and this made it very noisy and with the masses of shredded paper they (the strikers) had made it dirty as well.
The car park, wow, you could eat your dinner form the floor..
I use and have used IBIS for many years but this hotel, I am sorry to say, is not one I would choose to stay in again.

The website is a little difficult to work. When trying to set the date, I found that it was difficult to do. The calendar function did not work.
Also, when trying to log out, there was no logout location...or at least not that I could find.

You must improve your Accor and especially Accor Plus aps. The Accor Plus ap does not work well at all; can't log in, can't view details, call centre staff can't help. Also the Accor Places have not been working for months and have not been fixed. Can't open the ap at all.
