This is worst platform for digital marketing apprenticeship.
I finished all the courses. Helped around 3 employers with FB ads, social media and customer service. One of employer made me pay for video marketing creation on promo. They just used me and then they didn't even produced my experience letter and they deleted all my work proof from trello.
I even talked with Acadium about this and they asked me to produce evidence.
How can I produce evidence if they deleted all my work proof on trello? I wasted my time and money in this and got no experience letter or support in return. I wouldnt recommend this platform to anyone.

Most of the positive reviews here are from the interns, not the businesses. Of course the interns like it because it's free for them, they get education and it helps them.

Part of the nature of hiring interns is that you're selecting from an unexperienced pool of workers; some require more time to explain what you want done than it would take anyone else to actually do what you want done. That's not what my complaint is, but it is a reality that any business owner would need to consider when hiring an intern. And if you want to hire an intern there are much better resources than Acadium which I wish I would have researched sooner.

My complaint is regarding the Acadium's unfriendly billing practices and lousy return policy. If a business pays for 7 interns but only hires 3, and they are unsatisfied with the overall experience, they should get a refund for the other 4. They only refunded for one because it was requested within an allowable time frame. So they're basically stealing the money for the undelivered, unused portion.

It is borderline predatory because the billing occurs automatically whether you're hiring interns or not. Didn't hire an intern this quarter? Well, you're still charged as if you did. And their customer service just refers to a return policy until they get to the point where they just ignore the complaint. If you don't deliver something, you should give a refund for that which wasn't delivered. The policy sucks and it always has. Setting it up that way in the first place was predatory. It's the same as any recurring billing scam that people complain about. It's why the FTC in the United States has warnings against free trials and similar scams. I don't know what Canada has by way of consumer advocacy but I intend to find out, and hopefully it applies to a B2B service. It's not uncommon to pay for something on a recurring basis in business but it's a scam when recurring billing is combined with such an unfriendly return policy.

I loved completing my digital marketing apprenticeship through Acadium. Within a few days, I was able to find a mentor that aligned with my interests, and accepted a 3-month apprenticeship. Acadium also offers great courses that I have learned a great deal from that can be used when starting my career in digital marketing.

The concept is great in theory, but unfortunately the people at acadium just don't have what it take to pull it off. What they try to sell you is all wrapped up nicely with a bow but it's smoke and mirrors. They will take your money, promise you riches with outlandish claims and never offer any help besides things you can find on the internet for free. Save your money, go elsewhere. Hopefully some other company can work on the great premise Acadium was trying to figure out.

I joined Acadium to gain practical experience in Digital Marketing. The platform provided a lot of courses to learn and the opportunity to work with 2 amazing mentors. I will say it is a great choice for anyone looking to get experience in Digital Marketing

At the beginning of the lockdown, I knew I had to do something to gain more skills, especially in the Digital Marketing. Someone recommended Acadium in a Facebook Group. I discovered amazing courses, a great community, and a helpful and nice mentor. I wrote content for her and she taught me her expertise in business and selling. I totally loved this experience and I recommend it to people who want to improve their resume and learn new things for free.

Former GenM, now Acadium is a scam. Save yourself money, frustration and time. I speak from my experience, as well as multiple business owners I know whom had similar testimonials. Terrible customer service. It’s now owned by a foreign company that also charges an international fee at each renewal. There is no quality control. It’s essentially “interns” whom are actually utilizing the platform for paid job placement. There are very few interns, most are flaky and will do minimal work if any at all. Acadium will take your money, offer no assistance, no service, no refunds and ultimately no interns. It was a good concept that needed work and Acadium destroyed it.

I heard about Acadium through Reddit, To be honest, since I started everything is going smooth, I'm almost finishing my first contract and iam so happy with the platform and the skills that I have developed with my mentor and the free resource acadium have, Customer service is exceptional .very professional and attentive.

Looking forward to my second contract.

Excellent platform to gain real world work insights for students.

I used to read blogs from Neil Patel, Brian Dean (Backlinko) and the likes, which fueled my drive into Digital Marketing.

I gained so much knowledge through online resources, and it was then I decided to kickstart my career in Marketing.
But I doubted myself and didn't have any portfolio to present when approaching potential clients.

I then came across Acadium. A platform where I could take on projects without fear of not being skilled enough but with the ambition of starting off my career and driving results for businesses.

I got my first client through Acadium even before the apprenticeship was over.

The Acadium Accelerator has been a pretty impressive experience. The instruction is fast, but gives you more than you need, so you can return to what you want to dive deeper on in the future. The community is supportive and fun, it's helpful to have a group of people on your side when you're learning something new, and the mentorship calls are always positive and action oriented.

I wasn't even done with the Accelerator when I was offered my first job, which I'm loving, and looking forward to continuing to grow and learn with all the resources and community available to me.

I was an Acadium apprentice and had an excellent experience. I was hired by my mentor about halfway through my apprenticeship, despite having no previous marketing experience or marketing-specific education (just whole lot of hustle!)
The courses are short, but fluff-free and to the point.
My apprenticeship was excellent, working remotely with a digital marketing agency staffed by great people.
This is definitely a case of “you get out what you put in”. Take other courses, establish clear goals, choose your placement wisely, talk to your Advisors, and ask questions. Your success is ultimately up to you, but Acadium is there to help.

This apprenticeship helps me to gain more knowledge and confidence to fulfill my will, and I know I will be going yo utilize it for my future endeavor
