I have ordered a doll and wanted to make a change so I called Customer care there was no response

Scammers and thief’s! I sent 850.00 three months ago and nothing. I have sent several emails with no results. They are from China. Do not trust!

I have been searching for a reputable company to get my first doll, it took me a while to get it, I guess the covid thing, from the day I order it til it shows up took about a month, they said it's a custom order that's why. ok.

I have to say I am surprised how good the quality is for such price. Overall very happy about it.

Now here comes the question, how long can I use it. lol

I ordered a doll with big boobs on AUG 25. I got pics on SEP 3. I told them it’s ok to ship the doll even tho it wasn’t what I ordered at all. 5 weeks gone by and the doll was never shipped to the warehouse. So they shipped it from China. I got the doll on the 6 week. When I open the package it was a doll with small boobs when I ordered a doll with big boobs. WHAT A SCAM!!!!

First time ordering a doll. Customer service was friendly an kept me updated on progress of my doll, showed me pics to make sure I was satisfied with the look. Explained the whole shipping process. Arrived around the time absolutesexdoll said it would.

The doll met my expectations an then some. Just a base model doll no bells or whistles.

Extremely pleased. Can't keep my hands off it. Definitely getting another doll with the bells an whistles when budget permits.

They have been pretty good at updating me on the process of the order, and sending the pictures of the doll I ordered, I was a bit nervous about ordering but after seeing the doll after it's made. Man... I have to say I am impressed.

After confirming the shipment, they still kept me updated on the events of the package. Overall, it is exactly what I ordered.

Oh... the doll looks awesome and I have no idea how they can make it so cheap, but I ain't complaining. lol

I love the doll but it is not configured how I ordered it I was literally sent a picture of what I ordered and then I received something else and my warming stick did not arrive with the package

There was a few little tears in the body and over time got a bit worse. Especially at the feet and hands....these can rip off at any moment if moved around or rubbed against something. All I try to do is move my doll on and off the bed so 🤷🏼‍♂️ Overall feels nice and realistic but the quality could’ve been better. Shipping was fine tho

Took almost 3 months to come and no one would email or respond to my questions after my doll took so long to be shipped out. Very disappointed and won’t buy from them again.

With everything going on I had one or two issues with my package, but the customer service I got in response real did make the purchase 10x better. I will most likely be back.

Shipping wasn’t as fast as advertised. Communication was iffy but they did contact you back. I liked that they sent a in progress picture and I noticed a few upgrades that wasn’t in the picture and they said they were still working on it but yet never did it like putting on the pubic hair. Doll came with a few tears (bottom of feet, arm, leg). Reason why I give it 3 stars and not less is because I honestly thought I was never gonna get it. Figured I got scammed.

The material is high quality, similar to the newer material used by Doc Johnson, though perhaps a little on the dense/firm side. The skeleton joints hold position well, but may not be as flexible as some users may prefer; always be aware that not all manufacturers use the same style skeleton.
The mold design and surface finishing are excellent, and the eyes and smaller details great. It may be a thing with most dolls, but the fingers are simple poseable wires, likely due to the thinness of the material there. These wires are historically prone to breakage. I would review thin, jointed finger segments the same color as the body, as a possible solution.

Communication was average, but I'm certain this is due to the pandemic, and urger readers to consider what it takes to get "average" service in these trying times.

The price of this brand simply cannot be bested, even at comparable quality. The next highest priced brand is equal quality, and the next lowest price brand is not worth your time. And ASD allows you to split up the payments, making these quality dolls more accessible to the average person.

If you are interested in becoming a collector, especially, ASD is perfect to get you started.

The doll did arrive had tears in feet I had ordered the heating and moaning system got a Chinese plug can’t get an extension or anything for in in the USA so it’s virtually unusable. They said they would send me a plug heh it’s been 3 months. To top that off the doll is not close to worth 1400 so I wouldn’t order from absolute sex doll unless ur afraid to get scammed from another company.

Shipping took a long time due to covid 19. With that aside, I was a bit upset with the quality of the product when I got it. The wiring in the fingers was broken through the “skin”, 3 fingernails fell off, the wig feels very cheap, the “skin” in the groan area is already separating (it has not been used yet, this is straight out of the box), there’s a few other small things like the eyelashes were coming off (easily fixed with glue), clothes were of cheap material, and packaging box was busted up from shipping. The doll itself feels nice, the inserts feel nice on my fingers, I like the weight and size (easier to put away when guest come over). For the amount of money I expected more. I’ll be returning to my previous stores until these issues are addressed.
Oh side note, you can not order any extras after you have already ordered the doll which I don’t like. Adding things on is a huge plus for me.

Don’t even get me started.. false advertising, 7 weeks to get doll, Chinese knock off dolls.. didn’t even get the right color wig.. sooo bad. Poor quality... and so much more I could say but don’t feel like wasting any more time with this.. sadly it wasnt just the wig and eyes.. i ordered a medium breast , fit , tan , blonde and received a cookie cut pale, big breasted, brunette. The teeth and nipples were the same color as body.. it was literally not the “custom doll” i paid for... they send you pictures of your “Custom Doll” Being made but the doll in the picture wasn’t even the same either.. the picture doll had white teeth and pink nipples.. the one i received 2 months later had no color accents at all.. just mass production knock offs.. Period.. please pay the extra money and buy directly from the manufacturer of the picture they advertise.. you will not get what you ask for here... i promise

I wasn't happy with the product so when I gave a bad rating they said they would refund me if I change my rating..... so I changed my rating to 5-star and never saw any refund....

Wife and I love our order, good detail and features. Customer service was really helpful during the whole process as well

Had some flaws in the skin out of the box

Company was very responsive during the whole order and shipping progress. Always had prompt answers for me. I was a little hesitant in the beginning due to the price being so low. I was pleasantly surprised. Head was Exactly what was pictured and as I ordered. Body was a little smaller overall that I had imagined but it does match the photos shown. Yes, the website photos are more like GlamourShots but you will get a Very close model. Due to Covid-19 and Shipping being a nightmare it took me close to 5 weeks for delivery. No fault of this company. There are more expensive Dolls you can buy but I would recommend AbsoluteSexDolls highly

Would have got 5 stars just didn't get the eyes I wanted over all the product was great

The package is shipped by UPS, they shipped it pretty quickly, but there was a hold up on the UPS side, it wasn't updating for a few days, but I guess it's the pandemic issue going on. Overall, they are very quick replying to my questions compare with other sites.
