Purchased a new Audi A4 in Audi Aalborg last year. In January I got a crack on my windshield and I contacted Audi Aalborg to help with arranging the repairs. I stopped by in the store and I was asked to come again to see Mr. A. who will assess the damage.
In February I arranged a meeting with A., he refilled the Adblue in my car and checked the windshield but the repair was not scheduled. In June I was asked to stop by in Audi to assess the damage again.
I stopped by on Saturday and since A was not there, one of his colleagues checked the damage and told me that he will help me to get the repairs scheduled. Then no follow up.
Even I'm very happy about the car and the salesperson was really helpful with finding the right car for us, I don't like to drive with a cracked windshield. Also if you call customers to show up, you need to let them know when you are out of office.
I called an another Audi workshop, they scheduled the repairs over the phone in 5 minutes, fixed the car in 2 days.
