This is for there road side assistance. I’m a three year member. Added my nephew as a free courtesy. My policy came up and they added him on for almost 200 dollars. I said no he was to get his own policy. Took him off and they gave me some crap called classic. It entailed four rows at three miles each for 52 dollars. Who breaks down three miles from home? My daughter broke down on the turnpike coming home from work. Called told them I needed the car towed they said I had to be there. I was 100 miles away so they tell me for 12 dollars they can put him on my policy. I said sure. Then the shocker. Three miles and he had to pay the rest which was 132 dollars. I was livid. I called and complained stoped payment on the 12 dollars. They sent me a plus card and said for 9 more dollars I can have the plus status. Boy did I almost get hosed.

I feel like it's Mercury Retrograde because I've had three vendors bugger their service this weekend: only one was a Rockstar and I'm cutting the other two off. TAKE YOUR POWER BACK AS AMERICAN CONSUMERS!!! Seriously - there are so many service providers there is no need to accept bad product or service. They need you, you DO NOT NEED them. I called at 610p and service didn't come until 715p (I didn't get confirm of service vendor until 710p and when I did call AAA back to understand what was going on the phone representative hung up on me). All I needed was a battery jump. I was a cheap customer, AAA: my Dad suggested I buy you after my Car Manufacturer's courtesy roadside service expired. I am buying a new car this year and am dropping AAA, and when my next Dealer courtesy roadside service expires I am just going to bundle with my car insurer. (Your customer service kind of stinks: it is not my problem you can't manage your supply chain or you are using inadequate algorithm to predict volume [that's your job, by the way, not mine]). See 'ya!

WARNING! Do NOT buy here! This place is a total rip-off! We bought a Smart recently and problems started one week after. We had to get the electric updated and the tires replaced. After 3 months the car broke down (normal driving in the city - approx 600km). The clutch is broken and the mechanic says both the engine and the clutch have to be replaced. Luckily both these parts are covered by the guarantee you might say. Not AAA. For some reason, they don´t want to take responsibility.
Not only that; they told us in a physical mail, that we were informed at the time of purchase in what state the car is and we should´ve known that this car will break down. Of course this did not happen. The car dealer wouldn´t stop mentioning how great the car is! I honestly can´t believe this - worst service ever and I so regret that we didn´t buy at a professional licensed car dealership.
We´re contacting lawyers now but I just wanted to get this out here so others don´t have to go through this themselves
