NO customer service at all!
Ordered two sun loungers that arrived both broken inside the box, I presume for being wrongly folded when packaged. Anyway contacted them to claim return and refund for my £225.oo. CUSTOMER SERVICE totally absent.
Phones are suspended, chat too. Emails do no show a receipt of your complaint. And I had NO answers on the return form filled on their website.
This is one of the biggest scam I have ever had in my life. Their website looks good, and make you feel confident but don't let you lured by this. They are scammers and customer service is a term that is NOT acknowledged by this company. If you take your chance to purchase anything from this website you have to be very lucky and receive your item in time and functional as after sales customer service is TOTALLY ABSENT! Avoid at any cost!

I ordered with this company at the end of May and it’s still listed as processing despite the fact they’ve taken almost £100 for the goods!!! I tried to contact them with no response and now I cannot even login to the site!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! I will be reporting them to trading standards - they have effectively stolen my money!!!!!!

I purchased 2 teak wood sinks for my bathroom, both have cracked within 1 month. I messaged company to replace them. I asked for them to send 2 new sinks and i would swap out for mine and put in those boxes and return them. There reply is i have to at least take my existing sinks to a shipment center first to show them in transport, then they would send me 2 new ones. This is in a bathroom and i need a working sink unt new ones come. They have my credit card no. If they are scared i wont return the defective ones, there customer service sucks. Stay with a local company that stands behind there products, they do not care about customer service

Poor customer service. Avoid
Bought a bbq via mano mano and price subsequently went up by £20. Asked seller if they would part refund (since I could have returned the old one and bought a new one at lower price). But they refused. Have had similar issues with other companies (e.g. Amazon and they have refunded with no issues) Would not recommend and will not use again.

Terrible,ordered a pergola style arch with planters for the garden waited 2 weeks before I heard it was shipped and another 5 days before delivery but only the planters arrived ,delivery driver guessed a second package would follow in a few days and sure enough I received another email from Vidaxl to say second package was ready for shipment after 5 more days I chased package and eventually got a reply to say item was out of stock and order was cancelled and I was to send back the planters before receiving my money back, further emails resulted in them arranging a courier to collect the part shipment from me but I still await a refund. Item is still available to purchase on their website, in stock with delivery in 5 days however it is nearly twice the price so maybe thats why they never wanted to sell it to me.
Will never go near this lot again!

I ordered a webcam from this company last week. i paid and then received two emails telling me the order was cancelled. so I wrote and asked them to pay the funds back into my bank account. i then went online and purchased one from another company. shortly after I received an email from vidcXL telling me the item had now been shipped. I wrote to them and demanded a refund, but they replied saying that the item had been ordered through one of their suppliers (the Bargain Shop UK) and that I should contact this other company for a refund.
My contract is with vidaXL, I paid through their online payment portal, all emails came from them and the order was placed by them. if I don't get my money refunded I will do everything in my power to take legal action against them.

avoid this company at all costs .. i ordered the rattan lounge set almost £500.00
when this item finally arrived half of it was missing .. 2 weeks later i still can not contact anyone and i am left with a garden set that i can not use

I purchased an outdoor dining set on the 8.4.2020... Was promised 5 working days delivery with the covid 19 situation I knew I'd wait a little longer.
But only recieved 1 package on the 20.4.20 no tracking info for the other 3 shipments and still no complete set today (1.5.20)
After various emails they have told me they found other 2 parcels and I asked them to send them. Haven't arrived so asked for refund they tell me I need to return chairs but I'd already unpacked them due to the promise the others were on its way. Terrible customer service and communication between various sales reps don't buy from this company otherwise you will be out of pocket!

I do not usually write reviews but wanted to warn others out there so they do not experience the same dire service. They have withdrawn multiple £100's of pound from my account and failed to provide any confirmation or access to my order. For over two weeks now they have been ignoring all contacts. I appreciate with Covid-19 it's a difficult situation but this company is an absolute shambles.

I would like to know Andy Coggin's secret as to how he got a response I have been given all sort of wrong information regarding the delivery of my item. The bottom line is that the contents are wrong, do not match the packaging label and are incomplete in content. Ordered an item from the UK and expected 5 days but extended to 14 days and the tracking link to Yodel kept saying no info available.
Contacted Vidaxl UK and told to wait 2 more days.
Still nothing, emailed again to be told they would send one out post haste.
Later that day, an email from them saying the item was out of stock and they would be returning my payment.
With nearly a third of reviews negative , I should have been more careful.
Order from these at your peril.

After taking our money showing furniture in stock they promised delivery within 4 to 8 working days. Three weeks later and still no furniture or any promises. Terrible customer service. Will not respond to emails. Do not buy from these people.

I have tried to buy a disc sander off this site or so I thought. I payed instantly threw PayPal for what seemed to me a good deal. They took the money and sent me a email saying my order would be with me within 4 working days. I waited over 14 working days. I message the company every day to ask where it is but the send me the same message back every time our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hrs. This is not true No1 has contacted me. Iv now ordered the product with a different site. I strongly advise anyone to avoid using vida xl and look before you buy. I'm over £100 out of pocket and still no closer to a answer ?

Waited for over a week for this, then looked at tracking and found that courier couldn't deliver for some reason. Sent a message to vidaxl and was told that no one was in to take the delivery. However this was my work address staffed from 8:30 tilll 18:30 at least. Had to accept refund but waste of time.

I bought an accessory for my camera. The product had advertised a 4-5 working day wait time. Unfortunately the 4-5 day wait time came and went with absolutely no word from the company. Not even a confirmation after the charged my account for the product. I contact them after a couple of weeks and was told that due to a warehouse error my product had not dispatched and they could either send it out from then or give me a refund. I took the refund option because in my line of work I can't be dealing with companies that can get even the most simple stuff wrong. Won't be using them again.

The table looked great in the photo, delivery was quick. When the table arrived I put it together, I have put together endless amounts of flat pack furniture and have no problem doing so but this table is badly made, parts were missing and there were no clear instructions. I managed to assemble it but there are marks and chips on the table and legs. Paint work is badly done and it looks shabby. We will need a table cloth to cover up the marks it came with. Don't buy it.
