Excellent product, as usual (the vanilla extract this time; I've had their pods and paste in the past). A considerate customer service for this order - I'd absent-mindedly used the wrong postcode, so the package was returned to Vanilla Mart. They let me know and I gave them the correct postcode and offered to pay for the repeat delivery since it was my fault, but they generously declined my offer as it was a genuine mistake. Thank you, Becky of Vanilla Mart :-)

Ordered and paid for vanilla pods on 19 June, haven't responded to emails or phone calls and I still haven't received the goods over 2 months later. Have also had no correspondence regarding the goods being delayed. Very strange as have been competent previously.

The Vanilla I bought is lovely. But one item I ordered was a cinamon sugar, and I got a Vanilla sugar. I didn't bother to complain and return it, because that would be to much bother, since I live in Denmark, and can use the item I got, but it affects my overall experience. Also delivery time was almost 2 weeks, wich is okay when it is announced, but it was not

I ordered the vanilla within the last fortnight, so haven't had much of a chance to use much. I ordered the Madagascar vanilla because it has such a good review, and I was not disappointed.The vanilla is plump and tastes great. I will be buying it again.
