Horrible, horrible experience all around!
I purchased the tickets with them in February, then the concert has been delayed for a year, so I requested a refund. After three months I haven't seen my money yet, going back and forth with them. Every time I have a new person to contact me and every time they have a new story to tell me.
Never again!

Ticketmaster updated their TOS to give themselves "Covid-19 Protection" AFTER I purchased my tickets. In addition, they continually postpone the events instead of cancelling them, which somehow gives them the ability to hold your funds until whenever they feel like returning them This worldwide crisis is really showing the true colors and initiative of the corporate leadership for this company and its absolutely terrible. $500 I can't access when I don't have a job and thousands of other people that have unfortunately decided to use their services are forced into the same situation as myself. What scumbags. Never buying tickets from them again.

Would give 0 stars is possible!
Bought my tickets July 2019 for a show in April 2020.. Show was cancelled due to lockdown in the UK, and replanned for July 2021. I was told I would get a refund July 2021 - TWO YEARS after paying this company!
This is in breach of the Government's Lockdown Law, as well as probably their own Purchase Policy - which they have conveniently changed since I purchased my tickets, as well as closing the customer phone lines down. It is VERY hard to get a response from them, and whenever I do, it is always the same thing - you will get a refund in 2021... well this is unacceptable. Trading Standards are helping me to claim damages. AVOID!!!!!!!!

DO NOT purchase Ticketmaster Gift Cards as presents for friends, etc..
I received one last Christmas but have not been able to use it due to most venues being closed by the Covid-19 restrictions.
The cards only have a life of 12 months at which point they expire. Their website says that if you contact them close to the expiry date they may be able to extend it.
I have just spent two hours combing their site for a way of contacting them about this and come up with nothing! Every communication channel is closed down other than a form which can only be used for ticket queries and a premium rate telephone number.
They do not want any queries re extending Gift Cards and they obviously see Covid-19 as an opportunity to profiteer by making a small fortune on expired gift cards from last Christmas.

I purchased tickets for Journey with the pretenders at Cynthia woods pavilion for Sept 5th. These tickets were a Christmas gift to someone. Both websites LiveNation and Ticketmaster send the user and their accounts in circles. There is no tab to click to contact customer service or chat. Where is my refund!!!!!!??? Will never buy another concert from them again. I'll watch Youtube!! its probably better in the comfort of my own home.

Beyond stupid that if someone on accidentally chooses credit instead of refund you no longer will refund the money. How can you not change your option. You are saying you leave it up to consumer and as the consumer I am saying I want a refund. #BoycottTicketmaster

They make it impossible to reach customer service on the website. Major league scam

Purchased Kentucky Derby tickets. Needed to change my account email address. Impossible since a security code is sent to my old address which I can no longer access. Moreover, no one answers the phone number, the Live Chat says it is not being answered, and a reply to my Contact Us request says that such requests are not being answered. Ticketmaster makes it impossible to resolve a problem.

What a joke of a company first it took me forever to talk to someone and they say that I was emailed instructions to cancel tix. I never received an email or saw anything when I logged in that there are cancellation options. We bought tickets for my family members who are elderly with health problems, diabetes and more. It’s ridiculous they say we can not even get a credit towards another show. The event still says it’s going to be aug 1,2020, and representatives even speaking with someone higher had no compassion about my situation so I am here letting others know if they don’t already know. The policy needs to be better we are in a panademic people and no email was ever seen from this company and I check my emails on a daily basis. I am disgusted with Ticketmaster and will be sharing with all my friends and family as well. I was hoping this matter could be taken care of easily and due to the circumstances of my family members being older with health concerns and can not make it even though I know they would love to still go and see the concert.

Deception and untruthfulness Business Practices
Purchased ticket to event My Songs - Sting at Ceasars Palace on event for Aug 26, 2020. When checking the status on the ticket, I found that it was rescheduled for May 12, 2021. After contacting them, they said I miss the windows for the refund. They said they sent out an email. I have verified with my mail exchange and search my email account and not email was received. Ticketmaster Fan Support could not resend or verified when the email was sent. Just that it showed in their system that it was sent. On the second call to them, trying to get this resolved or possible change dates, since I was unable to attend the rescheduled date. Reading this from there website: If an event is rescheduled, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. If you can’t make the new date, in many cases event organizers will provide you the option to request a refund, or they may be offering you the option to choose a refund or a credit. We will send you a notification email as soon as the event organizer updates the status of the event. The email will also specify the timeframe the event organizer is making refund and/or credit options available; either 30 days from when you received your notification email or up until two weeks prior to the rescheduled date. Ticketmaster Fan Support agent informed me they don't do refunds. We purchased the ticket insurance, but was told the only way I could use that is if we were sick or dead. I would have to contact the insurance provider for this. I asked about move the date to another date I could attend. The agent informed me that they would need approval for that and they would send me an email if approved and would call me to reschedule seating assignment. She also said they would wave the reschedule fee since of all the trouble I was having. Got the email approving the exchange that evening. I contact them the next day to do the exchange. The Ticketmaster Fan Support Agent said it was denied. I informed the new I was speaking of the entire issue I was having and that I received the approved email from them. The agent placed me on hold and came back and informed me it was approved and the agent I spoke to yesterday should of handled this exchange since no approval was needed. He said they would be a exchange fee and the mobile ticket app would not work with this ticket so I would have to pick them up at the box office. To do this exchange for an addition 20.00 for both ticket and 12.00 to pick up the ticket at the box office event. Ticket Master organization in a whole is untrustworthy and doesn't care about customer service at all. They post there FAQ on there website, but don't follow them. This is false advertisement and unjust business practices. I would recommend to use any other ticketing service than TicketMaster. They are only masters of deception and untruthfulness.

Don’t ever use Ticketmaster, l placed a review a few days ago but it’s seems to have been removed ?
I was given a £100 gift card which l will never use , my daughter has failed to get a refund , they are keeping the cash, and by December the date ends.
This should never be allowed ,

Due to covid 19 my concert was postponed. It's been 3 months and no change ir date set. To make matters worse, they wont refund my money or let me sell the tickets I bought. I tried talking to customer service but they are acting as though they dont handle refunds. They said they have to wait until the event reschedules the event to do anything and that their hands are tied. So I got $#*! out of $191. It's been 3 months, its july already. If they were going to reschedule the concert for 2020, theyd have done it by now. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Do not buy tickets thru Ticketmaster. The customer service is terrible. The Worst. They take zero responsibility for the sale of the tickets. They speak to you rudely and with little or no respect They state they are the middle man and do not own the tickets. But yet they take your money and then wait as long as they can to refund you. They LIE and deny responsibility. I've been waiting months for my refund and still have not received it back. Oh yeah it's over $2000. I will buy directly from an event in the future I will NEVER go thru Ticketmaster again for anything.

I had tickets for an event when COVID hit. The event is postponed for over 3 months now and it says I am ineligible for a refund. Ticket Master has made no communications with me concerning this event. How can they refuse a refund on a show they pushed over 3 months out which I am betting in the end I will lose that money. How long can they keep an event postponed before calling it canceled?

Similar story to thousands of others. Bought a large number of tickets for family for a special occasion for an event which has since been cancelled. Ticketmaster have not even bothered to respond to my complaints or refund requests. In the meantime I am out of pocket £1,000.

Dishonest. Terms and conditions say I'm entitled to a refund and they try not to get it but eventually agree. Then they say I need to print off the tickets to get a refund but when I go on to the system they block me from printing them.

I bought a ticket in Nov. 2019. It was postponed to Aug. 2020 and now again to Feb. 2021. I no longer live in the state where the concert is to take place. I have asked twice and was told no due to unprecedented circumstance. I could use the refund to put food in stomach or gas in my car in this unprecedented circumstance. I will never by anything from this company again and they don't deserve the one star.
