Cannot fault the service from Flavour Vapour - online is always a seamless process, easy to navigate, previous orders available to reorder quickly, massive selection... AND free masks during lockdown!? Well priced, great customer service and response times and the products - there's many but the liquid I use is top quality and some of the nicest menthol ("menthol sensation")out there.
IN store - I use Taunton - just as good as online and they have the best, most helpful, most amiable team in their shop. Really knowledgable and polite and theres a loyalty scheme too which never goes a miss these days. Masks available there too om a stand. Again - cannot fault them online or in person, thank you FV!

As in previous purchases, this company has provided an excellent service with good communication throughout.
Clearly I rate the product, or I wouldn’t be a “repeat customer”!!
Will order online again in the future, or pop into their high street shop, when restrictions are lifted. The staff are very knowledgable and enthusiastic.
