Like others I also have nothing good to say about these motherfu**ers. They didn't dispatch my order even on the day of delivery, forget about on time delivery. It's filled with bunch of looser and fu**ed up mind people who would just make fake promises. They were lucky that they were not in front of me while I was talking to them otherwise I would have chocked them because their services annoyed me that much.

Such a bad experience with Infibeam.
I ordered Rakhi for my brother on July 29.. since rakhi was on 7th August.
From past 7 days delivery status says 'In Transit'.What does that mean?Customer service is horrible. They don't know where product is...every time they say the same what I can see 'In transit'. Does it really take 10 days to deliver a product?
when I asked for cancellation,they said shipment have been done,we can't cancel. Even rakhi ddin't reach on time..
I will never use Infibeam again and will suggest others to be careful.

Why have you promoted pathetic products like mobile charger bank of 10K capacity its completely waste of money and never ever charge mobile, infact it worked reverse the mobile battery will go down if you connect with charger bank.

I have ordered a product on march 9.. today is march 31. They called me a couple of days earlier and said that the product is not available from the supplier and it will be available after april 9th? earlier on around 16 march they called to tell that the product will be available after 29th march.. looks like some kind of fraudsters are running this website. I dont know why they have this product as 'available' when they have no confirmation of stock from the supplier. Most horrible people.. such a shame india !!

I have very bad experience with Infibeam.com, I have done a order for Solar Power bank on 11th Nov.'16 & the product received on 17th Nov'16. After check I found the power bank is faulty. I have reported the complaint to Customer care thorough mobile call & email. On 25th Nov.'16 they pickup the defective & the same was reported to customer care. I have got a mail from Infibeam customer care that it will reached their office after 4-5 days & another 7-10 days for quality check and after that they will replace the product. That means it will take more than one months for procurement.
Where in all other online shops (Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, ebey, shopclue etc.) refund/replacement policy is very smooth. You can log your complaint online in these site and very smoothly they have done refund/replacement. But in Infibeam, no online complaint log policy, first you log the complaint to their customer care by phone and then send all pic (all side of packet, product, product ID etc.) thorough mail to customer care. After that they inform you the complaint ID & accordingly arrange pickup. Then the above process. Its shows very bad image for this online site. Please read all terms & conditions before procure from this site.

Very bad experience in cash back offer.I purchased apple iphone 6S from Infibeam in SEPT 2016 and there was cash back offer (in 90Days) on ICICI credit card so that I accepted EMI for 12 months but after 100 Days when I did much follow up then INFIBEAM informed me about declined (Rejected) my cashback benefit the reason is that I had selected some wrong option, but I am totally disagree with the reason because I have selected correct option ...and my question is to INFIBEAM ...why INFIBEAM kept other options if cash back offer and EMI option is there.??All these reasons are only for to make foolish the people.

I have ordered a Redmi note 3 today. I was tracking for this particular phone from last 3-4 weeks on all sites but nowhere it was available. Today I saw this on Infibeam. Now my big doubt is whether this product will be fake or original. Are there any chances that this is the used set and the retailer has packed it again and sold to me.

I had placed order for "Panasonic UC24RKY3 2 Ton 3 Star Split AC" on 6th April 2016, and "V-Guard VG 500 Voltage Stabilizer" on 5th april. I am writing this review on 19th April. According to the website, the product ships after 3-4 days. They said shipment date is 11th April and delivery date is 15th April. Till now the product has not been shipped.
I called customer care 4-5 times asking for the status. They always say there is some problem and ask for apologies. When I request to talk to the senior executive, they always said they will arrange a call back. And I never got call back. Later somehow I managed to talk to senior person. He asks for almost a week to update on the shipment details (LOL). After almost a week, he still does not get back to me. I am pissed. I called them and asked them. They say they need 3-4 working days to ship the product again. I said I will give 5 days to ship and asked for 100% guarantee. They say they can not guarantee even for 5 days. Even today the product is available online and it says 3-4 days for shipping. I have attached the screen shot.

I have purchased a power bank. It had scratches on it. I contacted them. told me to send pictures. Than they sent courier person to pick up after almost 10 days. Still its been one month, I have not received my refund. When I contact them, they are telling quality check passed, will contact me after one day. Still counting time, when they will call me and refund me my money. I have also emailed them about 4-5 times regarding getting update. But no answer. They are so cheap.

Infibeam is the most unprofessional online stores that I have ever come across.
I had ordered an Iphone Gold coulor on 3rd Feb and the item is still not shipped (today being 16th Feb) eventhough they say the product would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Contacted them several times in the 1st week after placing the orded and the only update was that they were in the process of procuring the product. Later after 1 week they informed me that the phone is not available in the Gold colour that i ordered and to change the colour. I hesitated to change the colour coz I didnt want to compromise on the colour when i was paying them 58K. The product was still shown available in their website in the same colour. After I contacted them again after 2 days for the update, they then said that still the product is not availble in that colour and that they have updated the website with the same.
They say they procure the phone directly from Apple and that Apple do not have stock of Iphone Gold. Seriously, do you believe that? Finally on 13th day they are asking me to cancel the order or wait till infinity. Trust me, they were not ashamed to say that.
I am very disappointed with the service the customer care provide.
I had ordered the product after seeing the 5 star reviews in the site. Now I understand that those are all fake reviews.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM INFIBEAM!!!

Havent received the delivery of my product after a month also, have been following up on mails and calls every single day (literally) and their customer service executives tells me to cancell the product as they also dont know how long it will take by their vendor to deliver it. No system for next level of escalation, extremely poor customer service, would never recommend any one to order anything from INFIBEAM, its a wastage of your time, money & efforts.

i would like to discuss some issues happened with INFIBEAM customer care executives. I requested for Product Return as i received the order in manufacture defect, Its totally not working. Received faulty non working product. i received call from customer care executive on 18th december night 7pm.
They advised me to take the product to PHILIPS service centre and to inspect the product. I took the product Philips DSP470U to Philips service centre salem, they inspected and told me its manufacture defect and to be returned to infibeam as soon as possible. Immediately i called customer care and informed the same but again infibeam people are forced me to handover the product to Philips service center and ask for replacement. But service centre people told me it will take minimum 15 days to 1 month for replacement. but i am still confused as infibeam people are sending faulty product to me, then why should i approach Philips service centre for replacement. As i am very much strong in my position that NOW I DON'T WANT ANY REPLACEMENT I NEED MY MONEY BACK. REFUND ONLY I NEED.
I received the product on 16th December 2015 1 pm and as soon as i opened the product and found it is not working, i sent email regarding refund the same day. Me also a customer of FLIPKART and AMAZON too they normally pickup return packages from my door step within two days of complaining. But infibeam people are too lazy and no proper response from your side regarding product return. customer care people are delaying . Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
I really very much dissapointed with infibeam service and 100% not satisfied with first dealing i had with them. I wont suggest infibeam to anyone to purchase anything. your return policy is too complicated for customers. almost 7 days gone. but still these infibeam people are saying that they are looking in the matter and will update me within 48 hours. everytime i call customer care the same reply they are giving. still they dont know what to do for product return.

Bought reading glasses of +1.25 power.
They sent me that of +2.5.
On contacting customer care they said that on opening of infinibeam webpage AND searching for a product doesnt gurantee that its the same product that you want, please confirm from customer care if the product is same what you want!!!!! Even refused for return/exchange/complaint upgrade???
wonder how will one have confidence in purchasing from website where you dont know that the webpage which has opened is the same youve searched for..

Totally bogus site..never had such a bad experience of shopping like this.seems they have put customer care for dummy purpose..there is no connection between customer care and logistic department.place the order it will take 1 week to process only.if u cancel it..still the product will come to ur city then will be returned.they will cut ur money if u have not done cod.will never order again from these dummies.
