I'm honestly frustrated. I ordered a present for my mom on here. Shows that I should have received it on the 18th. I emailed them twice...today is the 26 and still Nothing!!!

Bought a cheap DVD but it was a U.K. version that would not play on equipment sold in America. Zoverstocks and Amazon both claimed caveat emptor and demanded I return it or not get a credit card refund. I preferred not to waste more money mailing it back, but to absorb the small loss and prevent them from re-selling it and repeating the deception cycle. Please be aware of Zoverstocks' behaviors like this before they sucker you on a cheap DVD.

Have used them numerous times and they always come thru. Slow delivery but it gets here. Just wish Amazon did not charge shipping for each individual item

Horrible! I ordered a book August 9. They said I would receive it by the end of August. Now they have changed the arrival date to September 12. Amazon says that Zoverstocks provides tracking information, and that I have to contact them. There is no tracking information. I cannot be sure the book was ever sent. I asked for a refund and after reading these reviews, I do not expect one. I will be sure never to order from them again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered dvds and they wont play here. Some regional code so it wont play on an American dvd player. Seems they would know that and warn me about it. They dont answer there emails either. Never again will I buy anything from them. Shame on you Amazon.com for supporting this awful seller. They're ratings are horrible!

I ordered cd from Zoverstocks at Amazon- it arrived late and Defe Ted/damaged, very poorly packaged. I paid for the shipping and they (Zoverstocks) would NOT pay for the return shipping of Their own poorly packaged defected product. They did Not refund me. They are very stressful and very bad customer service. They are not at all transparent. Amazon would not allowed this review to be posted. Amazon deleted the review because Amazon wants to control what is being said on the reviews panels. Amazon goes over each review and delete most reviews posted on there.

It's to bad l can't give Zoverstocks a big fat O. I ordered 2 items from them. I recieved 1, and it didnt play, and did not mention when l bought it that it would bot play in the United states. The other product l didn't even receive! This place is not in the United states so their dvd's don't play here.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Total scam artists. The CD arrived absolutely battered. But Zoverstocks wouldn't pay return postage for Amazon's own official return label but instead wanted me to use their own label (which would obviously be untraceable to Amazon.) Which I found fishy. That feeling was vindicated after having read the reviews on Trustpilot where tons of people all said they had sent stuff back only to have Zoverstocks claim they didn't receive it.
I contacted Amazon through live chat 3 TIMES!!! And was told 3 TIMES by the corporate script reciters working at their Indian call centers (because nothing screams "we're the most customer focused company on earth" more than outsourcing jobs to sweatshop workers who don't have the English language skills to deal with even the most basic complaints), that I needn't worry and that I'd be receiving a refund.
Well, I just received an E-mail informing me that I won't be getting a refund after all. Not just any E-mail, an E-mail written in German, because all my Amazon E-mails are still in German despite the fact that I have set my language preference to English.
It's ridiculous that these people are allowed to use Amazon's platform. Despite the fact that they seemed to have defrauded over a hundred people in their Trustpilot reviews alone.

Zoverstocks, which delivers from the UK, didn’t change their name to Magpie Music, they’ve always been Magpie Music. Their Amazon account is ZOverstocks.
I’ve never had a problem with this company. It does take a while to receive something shipped from the UK, but you have to be patient, and as long as you get it within the estimated window, there’s no issue; but it would be nice to have a tracking number.
They have an American market called decluttr. Might want to use that instead, if shipping is a problem for you.

Ordered CD's via Amazon marketplace.Cancelled 30 mins later but they said that it had been posted. It hadn't! It arrived several days later, so I completed a returns form which arrived via PC. Returned items with proof of postage kept. They haven't refunded and deny all knowledge.Amazon don't want to know.
Avoid these crooks at all cost.If they are now with Music Magpie then that's a bad move as MM used to be very good

I waited for three weeks for a CD from these guys most recently. I made three other orders from different companies since and have received all orders from the other companies, but still nothing from this company. When I contacted the seller they said the courier lost it in the mail and would refund my order within 24 hours. I've ordered from them through Amazon in the past and the shipping took for ever then too. They won't be receiving dime one from me anymore. They magically have 4 stars on Amazon, but it seems every independent rating site I've looked at most people give them 1 star. Seems like Amazon might be ditching the poor reviews to fluff up this terrible company with terrible service. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra duckets somewhere else and skip this company.

They truly must send stuff by pony express I ordered a product from them it was shipped on August 4th and now on September 1st it still has not arrived I will never order from them again plus they don't give a tracking number to track it from how do companies like this stay in business poor service!

I've purchased items from Zoverstocks on many occasions and yes they take a while to send your stuff BUT it always arrives within the estimated delivery window and it arrives in good shape. You really can't complain if they get it there on time and it arrives in the condition described, new or used.

Ordered a CD from them. Waited 6 weeks for it and never received it.
they told me . that they had issued a refund 3 weeks after the order which I
have not received. It took Amazon to get them to pay it recently.

I've ordered cds from them for years they always take long time to get but always have quality cds and the price is always 10 dollars under music store prices I will continue to order from them just wish they would tighten up on sooner delivery times

I ordered a DVD that was Region 2 and discovered that fact within a two-hour range. When I requested a cancellation of the order, they did not respond. They just shipped the DVD. Amazon is going to hear about this, and I will make Amazon refund my money if they fail to do so. They have no business allowing this merchant in their ranks.

do not use them they are a terrible company who will rip you off, if at all possible. I am looking in to how to take them to court, it’s not the money (less than £30.) it’s the principle

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them especially if they are providing free shipping, I bought an item on the 3rd of May it was shipped the same day using pony express I guess cause it’s the 20th of May & it’s still not here. They also conveintly don’t provide any tracking information. Too busy feeding & watering the horses

refused to refund or replace defective merchandise. One entire CD was blank. This may be why so many reviewers think they are selling bootleg products or intentionally buying defective stuff to foist on would-be customers.

They advertise new product and ship used, open (possibly bootlegged) product. I returned the product as directed via USPS Priority so I could track and have documentation of delivery and they claim they never received. Clearly a lie. Shop elsewhere.
