The experience was good, with good explanations of each step. My questions were answered. My only problem was that the woman who first took my call talked too fast and she was hard to understand. i could understand Peter and sam well. There were times when the background noise was too loud.

I have been having problem with this computer and I have contacted microsoft tech support. They referred to Zavions LLC to chean up the malwares on my computer.
