I spent a great deal of time to find just the right gift for my daughter. Seya/Yazmo had the perfect jewelry box. I ordered it on Jan 23, 2019, to ensure its delivery by February 24. Got confirmation of order, but no email that it had been sent. I have contacted for over 6 weeks. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unheeded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer service! Sent broken case and said were out of stock. Waited a year of calling and complaining never got the case I was promised ,or my money. Was not a cheap case. I am a makeup artist and couldn't use a case that the bottom was going to fall out. I sent pictures threw email and spoke with them on phone. Nothing I promised ever happened. I think its 2 guys just passing the phone back and forth. Never again! I tell all the other makeup artist I know to stay away.... Horrible!!!
