For the past 7 months they have been telling me they are experiecing Quality issues and will be shipping my bulbs out to me once resolved - I have the email chain to prove this. Does it take 7 months to resolve a Quality issue ?? Come-on ! I have now given up on trying to get this resolved and will write off the $107.00

I purchased LED low beams, high beams and fog lights for several hundred dollars on my Silverado. Everything worked fine for several months until a low beam started to flicker randomly and then stopped. I was able to move bulbs and controllers from side to side and confirm the controller was at fault.
12/12/19, I initiated a warranty claim and then filled out their RMA form.
12/16/19, checked on progress and was told still under review.
12/19/19, warranty request approved.
1/4/20, Inquired on progress with claim. No response
1/7/20, contacted chat line and information was forwarded to warranty claims.
1/8/20, received email there were having quality control issues.
2/11/20, sent email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded.
2/24/20, sent another email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded !!!
3/10/20, contacted chat line again, information was forwarded again. Requested email update.
3/23/20, still no response. Why?

I purchased low beam and fog light conversion kits for 2 vehicles and the lights were great. Now a bulb is blown and they won't replace it, call and the phone message says they are closed even though they should be open. They are a scam, i tried buying new bulbs and got a letter from customs that a package that i may have interest in has been seized at the border. They are cheating the system, circumventing taxes and selling garbage! There is NO warranty if they won't respond!

This company is horrible. I ordered LED bulbs and they stopped working. I made a claim based on lifetime warranty. Paid $20 to ship them back. That was 6 months ago and have not heard anything back. It is impossible to get a hold of a human. All email is automatic response. Never answer the phone. The chat is useless. Please, please do not buy from this "company".

Since my purchase, I actually enjoyed these lights, they made quite an improvement on my motorcycle. But then I started having problems with them, and this company absolutely will not communicate with you. it's almost impossible to talk to anyone they will not respond to your calls or your emails, their online chat is a private company. But the cost of these darn lights I'm so disappointed that I didn't see the reviews prior so this one's on me. I highly recommend to NOT do business with this shadow company, do not pay for any kind of warranty because they will not honor it and that's half the price. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is a part of the digital world that us old schoolers hate, as you never know who you're doing business with online and it's nothing but a bunch of clown scammers.

this company is absolute trash. i ordered a HID kit & light bulbs for my truck december 24th. I had to open a case against them in PayPal to get my $151 back on April 15th. I have proof they were never delivered from the company themselves that received the package back from USPS. tried calling & emailing multiple times with no call back or money back. Don't waste your time.

I bought my HID lights several years ago and now the bulbs burnt out - the only reason I went with this company (eventhough more expensive for comparable items) was the warranty (supposedly). Now I am finding out they are not answering emails or phone calls. I was skeptical in the beginning and it turns out I am right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased LED kits from this company and within a few monthsmy right LED was no longer working.
I contacted the company and I was told that the company is experiencing quality problems and the defective product can not be replaced.
Finally, they gave me the money back, but now they asked me to ship the defective product back to them!
I had to have my mechanic uninstall the LEDs my cost) and now I find out that I had to pay for returing the defective product (their RETURN POLICY)!!!
PRUCHASE YOUR LEDs FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

I own a Limo service, bought 2 sets of bulbs off this company, there bulbs are supposed to be lifetime!!!! they replaced 1 bulb and wont return emails of other claims. All 4 bulbs went bad. do not buy from this company if you are wanting a warranty replacements...

I ordered my husband hundreds of dollars worth of HID kits for Christmas. Once installed, they caused several warnings to come across the dash of his brand new truck. After messing with them and trying to fix the issues, he decided to return them. I jumped through the hoops of returning the items, and paid for the shipping to do so, as XenonHID doesn't pay for this. The received the items weeks ago according to the tracking number I have connected to the package, yet I haven't seen a dime in returns. No one EVER answers the customer service number when called, and the live chat people say they can't help with that. I still have not had responses to my emails either. I would never ever ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy!!

Ordered a Christmas gift on December 16 2019, It is now January 10th, no tracking number, no one answers email of telephone calls. Thay have a CHAT box on their website and 3 times CLOE said that the shipping team was notified, still no response.

They sent me a defective ballast and I got a return approval but they required me to pay for the return shipping. Tried to talk to them about the issue of charging me to return a defective part with in days of purchase and they refused to respond. Ultimately I paid the return shipping just to move on. Buy from someone else who's stands behind their products.

I ordered a HID kit December 20th, 2019 and have YET to recieve any kind of tracking update. I once got on the phone with a man named Chanko that had children screaming in the background (which didnt settle my nerves at all) and he said that it hadn't passed the quality inspection. ?? Said I'd get a new update in 1 to 2 days. Still nothing. Since then I've maybe spent 6 hours total trying to reach someone on the phone with no luck. I talked to a "chloe" through their chat and said she couldn't help so shes get with the manager and they call me back.. still nothing..

When I ordered a full HID kit for a 2014 BMW there was no warning it wouldn't work (flickering) but now their Troubleshooting guide says that if it flickers you need a different wiring harness. total rip-off

I ordered the replacement hids. They sent me the incorrect ones. So far, I have sent 5 emails as we cannot call them for a simple replacement. They keep saying the one they sent me is the correct. I showed them a photo of the prior ones I replaced and they keep asking me to try their replacement. I removed clips, rings, everything and it cannot be replaced. The replacement does not even work when I plug it to the wire. It is very frustrating. I liked the hids but good luck replacing them. I will never buy them again!

Difficult to file a warranty claim
They will not accept or return phone calls. I made the purchase easily but when I have questions and need verbal assistance they will not call you they work completely by email and if you have a tech question you cannot get a person to assist you by phone at all

My experience has been horrible since my initial order. I ordered the HID conversion kit for my 2002 Ford F250, and LED fog light pair. Package arrives, no fog lights. Finally get a reply saying they will ship the fog lights and an apology. Package arrives, 1 fog light. Contact again. Finally receive 2 fog lights. Finally get time to do the install and notice there's no difference between bright and dim. Randomly the lights will change brightness, like the relays are sticking. I decided to change the headlights (not bulbs) to a projector style. So that requires me to buy 2 more ballasts, and 4 new H1 style bulbs. Promised 1-2 days shipping. 3 days later they ship them. I get them finally and now all 4 lights are on at the same time. I can't dim my lights and as a result I can't drive my truck at night. Tech won't email or call me. Live chat is useless to help. I'm ready to take everything out and throw close to $500 in the trash. Please stay away from this company.

I mistakenly ordered their product and immediately contacted them by email to cancel my order. They took two days to respond by email saying it was too late and the product was shipped. They did not answer their phone during this time.
I asked if I could just refuse delivery and return it that way, there was no answer from xenonhids.com. A month went by and no product ever showed up. My request for a tracking number was not answered.
I finally contacted Paypal and they facilitated a refund for me, finally.
This company is a scam, pure and simple. There are also YouTube videos showing how terrible the actual products are from people who received them.

The site seemed simple enough, enter your car specs they pull up the lights that apply to your car with options. I see 4 types H11, H7, H3, and H1 bulbs, I figured that's just the strength/quality so I go for an H11 because it was listed for my car, get the works to go along with it and order it for my car (2015 Kia Optima LX.) It arrives in a reasonable time, I bring it to my mechanic to install since it had the battery ballast and lo and behold the lights are the wrong one, I need an H7. I can put that on me, I should've gone through a little more research, but why even list it. I proceed to go through and exchange it for the same specs just the H7 version, oh boy and it begins. They take a week and a half to see if I am "cleared" for an exchange, cool I'm cleared, they give me my RMA and tell me to mail it back with the sheet inside. There will be a $15 exchange fee since it was technically my fault, but that's not all, they don't give me a return label so that is $12 to ship from UPS. So right there almost $30 for this, but who's counting, at least it'll be quick right? The package is confirmed through UPS and arrived on a Thursday morning, no word from them so I talk to customer service on the following Tuesday, they say the can take up to 5 days to process it, great. I see it is checked in on that Wednesday and they request a number to call and confirm the exchange, I provide said information in the same day. One week passes, nothing. I talk to customer service once again, to which they say they have called, yet I have no record of them calling, so they apologize take down my number again and now include preferred contact time, 10am-2pm everyday. Well would you look at that they call me the next day at 7am and say "Please let me know if you have a preferred time to be reached at as we have not been able to get in touch!," well I already gave it to them, but I'll humor them. Another week passes they call me on Monday to get my credit card information of course and then ship out my exchange. What an ordeal, but at least it'll be over. But wait there's more. My product gets to my house, with only the lights and none of the specs I ordered with it, which is about $40 missing. So from my initial order June 10th, 2017, to the "official" start of my exchange June 23, 2017 and now it is August 3 2017, they not only took over a month to sort themselves out, but they got it wrong. The only reason to order here is if you're 1000% sure that you have everything correct, if there is any doubt in your mind that you may have to return it, go somewhere else, this has been a terrible experience.
