They stole my account. I've never been banned. And they are charging me services not received. We are contacting lawyers today. 4/25/2020 anyone having issues please feel free to hop in on lawsuit. Microsoft is trash. I hope they go under and every employee loses their job.

Xbox live is a $#*!ing joke. Xbox have locked me out of my account not letting me use my username and password to sign in. Even using forgot my password it won't let me sign in. And STOP USING ROBOT VERIFICATION. The letters are impossible to copy and it says it is wrong 99% of the time. Also every time I try to use the audio, it automatically force quits the sign in and i have to restart EVERYTHING all over again. I would not recommend buying Xbox at all.

HOW AWFUL of a support system. My reoccurring billing payments were removed (THAT WAS A PROCESS IN ITSELF SADLY), and suddenly my membership was suspended. This is a VERY money grubby company, they make it VERY DIFFICULT to remove your payment methods. Its disgusting how much effort is required, to simply modify or remove existing reoccurring payment methods, SIMPLY because they do NOT want you to remove your information on file. Absolutely absurd and very unethical.

I get called "$#*!" and a bunch of racial slurs on Xbox and those people are still able to communicate, I call someone a $#*! for being a $#*! and I'm suspended. So the fact that "$#*!" is taken action upon and not "$#*!" imma switch to PlayStation. Trash . I even have audio of some men calling me "$#*!" and nothing was done. $#*!.

I had Xbox ultimate on a monthly basis with no problem until 3/6. My card was charged and payment went through and they got their money. Tried playing some of the games on Xbox game pass and could not. Tried to get help, support chat just goes in circles or has you work with expert gamers. Finally got into a chat with a actual employee and was told can't help due to technical issues. Over it at this point. Cancelled my subscription, keep the money, just don't charge me again.

I. have never had nor do I own an xbox but somehow my credit card information was used by a criminal to sign up for Xbox live and spotify. I noticed the charges and called both companies to stop the fraudulent charges spotify ended the charges immediately but Xbox/microsoft corporation refused to do anything about the fraudulent charges. I am now on my 6th month in a row of changing my credit card number and I have contacted customer support at Xbox live numerous times yet somehow the fraudulent charges keep coming back. My credit card company has sent microsoft numerous notices about the fraud but nothing happens just a new charge every month that I have to dispute. Do not use xbox live they allow criminal behavior and refuse to help the victims of fraud

The product is basically internet connection for multiplayer game functionality. The connection is faulty and not worth $120 a year.

They charge my account for months and no one responds back to you. i finally got a hold of them and they told me they only can give me back 2 months..Fraud people.... this is abuse. its a pitty with all these bad reviews nothing is done.

I have owned an Xbox since the first one came out. But the new Xbox One is garbage half the time it lets you sign in and play and the other half it won't let you do anything not even sign in. This whole system is trash. It has forced me to abandon all the games I love to play and turn to PS4. Sony also rarely has any services go down and if they do they are back up and running within about an hour or two. I'm a die hard gears of war fan and now I can't even enjoy playing it anymore. F**K YOU MICROSOFT!

I signed up for the Xbox live gold for my son thinking that I was signing up for a 3 month subscription. 18 months later Xbox continues to take money from my credit card every 3 months. I have spent months trying to cancel my subscription without success. I have tried changing cards, changing to paypal, complaining to Microsoft only to be ignored. They continue to take my money without authorisation. This is called stealing Microsoft

Xbox live is a terrible waste of money and it doesn't work well. It's constantly "disconnecting from Xbox live" for no reason, sometimes takes 5 minutes to get it reconnected and my son's shows back up. It's a massive inconvenience, shouldn't have to pay money to use the internet on a gaming console either, it's nothing more than a greedy company who wants to get money on a monthly basis for a useless product.

Bought an Xbox 1 x recently after my ps4 $#*! the bed only to find out I'd be wasting so much money on headsets that work for a day and control's that barely function. I shouldn't have to spend 200+dollars on the console when it hardly works. As for the tech support its a $#*!ing joke. They leave you on hold for ever and when they answer they hang up. Microsoft you are literally $#*!ing yourself in this. Fix your $#*!ty console and controllers

I have been an xbox live user for 4 years now, i've never encountered a problem when creating my account, i switched to xbox 360 to xbox one 1 year ago and i've paid for the xbox gold membership yearly and i want to say that it's worth it, i pay 50$ and i get my money back simply by obtaining the free monthly games, such great examples i can remember are : Assassin's Creed -Chronicles (All) -Black Flag -Revelations -3 -Unity-Syndicate/ For Honour / Forza Horizon 2/Far cry 3/Sniper Elite V2/Bioshock Infinite/Mafia 2/GOW3/Battlefield 3/Dead space 2/Metal Gear Solid 2/Battlefield 1 etc.
I see the online membership as a good thing because you won't have to deal with toddlers on a ranked match that can down your rank you worked all the week or anything like that ! :)

PC users have multiple advantages over XBOX users
Microsoft has done this to sell to pc users
it makes sense why would you buy a PC game
if it was no advantage on the Xbox

I have bought Xbox from the very start
I paid 550 dollars for Xbox one spent money on maps etc xbox live cost on the last one
probably around 700 dollars
Now am at a disadvantage before i even start
Plus i have NBN 95 d and 36 up load it works fantastic on every thing in the house
But not on the XBOX
On the Xbox i get 95 d and 4 up
So i go out and spend thousand on pc and pc games and next week microsoft
brings out another platform and makes pc games redundant like the XBOX
Level playing field for all platforms

My son got an Xbox game system for his birthday. We have been trying for 48 hours to secure live gaming capabilities for him. It has been a nightmare. The system sends you back in forth, chasing our own tail, with activation codes and confirmation requests, all to no ultimate end. The people on the customer support line are no help at all. They only add to the frustration. They talk back at you without listening and without offering any real help. Two days in and I'm ready to throw the whole thing out the window. It should not be this hard to spend money and contribute to the profitability of Microsoft -- but they make it that way. Ugh.
