Need to rush through setup process every time for one thing or the other. Really stepped up and helped me through it effectively but thoroughly! I got all of the product across to them, within a day they had it up and on by next morning. For those who are not teach savvy they were very helpful and patient.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have spent £1488 June 2017. No product received. No response to emails. I have telephoned and spoken to several people who claim to be a manager - but then aren't - Jay Kumar - is someone who none of the staff answering the phone seem to know. Then I get put through to people pretending to be Jay Kumar - each time has been a different person. No one returns calls, no one returns emails, no one answers messages on their facebook page, no one stays on line for on line chat. They refuse to give me a Head Office address for correspondence. (Companies House it is then) My premises open this Saturday 4th November and I have no till system. I am now dealing with Trading Standards. I will keep telephoning every day until they issue a full refund. I will keep messaging every day until I get a refund. I will not stop until I get a full refund and if they continue to play dumb I will pursue for compensation of my time and jeopardising my business. I will not go away WOWPOS - I have had one burglary this week - trust me I will not let your company steal from me as well. I suggest someone issues my refund by return. Oh by the way I also have direct links to Watchdog so be prepared to be on TV if you do not issue my refund! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Terrible. EPOS system is clunky and unreliable, crashes in the middle of shifts. Technical support cannot assist and have no desire to help in any way. If purchasing on credit the credit company continues charging after the agreed timescale and they refuse to help when trying to get a refund of the overpayment. Failed to produce a valid VAT receipt and when questioned claim to have lost all records of our purchase.
Customer service and accounts department do not respond to any issues they just fob you off for weeks.
Really would avoid as there are far better alternatives on the market and for reasonable prices. Save yourself the headache

Absolutely load of rubbish , company are a total rip off. Lied and cheated out of my money with little or no chance of getting what was promised to me.
the employee I was dealing with and he's nothing but a barefaced liar.
What ever you do , don't give them your card details over the phone or they will set up an unwanted monthly service contract without you knowing and steal your money.
Told me I would get my epos working for a £25 charge, then wanted another £175.
I hope no one else gets caught out by these scammers

STAND WELL CLEAR!
Brought the software 17th July 2017 firstly 2 weeks after I brought it they installed half of the software ( had to wait 2 weeks for someone to try and sort this) I tired to call, they kept passing me onto someone else. Go no where with this. Emails no reply. Chat log on their website. And all I got from them was ‘I will get someone to call you within the next 5 mins’ we’ll guess what 5 days later nothing. So you pay for a software you never get. Wowpos you and all your staff (Barry, krish, chris ect) are f**king S**t!!! 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Avoid Wowpos/Emperium/Eposdirect (they are the same company) at all costs! The salesmen offer a product with great capability and then deliver a product that can do nothing. The software comes at an extra cost which nobody mentions.
I took the empty box back to their office when I realised they couldn't be trusted. It has taken 5 weeks of constant phone calls and helpless staff and managers to get any money back. They deducted 20% as a restocking fee. I'm not too sure how it costs so much to put a box back on to the shelf.
I will never recommend them and hope that I never have to do business with a company of their ilk again.

It is not worth ANY STAR!!!!!
This is a sad story. We are a small retail business needing an electronic till system . I placed an order to get a completed system. It over 3 weeks to get it delivered. The account manger told us on the16/05/2017 to send our product list on a spreadsheet for it to be uploaded. till today he hasnt answered my email or pick his call.
After, someone told us we can add product ourself if we bought a scanner. We paid £89 for scanner it wasn't delivered. when I called Wowpos, they told me it has been delivered on the 18/05/2017 , which was the day we pay for it over the phone. When I made the customer office realise that it wasn't possible to deliver it the we paid for it (5.pm on the 18/05/2017) He dropped the phone.
I called back the second day to ask for the scanner, I was to clear off the phone because other customers may call.
I emailed the account manager to express my sadness and that we are not happy been lied to. He didn't reply.
We are about claiming back our money the credit card company now.
