Not as many job offers as Indeed.com
Employers rarely reply to you

Easy to use and convenient portal. Duplicate and manage multi locations easily. Cons are you have to email support every time you want to turn a location on or off. If would be nice if you turn the job on were charged, even if it was for the whole month, and then off and then the charges stop. I would like to manage it for job posting not location. Also, mixed results with candidates, get allot of kids applying.

WorkPop is absolutely amazing at finding people jobs that fit their career choice(s). In a matter of two days or maybe even the same day the jobs’ manager at hand will contact you through Workpop’s messages. So far they haven’t let me down at all. ✌️✊🏼

We get a fair amount of candidate enquiries but when we follow up and ask them to fill out a job application we get less than 2% response... After more than 100 days on workpop we have yet to higher one person through Workpop. It is almost as if the enquiries are computer generated and not real... On average we interview 15 to 20 candidates per week yet none from Workpop. More than likely we will cancel our subscription.

Workpop's philosophy that every candidate basically requires a "Decline" response from the employer before being archived is sometimes problematic. For example, just last week a candidate with whom I had been in contact with, withdrew his application because he had accepted another offer. We exchanged a couple of messages to close the relationship, but then in order to archive his application, I needed to send another Workpop message. This was somewhat awkward since we had already said "goodbye". It would be great if there was an archive option that was "Candidate Withdrew Application". That would also take care of interview no-shows. Because sometimes it is the candidate who is non-communicative.
Also, for some reasons, applicants seldom answer the screening questions (we have at most two). I don't know whether this is just applicants being lazy, or if the user interface is making it difficult. But it is annoying.
The Notes section is too small and I would like to see at least the most recent Messages that have been sent already without having to click a button.
But thank you for upgrading your print capability so that cover letters can now be printed. That was driving me nuts...

From hire manager view: searching for candidates is tedious and not functional if some one applies on another workgroup you can only search inside that workgroup. If you make a mistake on onboarding you can only reissue the entire set of worksheets.
From applicant it’s not clear and tool bar is not clear very complicated for them. I-9 forms are not clear and confusing. Had to help 70% of my hired crew finish or assist in the onboarding process.

Very patient staff and always replied back in reasonable amount of time. Once you work out early kinks with staff you become very confident in it.

Not a fan actually, it would be easier to just upload a pdf of a resume vs messing mine up and trying to fill the spaces. My resume has the same information but in a much better format. It would just save much more time. Not very efficient.

I am not getting very many applicants. Sparks are way too expensive. I'd like to see them priced around $20. The website loads very slowly.

This is a beautiful, very user friendly site. It's easy to use keywords to search for relevant jobs within one's area. You can publish your resume asking for tips or advice on improving it, which can be very helpful, especially for inexperienced job hunters. The site sends notifications whenever there's an update on your job applications, allowing you to know when your application has been read and what response, if any, a potential employer has for you.

I got great legitimate job opportunities unlike most other sites. I have referred people & have overheard.people talking about this site as well.
I've limited my search sited to only 'Workpops'.
