Customer Service is that good there. They even go to the extent to deleting your reviews for some of those plugin creators cause you tell the truth and they are trying to protect those plugin creators. Be careful on some those plugins creator those reviews on their are baias. DON'T DONATE TO Wordpress.org you will be mislead in their plugins reviews they only want you to see the good reviews not the negative true reviews.

As a beginner, I really love how Wordpress is user-friendly! I love the eye-catching templates and it really helped me manage my blog effectively.

helpful but needs more effort...
we all know that wordpress has made a big vhange in website creating and blogging, so it's our duty to appreciate it, and we do!
but working with for a long time will surely make you get tired of it. there are little innovations there, changes speed is really slow and that's what makes it boring

Best Platform ever, I will never use another one for my sites!! I am not even a developer, but through the years learned to use WordPress and I think it's the best one (i've also used Joomla and had a custom site written, which was the WORST)
I saw some of the reviews below and I wanted to clarify that they don't have official support, but if you need any help you can Google for paid support from other companies (yes, it's paid, because the WordPress itself is free so obv they don't have support)

WordPress used to be a great CMS for basic sites, but they've gotten rapidly worse over the last few years.
Tμrdpress is now a trainwreck of broken or insecure plugins, half-baked themes, the worst page editing tools ever created, and the nightmare of blocks.
It's probably okay if you want to do a very basic blog and don't want any control over it. Otherwise, it's becoming unusable. Different hosts seem to provide different versions (a problem in itself) but none are good anymore.
The page editing tools are worse than horrible; they allow only a tiny few options and What You See Is Nothing Like What You Get. HTML editing is no longer possible - WP mutilates anything you try to enter in a deranged attempt to second-guess what you might have wanted. Anyone writing their own HTML knows what they want!
All this garbage hasn't made it any easier to set up the rudimentary blog that TP is still capable of - it takes ten times longer than it did ten years ago. Hardly anything is simple or intuitive.
TP is no longer acceptable for any serious website. Compared to what it could have been by now, it should get one star, but the competition for CMS is pretty shabby.

Talk about ruining a perfectly fine cms platform.
It's just awful, plain awful, after the new superimposed export to Gutenberg. You can barely register a blog anymore without feeling you're on LSD. And looking at the stats with a massive swarm of leavers moving away from wordpress (17% reduction of users in a single month!) I'm clearly not the only one loathing the new set-up. It's not even workable anymore. It's ADD + MPD + Schizophrenia all in one package.
Bye, bye wordpress.

I have had the worst time trying to get a hold of someone. First off their chat is a joke! I stayed on waiting for someone to join and they never did. Second they don’t have an email?!? Wth is that? Who doesn’t have an email? Third Bluehost is garbage too. I asked a simple question about where to paste a code and two of their reps I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. This really frustrates me. I can’t get any answers and I’ve been trying to do one simple thing for HOURS!

WordPress is hands down easy and intuitive to use. I have built many sites using WordPress and have always enjoyed the project. We use WordPress on 2 different websites and it solves all our website issues.

wordpress services is good. I've my blog running within 15 minutes! How to get premium or urgent support? They only have community-based support which is also quite helpful.

It is an excellent option to create informative web pages quickly without being a programming expert. Even as a programmer, Wordpress makes the work of web development much easier, increasing profits since it saves a lot of time in carrying out projects. Highly recommended.

I'm so in love with WordPress, I believe it is one of the most important CMS reasons for the last 10 years, it is so easy that so many people can use it immediately and it is so SEO-friendly that it does help websites grow with more traffic.
I just love it!

I have been using wordpress for my sites the last 10 years. What really ruined for me was the addition and change to Gutenberg. I mean really? using blocks? what about keeping things simple and usefull as they used to be...over programing is not the way....no ty...I'm moving my sites to something different.

Wordpress is one of the best sites for creating websites, because it is easy to use, to update and change. And it has many tools to customize how you want your page, it's just a matter of having creativity. It has countless available templates, add-ons and widgets that will allow you to start if you are a beginner, you do not have to know programming to create pages, with wordpress you make it simple and the interesting thing is that you do everything professionally.

Seems that a lot of people are complaining about WordPress.com but this section is for WordPress.ORG. The organisation website is free source code and doesn't offer a paid hosting option like the .com counterpart.
WordPress is a fantastic, free platform although it has quite a learning curve it seems. Plenty of plugins and templates. It's the CMS champion but unfortunately it's showing some grey hairs now with the new competitors, like Squarespace, providing better functionality.
The Gutenberg update is their attempt at fighting back but it doesn't seem to be well received.
I'll continue to use this great, free platform until I find something better.

Building the site was quite hard with lots of glitches on photo uploads and formats. However, I haven't been able to access my account for many months as I'm in a constant login recovery loop that never results in me being able to recover the account. Avoid.

Used by one-third of global websites. Of course, this is great.
