Communication went great with our guide/local Margi (beforehand and during), she was
on time and very friendly. She took us for food tasting to 3 different
places and pointed out some more places for good food and talked to us
about the Italian food. She also walked around with us and showed as
some hidden gems which we really liked! She is very attentive and
flexible to make the tour in the way that you like it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our Lisboa food tour with Carolina. She
provided us with a good overview of the local cuisine on the first day of our two-week vacation, which helped us with our dining choices for the remainder of our visit. We shared some great food, drinks and company with her as she walked us around the town providing an interesting perspective, different from the typical historical tours. Carolina was very very pleasant to be with and we highly recommend her food tour.

Our personal tour guide A.Teo is very friendly and knowledgable about
the history of the Gothic quarters in Barcelona. We enjoyed the 2 hours
walking trip and the history of the area. We highly recommend those
who are coming to Barcelona and want to know more of the historical
Gothic city there by joining this tour. The rich culture in Spain
really fascinates us greatly. We always make a habit of joining
personal tours with personal guide every time we visit a country.

It was our first night in Barcelona battling jet lag after a long
flight. Lluis was very welcoming and allowed us to soak up the
atmosphere at our own pace. A great experience to start our adventure
in Barcelona. Thanks Lluis!!

Julian led us in a highly interesting and informative walking tour of
parts of Seoul that are usually frequented only by the locals. We
tasted authentic and flavorful Korean dishes in quaint places such as
the community market and sidewalk stalls, without the trappings of
fine dining! It was a delight to the taste buds- savory, spicy, sweet,
chewy and filling, of course! He complemented these with colorful
explanations of the dishes' ingredients and origins, which made us
appreciate them all the more. Julian was accommodating and helpful,
even assisting us bargain for some souvenir items we bought during the
tour. We enjoyed this activity and have recommended it to some
friends who are planning to take a trip to Seoul soon.

information on each. Gracias!

Natalia was a warm and engaging guide, instantly making us feel
welcome to Barcelona! She kept us precisely on time to get to all of
our transportation needs for the tour and yet still lead the tour in a
laid back manner. She was knowledgable about Monserret and she was
very kind and accommodating to my Grandmother who had a harder time
doing some of the walking. Overall, the tour was relaxing, socially
comfortable, informative and including breathtaking views and a
gorgeous viewing of the Monserret boys choir. Natalia always kept us
ahead of the crowds and knew how to navigate the tour in a way that
avoided classic 'tourist traps.' Thank you so much Natalia!

Despite attempts to chat and call to confirm the booking - Zoltan was a complete no show and never bothered to reach out to advise of cancellation. Terribly disappointed. Only 2 days in Paris and the entire morning wasted!

Our group of 6 had a very pleasant day trip with Bruno. We visited
Evora, and given his European History background, Bruno shared his
depth of historical and cultural details related to this Unesco World
Heritage Site. Bruno has strong English speaking skills and a great
sense of humor. He also identified a gem of a local dining experience
with outstanding views. We had three different guides through three
different tour groups during our trip to Spain & Portugal; Bruno was
our best guide by far.

What a delightful day! Francesca took our party of 4 through a street
walking (and eating) tour of Naples. Seeing areas and activity one just
can't see by car. She had all tickets and food cost covered, never
rushed us to keep to a schedule. She shared her knowledge and a love
for her city that was infectious; as well as taking our personal areas
of interest into account when planning our day. BUT, wear your walking
shoes and come with a bit of an appetite.....Francesca's tour will not

We had a nice walking tour through Berlin to get the basics of Berlin
Mitte. Leah was a super friendly guide, very patient although it was a
pouring rain day and cold. I recommend that tour if it is your first
time at Berlin and you have no Berlin experience before and wanna have
basic information during walking through Berlin

We had a wonderful tour of Barcelona visiting many beautiful sites. We walked over 9 miles. Our guide did seem rushed considering we we were payingr his time. We did get our promised tour. Perhaps onfuture tours, he may need to not take fewer or no calls.

Caterina took us on a walking tour of food stores in the Brera area. We got to taste the following:
*Giandujotti (chocolate with ground hazelnuts)
*Prosciutto and other cold cuts
*San Giovese wine
Everything we tried was super tasty, especially the gelato and charcuterie. We liked the giandujotti so much that we went back to the store and bought several boxes for ourselves and to give out as presents when we return to the United States.
Caterina was a wonderful hostess--very warm and friendly. She
explained several things about the Italian food business:
*The trend is not to use preservatives or artifical ingredients.
*Small Italian businesses such as the ones that we were visiting have a tough time surviving.
*Local businesses sometimes partner with international
conglomerates such as Princi bakery with Starbucks.
All in all, it was a great experience, and I will recommend it to friends if they visit Milan.

Ilona met us at the designated location on time and was very friendly
throughout the day. We hit all of the stops listed on our itinerary
and she made a special stop at a bakery I had read about, Hofman's,
which was well worth the walk. Thank you for a great start to our trip
in Barcelona. Best wishes!

Our family travelled from Australia to see the highlights of Rome. We
wanted to understand the history behind the great monuments, and
Valentina did a great job of sharing this with us. Valentina involved
the children as we walked through Rome, making it easier for the
adults to take in the info / sights. Thanks again Valentina.

We’ve have five trips scheduled this year. The first in Naples was awesome. Three others cancelled at the last minute and one just didn’t show up. We’ve had to file a dispute with Visa just to get refunds - customer support have never responded to us.

I booked the wrong date accidentally and booked a week ahead because that was the first day that was available and I unfortunately thought it was tomorrow! That is clearly my fault. Refund not available if within 14 days which is why I've given a bad review. Seriously if your locals and you can't find someone else within a few days I don't think your doing that well anyway and you only get money through not providing refunds, it seems from another review you can cancel the day before! How hypocritical. I will never be booking with this site again.

We booked the food tour with Sanghee on our first day in Seoul to get
an overview of the city. It was the perfect way to start our trip.
Sanghee is very kind, friendly, funny and helpful. We had a fantastic
