Pre-ordered late January 2018 then got an update e-mail on June 2018. It’s now June 2019. Haven’t had an e-mail since and just found out about their “transition” I’m beyond upset. I bought this for a friend’s birthday way ahead of time and can now say we’ve celebrated it twice since ordering from this site.

Guys it's a scam. They have been stealing money for yrs now. I went to wizard con in NOLA last month with the Hope's of maybe seeing them there with a booth so I can slap the crap out of them. Pay pal refunded me thank God. Ordered about 200 dollars worth of pops. 9 months later got nothing. Not even my emails answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I'm another customer who pre ordered in February and here it is December. I contacted them in July and received the obligatory canned response. Still no product. Never buy from them.

As other here have stated, this site is a complete scam. I placed an order of pre-order items then never received anything. I tried contacting them MULTIPLE times and when they answered they said the items were still coming in, but most of the time they didn't bother to answer at all. Since the items were pre-orders by the time I waited for them to be delivered, then waited through trying to contact customer service, then waited to give them more time to fulfill it when I reported it to my credit card company they wouldn't help because they said it was too old. Checked their website recently and it's down "in the middle of a transition". Like any scammer they've probably run off with all the money they were able to collect and will likely disappear. Good riddance!

My husband ordered the stranger things pop on December 2017 . Which were backed ordered til March for some reason . It’s october 2018 and yet no pops nor update we tried contacting them and no answer ! We tried canceling it threw PayPal and for some reason it’s not letting us what a waste of 60$ we could have used on something else .

Ordered a Destiny pack of funko pops October 2017 and receieved all but one a year later. Was told I would get my last funko pop febuary 2018. It is now january 2019 and i have emailed them every month since asking for my last funko pop. No one will respond to my emails and of course there is no contact phone number to call. Very upset and i feel like i cant do anything else but warn others.

I placed two pre-orders last year, 8/2017 and 11/2017, neither have been received. They sent out emails stating that customers could request refunds, which I've done multiple times and still have not gotten anything besides the automatic we received your email.

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Placed pre-order in February and it is now July 30th and I still haven't received anything ... just emailed customer service for refund. We'll see what comes of that.

I pre-ordered some Pops in October 2017, to be shipped in February 2018. It's late August and still no Pops, no refund and no response. If you don't want to lost your money don't order from them!!!!
I just want to cancel my order now. I tried to contact them few times with no success.

I pre ordered a seer if Ifinity War pop figures back in 3/18. They were supposed to ship out on 5/18. Tried to email and reach out to customer service, which is very difficult to do. Finally in August I reached out to PayPal which handled the transaction and got my money refunded. I should have read prior reviews before purchase. This vendor is very unreliable.

I have spent plenty of money over the last couple of years placing orders with Wildcard Toys for Funko products and the last 4 orders which were from fall 2017 I have not received. I have communicated through emails, phone & social media only to get one reply asking how I would like my refund either PayPal or Money order. I replied with the email I use for my PayPal & that was July 3rd. Not a word since may emails and phone calls. Word online is that the owners have closed the shop & continue to take orders online from unsuspecting customers & they have taken their remaining stock to the different Conventions to sell it off. I have never spoken directly to the owners but I plan on taking legal action & getting both Attorney's General involved. I am considering taking all the information I have gathered to the press as well. Most of the people they have allegedly not paid are of the age of consent but there are parents as well ordering for children who got stiffed. I myself am on a strict budget and the money I spent means allot to me as I cannot work after 25 yrs of my career I had to stop due to Chronic Pain. I am disabled & I am just LIVID!!!

Pre-ordered some Pops back in Feb for April/May release. Never came! Several attempts to contact the company via email and phone and nothing. Requested a refund and nothing!

I wish I would have seen this earlier. Lol. I placed a preorder for 2 common pops a year ago. July 23, 2017. Release was Sept i think. They kept pushing dates for release even tho I was seeing them in stores. So they respond after numerous emails and say they should be sending them in October. Then I emailed in December about that order. Said they should have em out in February. I left it alone. I was curious to see if they would keep my money for a full year without offering a refund or something. I preorder a speciality serious pop about the same time, had it out with them about both orders, they sent the other within a month after I got nasty. But a full year for 2 commons? Wow. It was the 2 mystery science theater pops. It was a deal for ordering the pair. So I thought great. I just sent a nasty email to them minutes ago, I mentioned it to a group I'm in and someone send they think they shut down. Is this true? Is my money gone? I know it's lIke $18, but it's the point. I could go get a couple of those New Girl pops I've been eyeballing. Lol. I'm gonna say it like everyone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
And can anyone confirm they shut down? I did go poke around the site and notice there haven't been any recent pops put up.

Don't fall for the 40% pop order discount. I order my pop because of the discount and they never came. Good thing my purchase was protect through PayPal. I m gonna stay away from this companies in the future. This is definity a scam to me.

Pre-ordered a bunch of pops ... they charged my credit card ... never a word ... followed up, no reply. Filed a complaint w/ the BBB, they can't get in touch w/ WildCardToys ... BBB closed my case and basically said, "Sorry, we tried. You are SOL!" Next step - call my credit card company and try to get them to eat it.

Same as everyone else. Preordered pickle ricks dec 21st, 2017 for the end of jan.... after almost 9 months of the run around they have stopped communicating at all. Sent cancellation emails and stil nothing. Had to file a claim with my bank for the refund. These guys are terrible at their business. I wish i would have seen these reviews first. :(

Finally decided after 11 months of waiting for my pre-order to call it and request a refund from my CC company. This was after multiple emails to wildcards to cancel my order which either got me a canned response that they were behind on email response or nothing at all.
CC company took a few days to review, then refunded me the full amount I had paid. Hey Wildcard, if you have SO much business, hire enough people to keep this from happening!

I placed a pre-order in February for an item that was released a month ago. I understand that things take time but I have received no communication from this company. I emailed them and received an automated response that it could take 7 business days to get a response from them. I waited and received nothing. I emailed them again and I still haven't received anything. I don't mind waiting if the company would at least communicate about the status of an order. I can't even say they have poor customer service because they seem to not have any customer service to rate.
UPDATE: I emailed them requesting that they cancel my order and still no response. Do not order from this company unless you like giving away your money.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst company I have ever attempted to buy from. Placed a pre-order in May of 2017 for September 2017 release. Items did not come, no update from them. I emailed and got no response until October, stating that the items are not in stock yet. Okay. I waited until their estimated “late October.” Still nothing. Emailed again, estimated delivery pushed back again.
This repeated itself for months and is still going on. I have now sent 3 emails over the past few months asking for updates and have gotten no response at all. I am cancelling the order as soon as possible. Never, and I mean NEVER, buy from this company.

Pre-ordered a set of Pops for July delivery. July came and went, no contact from the company, no product arrived. Suddenly I can't log in to my account as my "email can't be found." I emailed several times asking for an update, no reply. Finally emailed asking for a cancellation, and got an email saying they were just soooo busy that it would take them weeks to reply to my email, so if I needed an urgent cancellation, email again with URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST as the subject. I did that. It's been a week, no response. I've just had to open a Paypal claim against them. Avoid at all costs.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one having so many problems getting these people to respond...after sending them an email 3 weeks ago because I've seen the Funko I pre-ordered all over the internet...they finally emailed me that it won't even be available for shipping until late June, so I won't get it for almost 3 months after the release date...Needless to say they didn't hesitate to take my money back in Feb. If I had known it was going to be 5 months to get this item, & NO customer service or contact I would never have order from them. I've filed a complaint with PayPal...& hope to receive a complete refund ASAP!!! Terrible customer service & ZERO Timely Response!!!
