Sent email through a friends yahoo account that was illegally spammed
I received email from my friend that was not sent by her - but her email address was spammed. She did not send me this site to go to:http://dcheaponlinestore.com/x...
I went to the site and it took me to a Dr. Oz site advertising Garcinia Cambogia Extract. It led me to believe this site was through and recommended by Dr. Oz. It used his video advertising. I clicked on the order here link and was asked to give my email address name and phone number. All sites said they were secure. I ordered and paid with my credit card information, then was told by my friend it was not sent by her. I started getting solicitor calls from this company and told them I wanted to cancel the order and wanted my name taken off their list. The calls continued. I tried to get back online and cancel my order but there was no way to do this. I received the package and opened it to get a return receipt. There was no return label in this to return the product. There was an invoice with the phone number: 855-978-6683
I called that - was placed on hold - then told I needed to be transferred to get an rma number.
A man who said his name was Matt and he was the supervisor asked me why I wanted to send the order back. I told him I felt that I was spammed and tricked and I wanted my money back.
He said he would give me my money back with a $5.95 each discount for their stocking fee on the 4 bottles and give me the RMA number to use - but he could offer me another discount to keep the product. I said no I wanted the refund. He asked me if I had contacted my bank about this.
He put me on hold and came back and kept repeating different discount options. I again repeated I wanted my refund and he kept repeating discounts and told me that if I didn't listen to the discounts he would disconnect the call. I told him I would contact my lawyer. I have reported this to my bank and want other people to beware of this scam.

Whole Body Research of CA
The online screen says that after entering you credit card information you will be sent an email outlining your order. The only thing I received in the mail was an email thanking me for subscribing to their website, no information concerning my $89.95 order that I placed for KEY BIotics.
