I bought a phone with perfect dutch writing on the box but no dutch manual.They had that problem before so they know this but sent me this phone anyway.So i complained about this and westfalia says we dont have a dutch manual we will sent you a translation.Translation is missing symbols and words and is not readable.They dont even check this.The only thing what they say is that i can get 10 euro compensation.I want more than that if you know you sent a phone to Holland and you know there is no dutch manual.They refuse that.They try to sell you things without manuals in the language in your country and do this on purpose.Watch out for this dishonest unreasonable company.

Decent own-brand tools, could be better but value for money is great. Delivery with GLS which I personally dislike, but this time it worked OK

Sends emails begging me for reviews. Put down the marketing 101 guide and stop doing this. You picked something up and put it in a box and send it off to me. Its not rocket science.

During the purchase shipping cost is shown as 0 €. And total amount is not shown on the payment screen. therefore you're never sure what they are charging. Then when I had my order confirmation, I saw that they had applied me shipping cost. The worst part is despite multiple exchanges with mails where I explained these details with screeshots, they defended themselves as shipping cost are mentioned in the "rules". Hence this is a big breach that they willingly or not willinglessly deceive customers on shipment cost.
Edit: After many exchanges with the customer service, they concluded that, "non visible" shipping cost might have been caused by automated Google translate on the web page. Afterwards, they refunded the shipping cost. Therefore, I updated my score
The product arrived with a good delivery time. It was weird that they had left the package into our "dirty" organic garbage bin due to our absence.
Product is good, adjustable allows you to grind for espresso or french press
