Disgusting company. Returned from our holiday with the inside door panel of our vehicle removed and fallen off on the floor. All of the inside of the vehicle is soaking wet due to a passenger side window being left open which was not by us. The driver who returned the vehicle couldn’t even get out we had to open the door for him and when he seen this he took a picture and walked off. No apology. I called the contact number we were given upon booking and now we await for a call from the head office but I won’t hold my breath anything will be done. Unprofessional company, late to drop off and a broken vehicle! What an end to a holiday.

Would never use this company again. Dropping off there was nobody there; someone arrived to take it after around ten minutes. Picking up was worse, at 3:17 in the morning we rang to be told there’d be a 30 minute wait, at 4:00 we finally got our car. To add injury to insult we had to PAY to get out of car park!! Pick up and drop off is from a car park, not outside the terminal, not what it says on the paperwork. The car came back covered in mud and the inside driver floor also covered in mud. Cowboys!!

Awful Service. DAMAGED MY NEW CAR. We went on holiday and used their Meet and Greet Service. They ran the service through Park Direct Gatwick Ltd and they ruined my new car, collected only 5 day before! They curbed the new alloy wheels, causing £350 worth of damage, returned the valeted car in such a dirty/muddy condition it appeared to have been parked in a field or on a farm yard. The staff were rude and we waited 35 minutes to leave the 'meet and greet/ car and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 2.30am with 3 young children to discover their total disrespect for us and our new car. Disgusting service and behaviour. I tried to call them about 10 times and they would never discuss the matter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAMMERS

We have just returned from Cyprus and used this company to park our car at Gatwick. We arrived at the car park and went to the advised floor to find that they have no actual allocated spaces. Subsequently I drove around and around a short stay car park looking for both an operative (he was on his own with no real identifying garment) and said we had just missed the last space. Eventually we found one. Other operators at airports have allocated spaces in which you park and check your car in. This lot seem to just turn up and hope you find a space so that they can take your car from you.
On our return I called the number to be told that it would be 25 minutes and then the car would be delivered. After 45 minutes I was still waiting, as were many other people at nearly 3am. A couple waiting with us had been waiting longer and told us they had a tracker on their vehicle and could see it was stationary very nearby, so could not work out why it had not been brought. Eventually after nearly an hour we got our car.
The attendant (dressed in a hoodie and jeans) gave us the exit ticket for the car park, which it turns out that they hadn’t paid, so we could not exit until we had. Other companies of course do pay the fee and one assumes have an arrangement with the airport, as they have spaces that they hire from it.
Never again will I use these unprofessional and frankly dodgy feeling people. In future I shall stick to a reputable firm like others I have used in the last. I would advise you to steer well clear.

We booked our airport parking through this company although it was a completely different named place that came to collect and store our car. Drop off at the air port went without a fuss. Collection of our car afterwards was a complete and utter shambles, I phoned the company when we got off the plane knowing they would take longer to come than they say, they told us to ring back when we had gone through nothing to declare. I know honed back once we had got our luggage bearing in mind this was at least 40mins later as problem with baggage. They said they were setting off and would be there in 5-10 mins. Got to the meeting point and no sign of our car so ring again - they hadn’t even set off. After another 30 mins someone arrive ...... with the wrong car!!! They had to go back to the car park and come back with out car no apology no nothing , trying to get hold of someone in charge is a complete waste of time they make themselves uncontactable. We had with us a 5 & 4 year old girls kid a 6 month old baby and waited around 2 hours for our car to be delivered. Still trying to get my money back from them due to this shocking service. DO NOT USE!!!!!

The whole company is a joke. They somehow scratched the hood and pillar of my car. Then they parked it somewhere under a tree so in two weeks it was covered in sludge and buds. It was their strategy to cover the damage. Upon the pic up their response was: 'we could not do it'! So unless it is seriously damaged, light bumps and scratches considered minor and not a problem at all. I have contacted the customer service several times and their usual reply was 'we are investigating the case'. 10 days, then another 10, and so on... with the hope that you will give up and forget. Expenses for the repair to be recovered through the court. This does tell a lot about the company.
What Meet & Greet says is "we are just booking agents". Likewise, the actual provider 24/7 said that they do not deal with any cases and you must contact M&G to resolve any issues. They have created a very smart loop of NO-NO responsibility, so they just ping pong you from one side to another and either side is not liable for anything.

Due to the BA flight cancellation we had to book new times with these people . Return flight 00.30 instead of 11.30 KERCHING! that will be another £5.00 . On the way in to Gatwick for outward flight phoned number to organise collection of car , operator informs me we are 4 hours late !! When we return operator says its another day Kerching thats another £10.00 Luckily printed out amended booking letter so shot that down in flames but the operator grilled me like I was defrauding them and I had not paid the original £5.00. Operator rude and arrogant.

Please never never use these to park your car. I booked through these at Heathrow in August and they used central airport parking who you must also never use. When they returned my car it had scratches on the wings and both doors down both sides. They guy said it was done by bushes when they moved it but someońe has run a key down it and probably used my key to do it! They admitted liability at the time but despite numerous emails I am still waiting for how they propose to repair the damage. I gave them one star but that is one too many!! Again please do not use these, they shouldn't be trading. I had this email from Kazmi but nothing since and I won't be holding my breath

Dropping off my car was easy and prompt from North terminal at Gatwick. However, on my return, I rung them as soon as I had collected my case to be told I had to wait for 30-35 minutes. Surely the point of meet and greet is a quick exit from airport.
After a 70 minute wait and 8 calls to the company who fobbed me off with excuses about how busy they were (surely on one of the busiest Saturdays in August, hire more drivers) my car arrived looking like it had been through a mud car wash. Only consolation was the very apologetic and helpful driver.

Horrendous. Left me, a single woman, alone in a car park for 50 minutes at 3 o’clock in the morning. When I phoned to find out where my car was the man said he’d find out and hung up. I phoned back and no reply. I phoned again and no reply. I phoned again and withheld my number. Man answered immediately! He then said he didn’t have my car which really scared me. Then he found my car and said 3-4 minutes. Eventually the car came. Man said fire at end of road and really busy. What a load of rubbish - definitely not busy as no pick ups or drop offs in 50 minutes that I was there. They are liars, they are rude and I will never ever use them again.

If I had a choice to give this company a minus scoring.The worst vallet parking company I have ever used. This is NOT a airport aprroved company.
We used Gatwick North terminal for this service. The start of it was when trying to drop off the car at the airport. The number that they told us to call 30 minutes before was continually engaged. Its a good job that we allowed loads of time. As getting though could of made us miss the flight.
On our return it was the same thing getting though to them. Phone line was always engaged. When we did get though they told us 30mins waiting time. THIS WAS MORE LIKE 2 HOURS. When we did try to call to ask for an update the phone lines was always engaged or out of service. Which was worrying for us as that's when we found out this was not a airport aprroved car parking company. At this stage we did not know if we would get our car back. We then collared a man that we saw dropping of a car. He did say he worked for that company and called someone on his phone. He told us 5 minutes. Which was a lie. As it was another 45minutes before our car did turned up.

Recently travelled to Turkey from Bristol airport.Was told on the paperwork to ring 20 minutes before arriving at the airport so they would be there to meet us.Never happened.Was ringing for 25 minutes with no answer and was already at the airport when they eventually answered.Told the guy who turned up i was unhappy about the service so far only to be meet with a mouthful of abuse and threatened not to take the car.The single rudest man i have ever met.I then had worries during the holiday what was happening with my car while they had it in their possession.My fears were realised on pick up.Drive a couple of miles from the airport when my dashboard lit up like a christmas tree with many faults displayed,which were definitely not there on arrival.No sense in fighting it because it will only be denied, but i know the pig who took the car did something to it as its just to much of a coincidence.Also,the brand new mats that were in the car were filthy with mud when i had it back.
USE THESE AT YOUR PERIL!!!
A bunch of absolute cowboys who clearly have no respect for their customers or their customers vehicles.

Upon return to Bristol airport, on time, we rung for our car to be returned as per instructions whilst waiting for luggage. 15/20 minutes is quoted.....
Initially, we had to leave three answer machine messages and got lucky on our 4th call some 15 minutes after our first call, only to be told that our car would be with us in about half an hour.
After waiting at the specified picking up zone for more than half an hour, another two unanswered messages prompted a return call to say our car would be another 10 minutes.
Ultimately, over an hour later, we received our car, no apology....and hence our review. DO NOT USE

In spite of calling exactly 30 minutes before arrival at the Terminal.
No one was there so I had to proceed through the barrier and after 7 unanswered calls finally having got a reply someone arrived after 20 minutes (I was told 10) this cost an additional £7.50 in parking fees.

Surreal experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely rude employees, they give you false information regarding collection and car delivery times, they hang up their phones. I waited 90 minutes to collect my car! Although their parking its only 10 miles away....THE WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED. Rudeness to the extreme never seen.

I booked my meet and greet with this company. And I would start off by saying if they had a -05 review it would certainly get -5 stars. So I booked my car parking in July for my holiday in August, they sent me a email with a blank attachment so I Could not open the email on any device. So I messaged the company three times to which I received no reply, so on the day of my holiday I had no parking which I spent over £80 on. I had to buy additional parking on the day to the cost of £107. I have only just got back from my family holiday, and called the company and to explain my situation and the nice man on the phone swore at me before he hung up. So all I can say, if you want a nice stress free holiday do not use these people. Nobody deserves this service or treatment as a customer.

WARNING our car was used while we were away!!!
We called the drop off company at 8:30am to tell them we would be there at 9am as booked, the collection man turned up ta 9:35am.
When we returned last night (Heathrow terminal 2) we called the number given to let them know we had arrived they man on the phone asked that we wait at the drop off area level 5 and they would bring the car, other parking companies normally ask you to meet them within the short stay area.
Our car had definably been used while we were away an the following is proof of this.
1. There was a baby seat belted into the rear seat of our car. WE DO NOT HAVE A BABY!!!
2. Whoever used the car left their multi-charger plugged into the cigarette lighter.
3. The fuel was on reserve and whoever used it left us with 10 miles range.
4. The car had ice-cream mess on the front off side. There were broken egg shells on the roof and egg mess down the windscreen.
5. There was additional mess on the side and rear of the car.
I have taken photo's of the above items. I can't believe a company would do this. I would like to lay charges against this company.
