Aftercare service is apalling ..after several calls i was sent a you tube video to fix myself ...also had a leak at boiler after several calls and emails still no reply i had to pay another engineer to fix leak plus im still waiting on service so have paid another company to carry out annual service who have pointed out that flue has not been sealed ...rhino are .quick on installing and taking payment but if you need this company to fix anything afterwards ..good luck

Now wish a first service to keep the warranty with baxi.
I have phoned and texted left messages none retuned . Very disappointed in after service as surly that’s important too not just installation

Have been trying to get my boiler repaied since 30/4/18 with this Company. Have emailed,phoned and sent facebook private messages and have now also tried sending a text to the chap that sold me the boiler about 3 or 4 years ago.( i believe he is the company director according to companies house ) I am willing to pay for repair but they just dont phone back for me to book an engineers visit. I have been told by one of the girls who answers their calls to maybe consider using another company for repair !!!!

Would recommend this company highly for their boiler installation work, but beware of promises made about seeing the job to completion.
Boiler installation was first rate and quote was competitive, but a major problem arose after a hole was left in my roofing following the removal of the flashing for the previous boiler. A contractor sent by Rhino came to fix this, but merely boxed in the hole from the inside. I was concerned that the hole in the roofing would create a dampness problem, but Rhino failed to rectify the problem, despite persistent reminders over the course of 2 months. I eventually resorted to having the problem fixed myself by a roofing company, and was fortunate to receive a competitive quote from them, but this is something that Rhino should have arranged to fix, as it was part of their quote.

Rhino renewables installed our new boiler a year ago,no problems whatsoever since. Time now for a service,I contacted Rhino,received a call from their service engineer Craig,servicing arranged,Craig called on time, service carried out in a thorough and professional manner,all good. I expected nothing less and I was not disappointed,well done,all good.

Aftercare is terrible - heat link malfunctioned after 1 year. Spoke to the office, said we’d get a call back - 6 weeks and nothing - few more calls this week with another promise of a call back - again. Nothing - interestibg customer care policy ! Nothing is fixed. Real shame.

Nothing but praise for this Company. Turned up at appointed time and worked solidly until boiler was fitted. Very clean as well which makes a big difference. Would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone.

Absolute nightmare!! No communication whatsoeve! Boiler on the wrong wall and proceeded to blame us for this. Plastering job TERRIBLE, could of done it 100% better ourselves. They use whatsapp to communicate with each other and "explain" what jobs need to be done, I am sorry but a whatsapp picture does not show my uneven walls, ruined brand new window seal and rubbish left on the floor to the true potential, and a job that we have now had to finish ourselves. We were unfortunate to chose this company but luckily can now warn friends and family, who were wanting work done, not to go near these people. I could go on and post an essay about how bad the experience with this company was but I am just glad that I do not have to have any further dealings with these inconsiderate people. Not once were we offered an apology! Don't go near them!

Rhino were recommended by my friend who had central heating installed by them. Prior to Rhino visiting I had mentioned that I had received a quote for a rewire of my house Martin Sweeney said he would bring his electrician to check electrics. I can't thank Martin enough he saved me £2500 as my electrics were fine just needed an upgrade on my fuse box. Martin gave me a good quote for my central heating and within a few weeks my central heating was installed in one day. Fantastic job with very little disruption and extremely clean workers. The water and heaters are piping hot.
I also needed a new bathroom and my first experience of a quote was having a guy in my house giving me the hard sell for 2 hours. With Rhino Stephen Sweeney came in listened to what I wanted as I have had bad experiences with previous bathroom refits where companies did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted a walk in shower with a sheet of glass and thats exactly what I got, with the tiles I wanted, new ceiling with downlighters and my bathroom is looking stunning now. I even had a bit of a meltdown about tile grout where I wanted black grout and thankfully I listened to Stephen who said it would cheapen the look of my bathroom. He was so right and has such a good eye for these details.
I will not hesitate to spread the word about Stephen and Martin Sweeneys business I can't rate them highly enough. Such great customer service approach from the guys with tremendous family values who want to please customers and who actually listen to customers as well. The guys who work for the team are fanatstic too, very good tradespeople, the tiling in my bathroom was spot on such a professional job and the heating engineer gave my partner an in depth information session on how to work the central heating system even suggesting to record what he said on his mobile phone , what a great idea.
Thanks to Stephen and Martin for such a professional service and from the guys in the Rhino team.

Out of the five estimates I had for the supply and fitting a new boiler Rhino,s quote was the most impressive and business like . I chose the boiler I wanted and every stage of job was explained to me , from the removal of the old system to the completion of the new replacement boiler, On the day arranged the team arrived and started work right away, job done the engineer explained how to work the boiler ,Next came the electrician and he fitted a R F controller and explained how to use it . When it came time to pay the bill even though I had asked for additional work it was £100 less than I expected . yes I'm a happy bunny .

Rhino put a new boiler in for us in our flat 2 years ago. They were so good we asked them to come back to put a new boiler in our new house. Again, the work was carried out to a very high standard. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everything was done when we were told it would be done, at a cost less than half quoted by British Gas! As soon as we decide on a new gas fire they will be invited back to install it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and am happy we have someone we can rely on in future. Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed from day one. Appointment was made with Martin Sweeney, partner/director, for 2p.m. to give a quote for new boiler and he arrived on the dot!
The engineers who installed the new boiler were very professional and worked away diligently. They were also very respectable of my home. One of the engineers whose shoes we covered in mud, due to his having to dig a hole to accommodate a new pipe removed his shoes on each occasion he required entry to the house. Clean up and removal of old boiler etc was done to my complete satisfaction.

When we started looking into getting a new boiler for our flat, we shopped around and obtained a number of quotes from different suppliers but meeting Stephen from Rhino was different. From the moment he walked through the door he made us feel completely at ease. He explained all our options in layman terms so we completely understood.
They offer a complete service all under the quoted price. This was a huge factor for us when we were deciding who to go with. With Rhino we knew that if any remedial works were required, Rhino would send trademen to undertake these works all under our initial quote.
The turnaround was quick. From accepting the quote we were 3 weeks to installation. The boys arrived promptly and were very professional and polite. I felt comfortable to return to work and leave the boys to work in my home. On completion they called and when I returned home they had cleaned up completely after themselves!
The engineer explained to me how the install went and took time to show me how our thermostat worked and how to set the programmes. He also went through the remedial works that were required and explained that tradesmen would be sent to take care of this work.
The tradesmen sent accommodated my working hours, coming at night to undertake the work.
All and all the service and aftercare I have received to date has been second to none and I could not recommend Rhino enough.

We came home from a break away to no heating or hot water on a Monday. After various quotes we went with Rhino. They came out the Wednesday new boiler fitted on the Friday! Great service! John, the heating engineer arrived on time and was tidy.

Very easy and pleasant to deal with.
I first got Rhino to fit my boiler and I was so pleased with the workmanship I pulled another company off the project and gave Rhino the task of completing the rest of the work.
I personally work in the public sector and will be adding RHINO to our preferred suppliers list.

From beginning to end, all the people involved in replacing our boiler have been first class. We had our old boiler removed and new one replaced in one day, the workman very polite, friendly and tidy. A week after installation we discovered a leak from a bath pipe through to our kitchen ceiling, within 24hrs Rhino had someone out to fix the problem, which incidentally was not due to their workmanship but just an unfortunate coincidence. I have already recommended the company to numerous people, super service!

I did have problems with pressure gauge falling to begin with it phoned Rhino Installer John was right out nothing to do with boiler installation John found the problem it was due to a leak in cellar he fixed it and have had no problems since I can totally recommend Rhino gas .also must mention office staff who were also very helpful.
