Had Four of these cameras in the last 12 months and Two have recently failed, they will not connect to wifi or reset or operate after a short period of being plugged in,
As I'm now expecting the other cameras to fail I'll not be buying any more of this brand.

Very bad service they sell products and when the product is damaged they tell you buy a new one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointing you throw your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad post-sales customer support. I asked for help setting up a Vstarcam ip cam and the support service just told me: “ connect the LAN cable to see the camera remotely”. What answer is it?
The Eye4 program to view the ipcam is poor and limited and does not use it remotely.

I bought a home ip camera and found out after installing an app on my iPhone 6 that the feature of pushing notifications does not work. I contacted their support by mail several times explaning the problem in details but every time I received a one sentence answer in a very bad English (Google translate???) which I really couldn't use at all. For example I received a manual for android phone, even if I stated in my mail that I have an iPhone. Then I was told that there is a new version of app for iPhone which supports the notifications and that I should download it. When I asked (twice) how to get this version (the last version available in app store is still the one I have installed), I have never received any answer. This is not what I call for "support". I give them 2 stars because they at least tried to respond a couple of times even if it did not help me at all. For me the experience with the product and the company was: waste of money and time.
