Very bad handling of the purchase of a good that was not delivered.
After 14 days the good did not arrive they proposed to wait for 2 more working days. After 18 days, the goods were still not there, I had to call, and they proposed for me to buy again the good from them.
As I did not accept, they proposed to call me back. as far no call back. at 16h00, they do not receive any call ...

I used to be a satisfied and loyal Voltus customer. Pricing is good, delivery is fast (even outside Germany) and the product range is very wide. All was good and well, until I wanted to return some unneeded parts.
After many back-and-forth communication with a customer representative, I learned about the procedure to return goods. They informed me that since I ordered with a company name, they only refund 80% of the value of the goods. They informed me this is a "restocking" charge, which only applies to companies. Which means that if I ordered the same as a consumer, there would be a 100% refund. As a reply to my question where to find this in their Terms and Conditions, the literal reply was: "the conditions for consumers are explained in §9, although these are not valid for a company, for which we can set the return conditions as we like".
So basically what they are saying is that they are discriminating between companies and consumers, and that the restocking charge is suddenly not needed anymore when you are a consumer.
Seriously, what web-shop charges 20% for restocking? What age do they live in? Just to clarify for those who can't do the math: if you return a product worth € 1000, they will keep € 200 to put it back on stock! So here's an important tip: don't fill in a company name when doing a purchase.
Either way, this was my last order with Voltus.
