The dispute with VOGA continues. Our order finally arrived in the warehouse - ordered early May for Immediate Delivery according to the website. The order arrived at the warehouse and we were given a list of shipping companies to contact for delivery. We contacted several who said they could not ship to Dublin, could not ship the Egg chair or could only ship palletised goods and needed to know in advance how many pallets (which the warehouse wouldn’t/couldn’t tell us). We finally arranged a complicated deal with one of the small shippers who would ship most of it and would arrange for the Egg chair to be shipped by a different courier company. We contacted the warehouse who then told us that we had exceeded 4 weeks and the goods were no longer available and we needed to contact VOGA.
We contacted VOGA and got this reply:

Unfortunately, your order is no longer available as a collection was not arranged with our warehouse providers within the given time frame (4 weeks). ‘
It is apparent therefore that VOGA is trying to keep our goods and our money (Eur2,875) and breaking several EU consumer laws in the process.
We have now instructed our Irish solicitor to bring a court case against them for breach of consumer law. We have instructed legal searches to find the company to be sued.
If anybody has information on previous legal cases it would be appreciated.

Hi, we have placed an Order in July 2017,
unfortunately, we have decided to change the order / reduce it from one item, and did so in our payment. It was our first order with VOGA, we didn’t know the special circumstances of ordering without delivery and no chance to change an placed order.
We have send an amount of 2364€ to Ireland, 189€ less than the order amount of 2553€.
Then, we also unfortunately didn't receive an answer from the customer service, how we can solve the problem.
Now my wife has become better from a bad disease, which has kept us very concerned for the 2 past years and I have finally time to try to get this problem solved.
In the meantime, I have placed another Order: an Eames Chair, and received it in 2018 and I LOVE it, you cannot tell the difference tot he original,, if you don’t know it’s a replica, also the delivery Costs were ok and everything here went perfect, so I have REALLY no issue to give this Business a bad critic.
I hope, that after all weg et our in 2017 ordered items in the end and don’t have to put a loss of 2365€ to our bank account!

Worst company I’ve ever come across. Such a scam.
1. You have to wait months to get your order.
2. Once your order finally arrives, you have to arrange to get it collected somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Ireland - adding way way more to the cost.
3. If you don’t manage to find someone to collect your order, they’ll just throw it out.
4. Super bad and very confusing service.
5. No refund.
Please don’t buy anything from this scam company.

ITS A SCAM. DO NOT USE VOGA!!!!! I ordered 5 items. No notice was clearly given that it took 8 MONTHS to deliver to a warehouse in Ireland, not to my home in LONDON. When I booked a delivery, on reciept of their email, I received a reply on the day of collection to say its no longer there. AGAIN NO NOTIFICATION. Then, VOGA said to refer to point 4.3 in their T&C! That they could not "re-supply" nor tell me where my purchases are now. To me, that's THEFT. My CC has been refunded by the bank & they will investigate. CALL YOUR CC/bank. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TOO. READ GUARDIAN REVIEW SAYING THE SAME (can't post links here, so google it).I rarely review, this is to help others.

A terrible experience and exactly the same as that in another review here on TrustPilot. It is a swindle.
I paid for my order. The recommended carriers would not transport it from Galway to Dublin. I planned to collect it myself but when I contacted Voga's warehousing provider, Autofulfil in Galway, they informed me that my order was no longer available.
I received the same word for word response from Camila Roberts at Voga in another customer review below.
I did ask Camila Roberts earlier in the week to refer this to the head of customer services at Voga but there has been radio silence since. I expect Camila is a very busy woman given what appears to be the Voga business model.
I too am taking this to my solicitor. I cannot believe that Voga is operating legally and have written to the consumer affairs correspondent in the Irish Times. Please do the same other reviewers!

worst company ever.
after waiting 6 month for delivery your product goes into storage in Ireland where you have to collect it or arrange for transport yourselves.
If you are not a transport specialist it will take you hours and cost you a lot of money on top of what you thought you were going to pay.
I will newer buy again.

This company is a scam. They give the impression of selling surplus stock and end of range designer products at discounted prices.
In fact it is a load of tat from China that is sent three months later to a warehouse in Ireland that the customer has at his own unknown expense have to collect from.
If you cancel the order and ask for a refund for goods you will probably never receive, they refuse.

If I could give zero stars I would do it! Do not buy from this company! They let you wait for almost a year for a stupid lamp and then when you are on holiday and you do not get your lamp in their warehouse (that you have to fix yourself and costs also a fortune...) they say we do not have your lamp anymore and we do not refund you! If you ask for month’s after Your order they do not repeat. Bottom line: You waste your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are not honnest!

Stay well away. The shipping has more doubled in cost in the past 9 months and is over 400€ for a chair.
The company is of no help whatsoever.
They recommend you read the small print of your terms and conditions like all scammers.

As with the other reviews,do not buy from this company. I bought a lamp from then which they cost an extra 200 euro to ship from the warehouse in Galway that was a surprise extra cost. The lamp was faulty and they refused to refund, instead they said they would send another and would refund the shipping cost from the warehouse to Dublin. So I paid another 200 euro when it arrived on good faith. They have subsequently refused to pay despite having committed in writing to do so. Nobody should use this company, the sooner they go out of business the better.

Sent me a used lamp with scratches and clear signs of previous wall installation. Ordered 4 identical lamps but got lamps with different wiring and switches. Now offering me 15 EUR compensation but refusing refund or exchange to new lamp.

Voga is my favorite place to buy furniture. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years now and haven't had a problem with a single order. Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly, and the furniture is just beautiful.

The worst customer service I have ever worked with and I am a designer who buys all over my web! Buyers beware some of their product says 12-16 weeks delivery! When I sent a cancellation email 3 days after the order, they claimed their are no cancellation- what? Time to call the credit card company!

I bought a lamp and I must say it took some months to get it. When I got it I realized I could not ensamble it because some pieces were missing. I complained about it and Voga right away asked for another lamp at zero cost that arrived before expected. This is my experience. I must say it has been worth it all this time waiting, the lamp is very nice and very good quality.

The website is misleading, you are all the time thinking that you are buying furniture that will be delivered, you even have to fill the delivery address. Then the order that was supposed to take around 4 months takes 8 to be ready and then you receive an email with them saying that your order is ready to pick up in Ireland! really really bad experience, I have now 315€ worth of furniture in Ireland and cost me more than that the delivery to Spain. Stay away from this site.

By far the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. After a several month long delay I received a product of laughably bad quality. Voga told me they would send another and after many months and after I had arranged transport (for which I had to pay myself) I was told they no longer held my order. No compensation, or attempt to reach an agreeable solution was offered by their so called customer service. Don't make my mistake of ordering from this company.

Voga's version of the Artichoke Lamp is absolutely gorgeous! To date, I've bought three pendant lamps and several table and floor lamps. I love these designer lamps, and I appreciate the great prices. I will keep checking back for more styles.

I used to be a very satisfied customer with previous orders. However now the company seems to have transformed into a scam.
I ordered and payed more than 8 month ago and the support stopped to answer my e-mails. Many times I asked for the progress as after 6 month nothing had proceeded. I did not get any useful answer, only copy&pasted text. To my last mails they did not answer at all. they do not even try to tell me that everything is allright with my order. All that I got out of them was, that there will be delays (still after 8 month?) and that a refund is not possible.
So, even if you are a former satisfied customer, be warned that you probably loose your money or you patience.

I received my first order from Voga a while back. While I'm happy with the quality of the furniture I ordered, I wish I had checked the measurements of the table before I placed my order. I was expecting a dining table, but the table I received is much smaller than a traditional dining table. I was upset at first, but when I checked the website again, I saw that I'd ordered a side table. Like I said, the quality is great. Just be sure to check the measurements before ordering.
