German hotline service is the worst I have ever seen. If I could I would revoke my contract immediately. This is bad on a whole nother level. Needed 5trys to speak to someone, who went blank and told me she couldn't do anything her screen is black and just hung up.
By far the worst I have ever experienced. How can this stuff fly in todays age for a company that big

Horrible service!!! Our internet has not been working for two full days and still isn't. Getting ahold of them is impossible as the phone line is always 'too busy' even though I've been trying to reach them at all hours. That is early morning, late evening, during lunch, after lunch. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

You will be surprised how unusual it is to have a 3G connection - in the city, in your house, in the central train station.
Signing up was fine but make sure you cancel the ability to pay for things using your Vodafone account - Vodafone turns it on by default because they have a subsidiary who specializes in fraudulent charges to your Vodafone account.

Got a phone contract for the time i was in Germany first contract got rejected and I was told it was now void and would be destroyed so set up a sim only contract without a phone to build up my credit in Germany however 3 months later they accepted the supposedly destroyed contract and have been charging me for 2 contracts for 18 months and been trying to get a refund for their mistake for almost a year, having to get a lawyer involved now

No reviews in English. Very frustrating menu where you have to speak to a computer to get in touch with the right department. And when too many people are calling at the same time they simply state (after you were finally able to tell the computer what you want support with), that they will disconnect the line.
When you are finally able to speak to someone the experience vastly differs per customer support employee. Some are extremely helpful and skilled, others extremely rude and lack the required knowledge.
Really quite a terrible experience in general.

The salesgirl told me the Fritz box would be free but I got a bill for 80 Euros! I tried calling them...its all in German...its sooooo hard to get through. There isnt a single email address where I can send my complaints. I have to go through their filters and it never works out right. So after a months' wait(really?? at this day and age!!) to get a new connection in my apartment, the techie came to my apartment and plugged in the Fritz box(for which they charged me Euro50!). I wasnt at home, had asked my neighbor to sit in. I came home in the evening and there is no internet! When you charge 50 freakin Euros, the least you can do is to check if the internet is working...or at least leave a note describing what to do. I cant call the customer service and there is no way I can reach out to the company! This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Even Somalia probably has someone who speaks in English and can solve your problems. The biggest mistake of my life. Didn't expect this from a multinational company like Vodafone!

I give a point bcz i cant give less, but Vodafone Baden-Baden they are the biggest scammers ever you can find. Due the fact i dont speak dutch they sold me a product, whitout the option what i ask for, make me to pay for a card and when I try to make a portability they same my nams its fake. I ask in the shop to fix this problem, bcz they cant affirme something like that, they got all my documents and the only way i can ask to fix it its via write letter. Seriously?!?! Biggest scammers ever.

Aweful service!Unstable net! Hello! It’s Germany not Sahara! ...I don’t have net most nights and still they send me tens of letters to subscribe their mobile plans! Seriously?! What about the environment? Sending tens of paper ads??? If i wanted the offer I would have gotten it with the first letter!
What I do want now is to cancel my contract!

Terrible service! Stay far away from this company. They helped themselves to money from my account, all sorts of fees that I did not accept. Technicians didn’t show up when they where supposed to. The internet quality was extremely bad and the connection fell out several times every hour(!). It was impossible to get help from them and many employees were really rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!

trust me, stay away!!! They will take our money and ran away! Cancel your contracts 4 months in advance in writing and get copy signed and emails printed of confirmation of cancellation. I am making sure my phone is on airplane mode or Iam using my internet service at home, I check on purpose control my minutes like a hawk an they taking my data volume without using it!!!
I check and turned off all data and app that I can check when I get home. No apps running in the background. WE NEED TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING IN WRITING NO MORE CONTRACTS OVER THE PHONE!!!DEMAND COMPLAIN !!! Nothing will be change if we do not complain and pass the word to others making them aware of bad business practices, why do they always tell you oh it will be 44,99 a month, than, it turns out it’s more all the time, why are the charging for mms 35 cents what a rip off! They are stealing our hard money earned!!!

Vodafone Germany means TERRIBLE SERVICE. They literally bully you into buying another tariff if you want to take your phone number to a new company. I was talking to customer service trying to have them free my Prepaid CallYa number and all I hear is the guy babbling on about why I want to switch. He's lying to me about how I cannot take my phone number to a new service provider when it says ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE that I can in fact do that. He says I have no password or name! Well duh genius CallYa service is done without a contract. Do NOT get service from this company 'cause they're thieves who happen to bully you for profit too.

We have had nothing but trouble with Vodafone. Their product is bad, and their customer "service" is the most rude and incompetent I have ever experienced. I do not understand how it is possible that this company still exists. "Bad" does not begin to describe it.

Vodafone 'took the cake' for dishonesty yesterday. In Cologne they sold me 5gb of data. When I paid they said ''theres know way to check how much data had been credited to my account. I have to wait for an sms when its finished
When I got down the road the next day-- just using my mobile for GPS maps and, email --- the ''5GB' data expired.
I bought data in Mozambique too. The provider there was outright criminal.. with purchased data disappearing in a few seconds in front of your eyes. Before even opening a webpage

This is the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a voucher for top up. When I tried to use the top up code it says that code has already been used. I called the service line 01722290229. The agent asked for my number and while I am looking for the number she keeps pressing me then hang the phone on me and block my number. I tried to call of course no success since she blocked my number I sent a sms message that did not go through because same I am block. This is violent! this is a big shame for a company like Vodafone. I am flabbergasted I am speechless and dismayed by such a behavior ….
I will cancel my plan and ...NEVER EVER AGAIN VODAFONE!

Only one person to attend all customers. Rest everyone says, "we dont know, we are new" etc. So the waiting time in store is too much. Also, after taking a wifi connection, i got an appoinment after two months. Its very bad. Never go for vodafone, wifi connection.

Absolutely awful. Slow, unreliable. They put you into terrible contracts that are impossible to remove, and the customer service people are the most rude I have ever had to deal with in my life. Especially Steve.
