Very helpful and nice. Ordered a pair of lenses and they came in the promised time. I had a defected lens, and they send me a new one as soon as I reached out to them. No trouble or hassle with anything.

I had an issue with getting my package on time. I didn't receive it on my usual 10 days so I emailed them and got a immediate response from a guy named Alex and let him know what the problem was. He immediately got back with me to let me know my package had arrived. When I checked my mailbox, sure enough it was there. I WAS VERY HAPPY :-) . I REALLY APPRECIATE the quick response I got from them. I WILL CONTINUE to shop on their website. Their products are great, their customer service is EXCELLENT!! AND I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE to shop at Vision Market Place. LOVE THEM!!! :-)

I received a pair of defective lens which can happen sometimes. I've been wearing contacts for most of my life and I've also ordered circle lens from many different asian websites. Usually never have a problem with lens. I became recently interested in solotica lens because of how natural they looked. Originally I ordered from lens.com because they have good reviews and fast shipping. I decided to try visionmarketplace because I saw it's cheaper and the reviews look good too. Plus most of the reviews I've seen on youtube are sponsored by vision. Anyway, the lens were extremely uncomfortable when I put it on. Like felt like something was stabbing my eye. As a long time contact user I've never felt anything like this. The other contact was comfortable and fine so I thought maybe I just need to put it in solution longer but it didn't help. I contact the customer service and talk to Alex and he offers to send me a new pair. The next pair I receive are also defective. But this time the lens were only slightly uncomfortable but also my vision was blurry with them on. I was so confused why I kept receiving these defective lens. One time is ok but both time?! I talk to alex again and he says to mail it back which I was initially annoyed by the process since let's be serious its 2019. The last time I had to mail something I was in 2nd grade mailing letters to my penpal for class. Anyway so I return the lens and I'm refunded for everything including a refund for the shipping which was very nice. Overall I gave 3 stars because the customer service was good but the lens were bad.

I ordered my Solotica Hidrocor Ice from Vision Marketplace. I live in Norway and it took just seven days (with weekend included) since I ordered it. Great customer service, Alex responds very fast, especially if he knows that time plays a huge role here :) Contact lenses are absolutely perfect, and they are very comfortable to wear. I heard some people feel them while wearing, but I personally feel zero difference with or without them. Effect is stunning. If you want to get your contact lenses, I highly recommend Vision Marketplace. :)

I have been a customer with vision marketplace since 2016. I started using them on the recommendations of a youtube personality I used to follow. I have no regrets yet! Before this website I was using wrlens.com (not sure if they stil exist) and they were ok, but they only did transactions via paypal. I'm sure that's great for some ppl, not for me as I no longer wanted to deal with paypal. The customer service agent Alex for this company is amazing. Recently I had an issue (not caused by vision marketplace) and he helped me so much! I lost one of the recently purchased contacts and currently could not afford to place another purchase. Alex was so understanding and helped me obtain additional contacts to replace the one lost. What other company do you know would do that for you? Thank you so much.

The products this company offers are amazing, the shipping is almost immediate. I live in Europe and my order was delivered to me in 5 work days. I ordered solotica lenses first time about 2 years ago and have since fell in love with them and this company. I had a problem with one of the lenses after I used them for half a year, and customer service was so kind and proffessional that we worked out the problem in a few emails. I would recommend dearly.

Update: Great and efficient customer service. I provided a description and photo of my problem and they shipped me a new pair (very quickly). Would recommend for any contact needs: no problems with the second pair.
The checkout process and shipping was easy. Shipping was longer than I would have liked, but did arrive within the expected time. The package I received was fortunately pristine inside, but one of the two bottles within the package (that contain the actual lenses) literally had yellow-green growths in it. I am unsure if disinfecting solution will render them usable or not, however for a product that is meant for the eyes, the mold/growth was disgusting and such a turn off. 2 stars for the convenient check out and shipping.

I ordered contacts in January. The shipping was on time as I thought. I had a problem with one contact lense as it was blurry straight from the start. So I spoke with "Alex" who told me to clean them incase and use a good solution. Which I do as I wear contacts every day. So after saying they weren't good. Alex told me he would replace said lense which is understandable. But I've already opened them both and wore them for an hour. But Alex told me they can be worn after a year opened. Which I've asked my optician not to long ago and theyve told me it would be uncomfortable and could cause an eye infection if I continued to wear them after a year opened.
I then also had another problem with the other contact which I proved with a video. Which showed the contact lense not sitting on the eye comfortably and wasnt moving with the eye. Which Alex told me to try it in the other eye. which I did (another video sent) and it had the same problem. I brought this up to my optician too. In which they had told me. You are not to swap contacts as it can cause eye infections. :) "alex" did send another one. But now I have two different contacts one will be done in February and another in March and I'm not going to wear them after a year mark as I'd rather not damage my eyes. So a waste of money( they did offer to refund. But as I've seen in reviews. They wont pay you for the shipping or you may not get your money back) I'm not risking it :) I wont be ordering from here again. And dont take their advice. Always get an opticians advice.

The one year period is only a general estimate and if the lenses are cleaned/stored properly they can even last for more than one year.

I do believe it was 3-4 weeks. Which i never stated was vision marketplace fault. But they've taken it as it was.
Okay so to put it like this after theyve edited their review now. And taking out the" they wouldnt advise wearing contacts longer then a year. "
Inbetween the emails. I work 48 hours a week and do a course. Which is why it took longer for a reply and for me to test them.
i also did apologise for the late reply as i have to work for a living :) I dont live to wait for emails.
I was offered only two solutions. Send contacts back and get refund (probably not on paying shipping back) and 2. Was new contacts.
On the second problem of the contacts i sent a video of the contact lense on the 12th. Which i was asked to put into my other eye to see if it was a problem (which either way wouldnt be the correct power for it. Since both eyes are different.) And then i sent a message on the 15th. Stating i was working and apologised for late reply. And then i sent the video of the 22nd. Which was then sent out or refund. You can say it unfair for me to say its a waste of money. But i do believe it is. Because its my money i worked hard for and this is how i felt.

I ordered the Solotica contacts in a prescription and when rec'd, (they were within the time frame delivered) i put them in when i got them and they both were extremely blurry. I wear contacts daily and never had this issue. I contacted cust serv and Alex responded. Seems funny its always a person named Alex as stated in other reviews. They will refund my 74 but not until they get contacts back and they will not pay for shipping. SO i paid for something that i thought was going to be legit and ended up w/some company from Europe Brazil to be exact send me contacts that were not the prescription i paid for and I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING. Thats terrible cust service and the packaging did not say Vision Marketplace anywhere! it says Cypress Post. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GETTING ALOT OF MONEY FOR A CRAPPY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I ordered contacts 5 days ago and I know it takes 10-14 days, but I am too impatient (which is my fault). I liked the price better than lens.me but I like how quickly they come from lens.me, I think i will pay the extra to get them quicker. If you had an express shipping option I would not mind ordering from you guys again.

I have been shopping for contact lenses for years... I did my research through some YouTubers. One of them was Diana Shekhany, and another was Vartika Sharma. They were promoting Solotica Contacts. Due to not knowing which color to purchase, I asked through chat, "If they send out samples?". The answer was no, so on rational. However, Sophia took all the necessary time to educate me on my color selection. Not only that, she sends me images of real people wearing the lenses. It was as if she was next to me instead of chatting — a very helpful employee.
