Phone Service and Data Speed: 10 out of 10! 🙌🏼
Customer Service: 7 out of 10. 🤷🏼♂️
Bang for your buck: 11 out of 10 👍🏼
(TL;DR: The BEST bang for your buck in mobile. Truly unlimited with hot-spotting. If their customer service were a bit better I would give them 5 stars - don't contact their customer service reps via Twitter, only via chat on their website or in the app.)

As long as you don't have to contact their customer support team you'll be okay, because their service is really fast, and TRULY unlimited, and un-throttled. No limits whatsoever. Not even on hot-spotting. In my last month of service I used over 200GB. My speeds in Alaska (which is known to have poor service in general, especially for Verizon) were around 70mbps. Which is plenty for streaming movies on a mobile device, or laptop. Even for 4k on big-screen TV, but I don't waste my time with that nonsense.
If you're looking for cheap truly unlimited prepaid service they are the best game in town for sure.
However, their customer service is all done via chat and email, so it can be a bit slow sometimes. It takes a few minutes to connect to a person, and once you get connected via chat you may find that your issue has to be escalated to their specialist team which only work by email, and don't seem to work on Sunday. So keep that in mind.
Speed issues take a few minutes to fix. When I first signed up I had some speed issues, a couple times, but they seem to be fine now. I haven't had any such issues since then. What was nice was that they were able to fix these issues within minutes.
Don't contact them via twitter. Their twitter support is a complete disaster. Only contact them via chat on their website by signing into your account. On twitter they take minutes to HOURS to respond sometimes. And I don't just mean to respond to your first request, but to respond to individual messages during your conversation. And the responses you get will be from different people constantly. You'll end up talking to 3, or 4 different people, so it completely ruins the conversation and you won't really get any help that way. And I've notice that the different people I've chatted with via Twitter have different ideas regarding my issue, and don't seem to be familiar with my issue. I've contacted them via twitter several times. And I've contacted them on their website chat several times. Always use the website chat. Don't use Twitter.
They are the only truly unlimited game in town at $40 as far as I know. Other services have all kinds of restrictions, or cost more, and aren't prepaid. So, for me VISIBLE is totally worth it. I just wish they would offer slightly better support.

I wanted to try their service, used a coupon code for a "$20 Off 1st Month." I went the Swap route on their site. On the payment page I saw my $20 total as expected and with the coupon on that page clearly stating "Your referral discount only applies to your first month of service."
After making the payment I noticed a $40 charge. At first I thought it was a hold until the swap is done so I continued the phone number setup. After finishing I finally saw the last page stating the $20 promo will be applied to my 2nd billing month!
I immediately tried to contact them via chat. After waiting almost an hour an agent responded and was initially as confused as I was. Later, though, the agent refused to bend or acknowledge the mistake. I requested an immediate cancellation/refund but was told that the order already went through and their device will be shipped. Now I must wait for their device to arrive, waste more of my time and go ship it back to them, wait until it's in their warehouse then this nightmare *hopefully* would be over.

Edit: Visible has greatly improved their services and made things right. It's a great company with a great future as the paradigm in cell phone service!

Customer service is horrible, can only chat with them, porting phone number over to Verizon is painfully slow and I haven't received a refund yet.
