Engineer was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient enough to show us how to change the settings to suit our needs.

Virgin Pure came out today to install our WaterBar T7 and the technician Courtney was amazing and technically very competent and was fast and efficient. He was very friendly and took pride in the way he worked. In no time at all I was drinking wonderfully clean filtered water, and I am simply loving it!

Installed originally in my property then after moving home the engineer came and reinstalled in my new property. After 6 weeks we found a leak in the next room only to find out that the machine had been leaking for 6 weeks. It's been absolutely devestating for me and my family, this happened July 2018 the last communication I had with Georgina was in Nov 2018 when I was told I would hear from the insurance department. Still waiting that correspondence there was a total £8,500 worth of damage go my property which I had no choice but to l Claim through my house insurance.
I have now advised my home insurance to persue Virgin Pure for the costs and also entering a compensation claim for the loss of hours from work and the emotional distress as this took months to dry out and the countless visits for the repairs to be rectified.
The customer service is appalling they make all the promises and never respond. To top it off they had the cheek to send me an email complaining I had cancelled my direct debit for the cost of the machine, to which I replied I will not pay another penny until you put my house right. So this began July 2018 and I'm still waiting 😡😡😡😡

Shocking overall experience. First installation the engineer didn't turn up and no one told me they weren't coming after I took an afternoon off work to make sure I was there. Second installation the engineer refused to come an hour later so he didn't come at all. Third installation was cancelled the day before, no explanation just cancelled. I waited for over 3 weeks for someone to install. I rang up today to cancel and get a refund. They didn't even ask why I was cancelling, they didn't apologise. All they did was cancel. Not really sure how you can run a business like that. Each time I rang the customer care team, they didn't seem bothered at all about the standard of service they gave or how inconvenient they made things. I will be ordering with another company now.

Machine worked ok for 6 months then would not dispense any water.
Asked to remove filter just in case any air in there. Could not remove the filter seemed to be completely stuck. This filter needs to be replaced every six months so don't know how your expected to replace it:(
They cannot get an engineer out until Monday. They customer service experience was really bad with them just reading from a script and being completely unhelpful

We had our virgin pure water system installed this week by Kevin. I was really impressed with the service we received. He was organised with letting me know about appointment time and kindly tried to work around the school run. He was friendly and polite and very clearly explained how to use the machine, change the filter and answered all of my questions. The machine itself is great but I wasn’t expecting such excellent service!!! Thank you Kevin!

Terrible. I bought this machine for my wife who was enduring pallative care at home. The machine is noisy and prone to hard water obstructions on the spout. I rented one for 4 years and when i tried to leave was told that i was signed up to a further 12 month contract on the strength of an email Virgin 'Not So' Pure sent me in February. An email i incidentally do not have any recollection of receiving, and as i was grieving my wife's death probably wouldn't have even opened. How can i be signed up when i haven't seen the contract ? They are now selling these machines for £500 new, yet i have paid out more than £1000 and they offered me a discounted price of £270 to buy my current machine that is more than 4 years old. What a rubbish deal. Annoyed...you bet. I would rather drink my own wee than use one of their machines.

Disgusting customer service from senior staff if they actually exist???. I received a letter from collections in November 2018 saying my direct debit had not been paid since August 2017. However they had been sending me filters and renewing my contract so no reason for me to think the direct debit hadn't been paid. I have been a customer since October 2016 and love the machine my ex partner paid for it monthly and as I hadn’t been told otherwise I understood he was still paying it and he said he never cancelled it ! Where was the letters telling us there was a problem???
The collections team was the first I had heard from and they asked me to contact customer services. the advisors are young and empathise but cannot explain why the money wasn't requested earlier or why I wasn't written to. Team leaders always on lunch no one calls back despite promises - which is why I wonder whether they actually exist. its now been 6 months since our toing and froing and I still have the machine and my last call to them was last week and I still have the machine!! received another replacement filter last week too!!! Have written to the customer services and received no reply so will be going to the ombudsman now. There is a clear breakdown in communication between the teams and processes, such a shame as the product itself is actually quite good. I would also question why I was paying £25 a month as I have been informed it would have been cheaper to buy the machine!
